I found this little gem while looking for a yoga studio in my area. This is by far my favorite yoga studio. Ann, the owner, is very caring and she knows her stuff. She gives a lot of individual attention. The studio offers a wide variety of classes and also workshops that you cannot find anywhere else.

Have been going to Yoga of and on for a while, recently I had discovered Move Yoga, and was instantly at peace within the studio. The instruction, while in a class, was personal and tailored just for me and, my needs. The pricing is very reasonable, and the instructors will go the distance to make sure you are well taken care of. I have been working extensively with Ann, who owns the studio and is very accommodating and tailors the experience based on you.
