Let me start by saying I have years of experience with personal trainers and have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Sean is in the amazing category and actually deserves 5+ stars! Let me tell you why...

Most trainers have the basic certification, will train you in the "one size fits all" method (same exercises for everyone) and do not have the experience on the knowledge on proper technique and body mechanics. And that's when injuries can occur.

Sean on the other hand has the education (a BS from Emerson and Fitness Instruction Program at UCLA) has the best certification (prestigious Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist -CSCS) and over 20 year of experience! He created a personalized program for me based on my goals, past injuries, etc. He corrects me constantly on my technique, which I need in order to keep healthy and injury free! He's encouraging and motivating but challenges me! :) I also love that he is a certified Nutrition Coach and provides me with nutrition information. As the saying goes...Sean rocks!!!

So if you want the best, run don't walk and contact Sean immediately.

Mr.Sean is an amazing trainer. He helps by not only correcting my form, but also explaining how each exercise strengthens different muscles. Sean is an excellent personal trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable not only about kinesiology, but also about nutrition and whole mind and body wellness. He designs custom workouts that are challenging and fun, but does so keeping in mind any pre-existing conditions and limitations. Because he has so much experience and is so knowledgeable about how the body works, I know I will get a great workout without fear of getting pushed to the point of injury. I highly recommend Sean. Sean has helped my son, 16-years, recover from a 6-month, severe illness that impacted his physical endurance. He was the only trainer familiar with his condition and willing to help him get back to his athletic abilities. My son should be in cardiac rehab but he is wait listed. Most patients with his condition are older than 70 so waiting isn't an issue but my son wants to recover and return to the sport he loves. Sean has helped him regain his strength and health to do that!

I began weight training with absolutely zero experience and Sean was able to immediately assess and create a program that works for me! He has really helped me build my confidence with each session. He is great with adjusting on the spot due to soreness or injury from other activities, if needed. Each workout is new and exciting. I have recommended Sean to several others, including my parents, and he is able to create a workout that works for all levels, age groups, and body types. He’s also a wealth of information if you need tips and tricks on how to change your diet. Sean Kennedy MotionHealth.net is Awesome! Very knowledgeable and exactly what I need. Very focused on Form and Foundational strength - actionable life skills - sitting, standing, bending, squatting, lifting, pushing and pulling. I’m a 50 something that couldn’t get off the floor from a simple lunge. Years of compensation for a back issue had to be undone and everything (brain too) had to be retrained. After 8 sessions of Sean’s thoughtful, knowledgable and personalized approach, I’m lunging across the facility!
