I've been to a lot of gyms and this one is right up there as one of the best. We were in town for a few weeks and from the second we walked in Anthony made me and my wife feel right at home. They have all the equipment you will ever need for any type of workout, and the cold tub and sauna is a great option for recovery. This should be your gym if you want to make progress. Anthony knows what he is doing and is always willing to help. You can't find a nicer, more genuine owner than Anthony.

Kudos to Momentum Fitness and Wellness Center team, I couldn't recommend them enough, especially Brad, my trainer. I've spent years working out in various gyms, and this one has been a great experience for me to date. Seriously!

I had a persistent discomfort in my right shoulder blade, which had been affecting my sleep and work. I developed a taut band and muscle spasms in that area.

Thanks to my trainer, Brad, He began addressing my back issues. His expertise in teaching corrective exercises, proper body mechanics, and maintaining correct posture and form has done a lot of change to me.

Brad is an exceptional corrective specialist. He is detailed -oriented and highly knowledgeable, He can can guide you to lift heavy weights without causing injury, just like how he trained me.

Not to mention, i have been struggling with "buffalo hump," It's 80% less and my posture has greatly improved.

Each training session is a different workout with him, incorporating a wide variety of exercises such as stretching, corrective exercises, HIIT training, plyometrics, and weightlifting. He has meticulously organized workout plans tailored to meet my specific goals.

Now, my motivation for going to the gym has transformed. I no longer attend solely to lose weight; I go because it brings me joy, a sense of accomplishment, and mental strength. Thank you, Brad. Thank you momentum fitness!

Just getting started training with Anthony. He’s flexible and accommodating with my busy schedule and his pricing is very reasonable. He’s tough but knows when I’m at my limit and gives me guidance to push past my comfort levels. The gym has everything I need from cardio to weights and isn’t overrun with “influencers” trying to shoot a social media video, everyone there is helpful and friendly. I appreciate the 24 hour access so I can work out on my schedule. They have a cold plunge and sauna that I’m looking forward to trying. Finding the right trainer and gym was important to me because I have a long way to go with my fitness journey and it can be intimidating to start but honestly I felt nothing but encouragement from everyone I’ve met. If you are looking for a no excuses type of trainer I’d definitely recommend giving Anthony a call. At the end of the day I’d rather support a local family owned gym than some cookie cutter corporate location where I’m no more than a member number.

I’ve been a member off and on for at least 5 years, I’m not a big body builder by any means. This was a place to get away from home when in a very toxic environment. When that relationship finally ended I still found inner peace and stress relief at the Mouse’s house. The staff there is really down to earth and real. 5 stars are definitely not enough for this gym. I drove 6.5 hrs for treatment for my hip and lower back. Nik is by far the best in the business. His treatment program is out of this world. Nik explains everything step by step on what he is going to do during your treatment. This is the 3rd time Nik has treated me. The 1st time I could barely walk in to the gym and by time I left I walked out perfectly fine. If I lived in the area I would see Nik on a weekly basis. His treatment program is 100% worth every minute and every mile I drove to see Nik. The gym owner Anthony is an outstanding guy. They have top of the line equipment and the environment is fantastic.

I highly recommend Momentum Fitness & Wellness Center. It is a beautiful facility with state-of-the-art equipment and very professional personnel. Everyone seems very friendly and informative. The one person that stands out above all is Nik Millioto. He does excellent work with his specialty of Corrective Exercise. I am not really a trusting person but this is one person that I would highly recommend for anybody that is in pain with different issues. He can let you know right away if he thinks he can help whatever problem you are having. He is one highly educated individual.

