Miles Supreme Fitness is in a league of its own. Mareese Miles is far more than a trainer. He is a motivator, a steady presence, and a dear friend. Ten years ago, while I was pouring every ounce of energy into building a law firm and letting my health fall to the side, I turned to Miles. It remains one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Miles has an uncommon gift. He reads people with precision. He knows when to push, when to protect, and when to remind you that you are capable of more. His workouts are innovative and purposeful. You do not have to plan or think. You simply show up, trust the process, and invest in your wellbeing.
Professionals from every industry turn to him. Lawyers, doctors, business owners, teachers, and athletes all trust him because he delivers results and cares deeply about the people he trains.
I cannot imagine a week without Miles. He has my highest and strongest recommendation.

I would like to say i been dropping off mail to mrs miles for the longest. And i can just tell he is a good man i see is clients walk in and out they walk in with a smile and leave sweating but with a good spirit i remember i use to drop off mail at the same time as this one client of his for like 2 months and one day i saw that same client walk out because i was late and i said WOW i just remembered being in shock because that man had a hole change! So just saying if you trying to meet your goal go to Miles.

Very great trainer very nice place. He pushes you to the best of your ability and makes you want to make your goals! And a very comfortable gym doesn't matter the size what ever your goal is best believe Miles will help you make it there quicker than you expected.

After having a baby and struggling with postpartum weight gain, I knew I needed to start working out consistently again. Although I dreaded the idea of going back since I was 100% out of shape, Miles was very encouraging and accommodating to my demanding schedule as a mom. He had already been training my husband, so I joined his sessions and now we work out together as a unit. Miles is very professional and he holds our feet to the fire when it comes to making meaningful progress. The gym and equipment is always clean, and we appreciate the privacy his studio affords us as we work toward our goals!
