I just hosted my son's first birthday here and I couldn't be happier! We chose My Gym because it is the only indoor play space in the area that caters to babies this young. For babies ages 6m-12m the other spaces don't allow for baby to explore on their own, have a limited young baby space, or require an adult to put them onto something or assist them for everything. Here, there are ramps and bridges for him to safely climb all on his own, among other fun adult-mediated activities like the swings, trampoline, and zipline! What impressed me the most was when I pulled up to set up for the party, Sammie, one of the party hosts, came out to help me unload my car. Sammie and Mr. Lee (owner), helped set up everything! I knew they were going to organize the fun but I didn't know they'd literally help me put tablecloths down, set up the food, and cake table. They also greeted families at the door and took the gifts from them and placed it on the gift table. They truly helped make everything stress free. I was worried about space because we had a lot of people -- 37 adults and 11 children. It was perfectly fine and there was room for more. Everyone is spread out, parents are on the floor with their children and socializing, while other adults can stay in the "lobby" and eat or people watch. Mr. Lee organized the day with a lot of free play, circle time, swings, ziplining, and a fun parade honoring the birthday boy. We had the best time. Highly highly recommend!

The place stinks, the carpet is so stinky that if you’re allergic like me you wont survive much in there, plus there where some kids cornering mine and the moms would just sit and talk no one does anything. Wont go ever again and wont recommend this location.

Amazing!!

We’ve been bringing our son here for a months now, and it’s been such a fun and positive experience. The classes are the perfect mix of structure and play. Mr Lee and Ms Bailey are incredibly patient, energetic, and really know how to connect with little kids.

Our child has gained confidence, improved coordination, and looks forward to every class. The facility is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for little ones to explore and learn.

If you’re looking for a fun, engaging way for your toddler to burn off energy, build skills, and make new friends, I highly recommend this gym!

We had an incredible birthday party at My Gym this weekend! Thank you to Lee for making this such a memorable event for our family and friends! Lee was so organized and had a packed itinerary, keeping the party flowing smoothly and everyone having FUN! Circle time with songs and dancing, open play, private swing and family photo ops, zip line rides and of course, you can't have a party without bubbles!! He also worked so well with an outside vendor we brought in (Elmo character visit!) and was really helpful with setup/breakdown. Everyone is telling me this was the best 2 year old birthday they've been to. Couldn't have asked for a better time. Thank you!!!

We’ve been to My Gym Coconut Creek twice in the last few months. The first time we were guests at a birthday party. After seeing the program and meeting the owner, Lee, we decided to have our daughter’s birthday party there. We couldn’t have made a better decision! She and all her friends had an absolute blast! Lee and his staff kept the energy up the entire time. He is very engaging with the kids and parents, helpful during the setup and cleanup process, and above all very fairly priced for the experience and service he provides. Making your kid’s birthdays very special and memorable is what I hope all parents strive for, and Lee made it happen for us. We are very thankful for the experience.

I visited for the first time with my child for some entertainment, but I had an unfortunate experience with the gentleman at the front. He was very rude, condescending, and dismissive, with an aggressive tone. Not worth it, especially since you work with children.

I understand that you were in the middle of a class, but it’s not acceptable that your class structure results in unwelcoming service when people enter to inquire. Customer service is crucial, regardless of someone’s knowledge level. You should ensure that everyone feels greeted and valued.

My negative review is not about the class itself as I was willing to return, but both my friend and I were unimpressed with your behavior. You missed an opportunity to gain additional business due to your lack of welcoming and engaging customer service.

Teaching a class does not justify being short with someone who is asking questions. You should implement a policy to handle inquiries during class sessions more effectively. Your tone was uncalled for and needs to be addressed

I went in there bc the website said it was a siblings and friends class… well the schedule online was wrong. I showed him online and he said “well that’s wrong” and gave me a printed out schedule. The guy was just so rude that I wouldn’t even go back at the right time. Horrible, just super disappointing bc I love my gym!! Also, don’t need to call ahead and set up a trial. I dropped into the boca one and the staff there happily welcomed me and my kids, set up the trial as a walk-in with no issues at all. Will be going to that location where the staff is friendly 😄I suggest you do as well

We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here and we had the most amazing experience! Lee and staff were excellent with the kids and they all had so much fun - music, games, a "rollercoaster", zipline and more. They did all the work and made my life so much easier. We absolutely love my gym. We have been taking both of our kids for years. We have had there bday party’s there and been to other kids party’s there. We have done the classes and private gym time. We just had our son’s 1st birthday here and it was the best decision I’ve made for a child’s party venue! Lee and his team jumped right in to help set up, direct fun activities for all the kids (ranging from 1-13 years old) and then help clean up at the end. They were super accommodating and the place was really clean and absolutely perfect for everyone! The My Gym at Coconut Creek is amazing! Mr. Lee offers a broad selection of activities for the kids. I have both my 2 year old and 5 year old birthday parties there. Each party offers a different experience for the kids to enjoy! Mr. Lee and his staff are friendly and helpful when setting up a birthday party. I don’t stress and I can actually enjoy the party with my family and friends.

The classes he offers are fantastic and fun! My kids work off their energy with a huge smile!

I've been taking my little one to Mr. Lee's gym class for a while and we both love every minute of it! The staff are really into making sure the kids are learning and having fun while doing so. I love this place! I've been taking my daughter since she was tiny. Mr Lee & Miss Karen are wonderful and amazing with the kids. My kid looks forward to her gym class all week. Lee is a great guy and really cares about what he does for a living. Go take a trial class and see for yourself. I highly recommend this for your kid.
