About the Club

Mills 50 Fitness is a shared personal training space where professional personal trainers can train their clients and manage their own business. We all work together to maintain a friendly and inviting environment for everyone. Together we provide decades of experience and results that are unparalleled.
We offer a variety of personal training options, groups fitness classes (boot camp), and massage therapy.
We may be an appointment based studio, but we love when people stop in to say hi. We are happy to give a tour!

Ive been training with Joyce for around two years. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Ive lost 35 pounds and my strength endurance cardio have all improved greatly. No more back pain. Highly recommend. Invest in your health because a trainer doubles your results.

Nate is the best personal trainer I've ever had, hands down. Nate takes the time to really sit down with you and understand your goals, and approaches your fitness from all angles, working out, but also nutrition, sleep, everything.

I knew I was in trouble (aka good hands) in our first session, after we walked through my typical diet. I thought I was having a healthy breakfast, but Nate just said "I'm glad you're having breakfast every day ... but let's try to move to having something healthy instead of just dessert." Ouch.

Nate knows how to push you to be your best, in every part of your health, fitness and wellness journey.

What an amazing transformation, once Nate took over the gym it is clean, new equipment has been added, and all older equipment is well maintained making work outs easier and safer. There are improvements monthly making the gym an amazing way to start my mornings.
