It has been close to 8-9 months since I started at Motive-8 Fitness + Boxing. I regret that I missed this place for so long, as I love it so much. Our coach/trainer, Lori, has been incredible for all of us. Her motivation level for all of us has been at its peak all the time. From day one, Lori has been focused on helping me build strength, improve endurance, and push beyond my limits.💪💪💪
What sets Lori apart from other places is her consistent attention to form, motivation, and progress tracking. Every session is tailored to our goals, and over time, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in muscle tone, stamina, and overall fitness. The workouts are challenging but never overwhelming, and she knows exactly when to push harder or adjust based on the class mindset.
One of my biggest achievements has been building more muscle mass and improving my core strength, which was a key goal when I started. Before I joined this place, I tried to go to my community gym as much as I could. I always thought that was more than enough. Lori completely changed that thought and trainers exactly know how to shape the whole body, where she exactly fits to play that role.
If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your progress and knows how to get results, I highly recommend Lori and their team at Motive-8 Fitness + Boxing. Their expertise and dedication are making a real difference.
When I missed my workout for a month while I was out of the country, that time I felt how much I was missing in the workout, and I always get excited on Wednesday and Saturday to go to my HIIT class.

It’s been more than a year since I started classes at Motive 8 Boxing 🥊, and I honestly didn’t think I’d stick with it this long — but I’m so glad I did. Lori is the coach, and she’s been such a big part of my journey. She has this way of making you feel comfortable, even when the workout feels impossible 💪. The classes are innovative, creative and fun!
I remember how hard it was during those first few HIT classes 😰 — I could barely get through 30 minutes without wanting to give up. But Lori kept encouraging me, pushing just the right amount, and now I actually enjoy the challenge 🙌.
I’ve gotten stronger 💥, more confident 😌, and I can feel the difference not just physically, but mentally too. It’s more than just a workout — it’s a space that lifts you up ❤️.
If you’re even thinking about trying a boxing or HIIT class, I definitely recommend this class for any ages. Lori is amazing, and the energy in the class is so supportive 💯🔥.

I've been going to Motive 8 Boxing for almost a year now, and it's been an incredible journey. Lori is the coach, and she's absolutely amazing. Her teaching style is clear, motivating, and supportive.
In the beginning, I really struggled to keep up with the HIIT classes — it was tough to push through a full hour. But Lori’s constant encouragement and positive energy kept me going. Over time, I built up my stamina, and now I truly love the workouts.

I took a trial class with coach Lori and I loved it! As a former Army boxer, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was genuinely challenged in the best way. Coach Lori brought high level knowledge, energy and motivation; she pushed me beyond my comfort zone. It was tough, technical and empowering. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to learn to box, build stamina and most importantly build community.

Can’t recommend this studio enough! The environment is super welcoming. Coach Lori makes a huge difference—she’s incredibly motivating and kind, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping you feel comfortable and confident. What a fantastic place!! Everyone here is kind, helpful and motivating. Definitely recommend taking a class here. I take a Rock It class for my Parkinson’s and even a regular boxing class for the intense workout.

I love this gym. Boxing is a great workout, and the trainer Lori is so nice and really knows how to motivate you to do your best. She also really knows her stuff. If you want to learn boxing to get in shape and/ or release some stress, I highly recommend joining. It’s worth it!