Nik recently helped my son with ulnar nerve entrapment as well as some issues he was having due to powerlifting. After one visit he fixed the problem with the ulnar nerve. I had already taken my son to 5 doctors and none of them could fix the problem. Nik knew right away what to do as soon as he saw his symptoms.
The difference that Nik has made in my son’s life as well as his previous work for my husband has made an enormous change in their lives. Any time anyone in my family that has muscle or nerve pain we will come see Nik first. He is an expert at his craft and I cannot recommend him enough. I 1000% recommend going to Monster Mouse Fitness - it's such a cool gym and offers a wide array of equipment to really cater to any and all fitness interests. My favorite spot was the outdoor space where there was a nice turf layout, huge tires for flipping, and a yoke! It was such a nice surprise and a unique component that gyms don't generally have. I also came across homemade circus dumbbells and other fun equipment that you wouldn't see unless in a specialty setting.

This gym also offers a welcoming environment with great customer service. Anthony assisted me with getting my membership in place and always provided friendly greetings on visits there. Brad was a great source for tips surrounding lifting technique and powerlifting competitions.

I wanted to share my experience with Anthony and his team at Mighty mouse Gym I started there almost 3 months ago with him training me three days a week helping me with my food preparation's getting his nutritionist involved with meal plan for me that actually works and super easy to maintain a good diet is Absolutely key . Welcome to a real gym with real people putting the work in. Walking in felt like home and I immediately signed up. Anthony Gilio is a genuine person that cares about the facility and the people. He is constantly taking care of the facility and the people in it. The equipment is top notch and there is allot of it.

I am staying in NPR for a month or two for work and wanted to have a gym membership while here. I found Monster Mouse online, and I'm glad I did... because 1 week into my stay and it is already my favorite gym I have ever been to! Anthony set me up with a cheap, month by month plan and this place has everything you need and more.

Everybody is friendly and more than happy to help with form, advice or whatever else you need. You immediately feel right at home and with 24 hour access you can stop in anytime you want to get a lift in. They even let you pick the music! Also- for those interested they sell all kinds of sports drinks, supplements, protein powder and more.

I would highly recommend this place to anybody in the area looking for a place to workout. It has made my stay here better by far!

I have been coming to gym for 3 months. Anthony is a fantastic trainer, knows what he is doing, pushes you but not too hard and does it safely. The other people at the gym are all friendly and encouraging. I felt comfortable at the gym from day 1 even though I was an out of shape 64 year old woman. I am noticeably stronger, arms less flabby and I have gone down a size in pants. I highly encourage anyone who wants to start working out to go to Monster Mouse.

Do not count this place out. As a woman who used to be an avid lifter and has been out of it for a bit, I was skeptical about finding a new gym. My fiancé and I were in the area for a few months for work and we are so glad we stopped in and met Anthony. We hate that we finally found a gym we like in an area we knew we wouldn’t stay in long term. The staff is always nice and the owner goes out of his way to make you feel like family. They have done some recent upgrades and I feel like they will continue improving over time. VERY reasonable prices and some great old school plate loaded machines. Thanks for helping us keep our sanity via weight lifting while in Florida.

The people running negative reviews on monster mouse fitness have obviously never been put to the test physically or mentally. The owner , Anthony I can say dragged me to the gym monitored my eating habits and changed my life and honestly probably saved me from myself. I was over 300 pounds and in 7 months had me at 234 , I can say enough about him and the staff that he has put together. I guess if you do t want to be pushed there are plenty of other soft spoken trainers out there that will gladly take your money to train you the way that you want to be. But with monster mouse you will be pushed and trained the way you need to be to hit your goals ,

Monster Mouse Fitness is one of the best gyms I have ever been too. The owner is so knowledgeable and is always willing to help you out or lend a spot in your set. The motivational environment monster mouse has to offer is fantastic and keeps me going throughout my workout. I have never been to another gym where not only staff, but other clients are willing to stop their workout to help spot you or give advice on different ways to do workouts. Best gym around lots of different equipment that most gyms do not have the equipment is new and clean lots of free weights dumbbells that go up to 130 pounds and you can even add more weight to the dumbbells all of the equipment is perfectly spaced so you dont trip they have cardio machines too the owner anthony is a great person and hes there almost all the time and they even have a coffee table and water out of the cooler and place for kids to play and its 24 hours I just love it try this gym you will love it too
