I worked with Bonnie a few years ago. I was in a dark place looking for guidance both mentally and physically. She was patient but she she also held me accountable with tough love. Which is what I needed. But what I appreciated most was that she educated without belittling or judging. A phrase she would use that has stuck with me was "you don't know until you know". She never shamed me for not knowing but encouraged me to take that knowledge and push forward. I highly recommend using her services if you're looking for someone knowledgeable and has a passion for helping people grow.

Where do I begin?!! I have worked with Bonnie at Mind Embody for about 2 years on and off. In November 2023 I decided to stop the toxic on and off relationship I had with her and began working with Bonnie in person 3 times a week and it has been the BEST decision I could have ever made for myself. The woman is so empowering!!! Please note you do not only sign up for a personal trainer, but you also sign up for a life coach, nutrition coach, a mentor, a spiritual sister and a lifelong friend. (Where else can you go and get you a personal trainer who will always dance for you, cheer for you, and sing her own made-up songs for you while you are training?? LOL!!!) Bonnie focuses on your body’s needs more than just trying to work you out. She takes the time to sit with you and get to know you, your strengths, your weaknesses, and your goals. She takes the time to make individual plans for each one of her clients specifically for your own personal goals and needs. Bonnie will push you past ALL your comfort zones. I used to be so intimidated to go to the gym. I avoided it so much because I didn’t know what to do, how much weight I can challenge myself with, my forms were off, and a bunch of machines and free weights frightened me. So, when I began working out in person with Bonnie, she took the time to show me I was cheating myself by not going up in weight, she helped me to overcome my fears of the smith machine and squatting with a barbell on my back. I went from panicking to now your girl can squat 90 lbs on her shoulders. 😉 She has helped me transform my mind and body so much that it is finally a lifestyle change for me. I feel better, I look better, and my confidence in the gym is so much better. She helped me to understand this isn’t a quick fix. This is long-term, and when I began to program my mind to understand getting the body you want isn’t done in a couple weeks or months, it takes time, sweat, tears, failures, and constant dedication. I no longer give up so easily because my stomach isn’t as flat as I want it to be, but it isn’t as big as it was or my butt isn’t bigger by now (but it’s poking out more than it was 2 years ago, AYYYE). But what I do know is when I need to climb some steps, lift heavy things, push and pull things, and when I need to keep up with my boys, I don’t get so winded and tired fast. I can have more energy and feel good in the body I am in. I highly recommend you come on over to a community of women who are going through the same journey just in different ways. Such a great group of women who constantly support each other and it all can be done because of the great trainer we have, Siobhan “Bonnie” Patterson. I promise you won’t regret it!

A good community and a fun coach with a good sense of humor. She meets you where you're at and hears you and is just an over all great motivator and person. I was coming off a year of intense life changes and wanting to get back into moving and feeling stronger, and she designed a program for me that really helped me get back into my body and into the gym and comfortable lifting heavier- and how to better curate my nutritition and my proteins with a busy life. After almost year with the mindembody program, I feel like I have grown so much both in my confidence with what I am capable of doing, and the way I approach other aspects of my life now. A good investment and a great team :) I highly rec!

Coach Siobhan and Coach Des have changed my life for the better. Their holistic approach of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual combinations have been everything I needed in a coaching program. Since I have started in August I have gotten stronger in the gym, I'm more entuned emotionally, I have mental clarity, and spiritually I've been able to connect with myself deeper. Where to even begin…this is literally the best decision you will ever make to make this group of women coach you. You come for fitness but you gain so much more; you gain a community of women who go through everything together, cheer you on even on your toughest days. You gain a whole new idea on how to lose weight (we still get to eat). They help you take care of your mind and In turn you learn to take care of your body.

Working with the Mind Embody team has changed my life. I have learned life lessons that have helped me in my career, gained nutrition knowledge that helps me decide what to eat to reach my body goals, and my favorite part has been going to the gym and following their programs.
