We are NEW Yoga Studio in the West Miami/Westchester/Coral Terrace/Miami area. We are dedicated to bringing health and wellness to all our clients. We welcome everyone to come and join us in the evening for Restorative, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power & Asthanga classes.
We are located right off Coral way and the palmetto in the same Plaza were Polo Norte is.

I went through Classpass and left a 5 star review with some criticisms and they deleted my review so I am posting here. The yoga was good, however the studio is hard to find since there is no sign or anything to indicate where the location is. The door has a sign for insurance. The lights are extremely fluorescent and bright, not the best for a relaxing vibe. The floor was also visibly dirty. The savasana at the end was great. But the shopping center its in, you can hear a lot of car doors slamming and makin sounds. This is my honest review. Just because a business does not like what someone has to say, its important for others to know what a real customer experiences.

Went to a Sound Healing with Cacao with my wife. I have been engaged in Meditation for a while but I had never heard of such a thing. We LOVED it! . Great people, awesome little place.
