I’ve been training with Melanie at MS Fitness for 3 years, and I can honestly say she’s changed my life. After going deaf and losing my balance due to inner ear damage, I returned to training barely able to step up without help. With her patience, expertise in mobility and functional training, and unwavering support, I’ve progressed to doing box jumps and lifting heavy—on my own. I think we often review a service after the initial experience but we don't follow up with the review of the after math. MS Fitness was one of the best workouts I've ever experienced overall. The exercises, positive and encouraging energy, knowledge, and feedback truly made it more than a workout. It was a fun event that I enjoyed!

It has been some time since I've joined consistently and I can feel the difference. I originally went to help regain mobility and function after years of not treating my body right through athletics and had achieved a level of functionality that allowed me to be active in day to day activities pain free again. I can truly say this is a valuable investment because without it, my body has declined. MS Fitness doesn't just provide a service, but it provides positive results. I'll be back soon!

I attended a yoga and essential oil class with instructor, Erin Herman. The class was exceptional. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the oils and their uses. The level yoga was very well suited to the group and Erin Herman did an awesome job of instructing and performing the yoga while also creating an appropriate environment of music and lighting. There was an overall feeling of well being at the end of the session. I would highly recommend for others to participate in this program!

MS Fitness is a great workout facility for anyone looking to look good and feel good from the inside out. Their main focus is mobility, so you’re not just working out to look good. They have plenty of classes at different times to fit your schedule. I took the yoga class with Erin and she was amazing. As we get older we tend to stretch less so adding a yoga class to your schedule is always a great idea. I flew all the way from Atlanta just to take a class! Thank you to MS Fitness and the wonderful trainers. Can’t wait to come back.

Needing some Vinyasa Yoga in your life? Come join instructor Erin Cahoon Herman for a unique and one of a kind experience! Yoga helped my body become more flexible, and has improved my lower back pain immensely.

Erin at MS Fitness Studio is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is also a DoTerra Wellness Advocate. Clients are given essential oils during each session to create a well balanced workout routine (oils assist with body aches and so much more).

Bring your water bottle, towel, and yoga mat and get ready for a holistic and individualized private experience. I’d give Erin 10 stars if I could! I absolutely love her!!!

Classes are top notch; physically altering, and emotionally/spiritually enlightening. Ooh, and one last note, she also surrounds her space with air plants; which increases better air quality.

Endless thanks, Erin! You’ve created a welcoming and supportive community. There’s no place like it!

Melanie has been by far the best Trainor I’ve ever had! After having my 1 st baby, and hating the gym , this was the 1st time I actually looked forward to going to the gym. I love that before each exercise she incorporated a prep exercise that allowed to be aware of what muscle you should be using, which is something other Trainor’s never did. This made me conscious of exercising properly, so even if she didn’t catch it, I would be aware I wasn’t doing it correctly. She’s funny and super cool, which makes it super easy to do a one on one. If I could give her 100 stars I would!!!

The owner of MS Fitness, Melanie, was an accomplished gymnast at the highest level. Using her gymnastics background (injuries and all), Melanie's goal is to help individuals achieve their fitness goals in the safest way possible! With a focus on mobility, flexibility, and strength, Melanie has created a sustainable fitness program that can be done safely throughout different phases of life. On top of that, her positive outlook and enthusiasm are contagious! That same enthusiasm is noticeable in Antwon, one of the other trainers. His passion for fitness, and helping others on their fitness journey, is evident within 5 minutes of meeting him. Highly recommend checking out a group class!

Melonie and her team are fantastic. I was suffering from neuropathy in my left foot and calf caused by an auto accident. My wife had long Covid, had shoulder surgery, and had lost a lot of weight. Working with Melonie the last few months has been life changing for both of us. Her workouts are awesome and she makes you want to do better. We are both working out 5-6 days per week and feeling healthy again. We cannot thank Melonie enough for her help and inspiration!
