Great place to bring your kiddos not only to socialize but to work on many gross motor skills. They also work on body identification, story time and separation time (a song or two where the parents go to the lobby while the kiddos play independently). The coaches are amazing, kind and patient with all the kiddos. It is a great investment in your child’s development.

I started taking my son here a few months ago to their Tykes and Tots class on Saturdays in the morning and he loved it. My son is 26 months old and we as a family enjoyed this gym. However a couple of times I have gone there has been a parent in the class that had 2 boys and it was clear one of them was above the age limit for this class (he is 5 and the class goes from 6 weeks to 3.5 years old). It became clear to me that she’s a regular and they allow her to have both her kids in that class regardless of her oldest being too old for it. My issue with this is that the mom does not pay attention, she’s on her phone most of the time while her 5 year old runs around being wild around all these small children. He pushed my kid out of the way, ran over his feet with a toy car he was riding, knocked him down in another area and rammed my sons riding car with his own riding car because he was in his way. I of course instructed this kid to slow down or not to hit my son’s car but I should not have to parent someone else’s child. I’m not sure that it’s even on the mom because she shouldn’t be able to have him in a class with this small of kids. Regardless of all that, the class sizes can be rather large. As well they do a separation time at the end where the parents go to the lobby area and let the kids play on their own. One of the times my son climbed into an area he got stuck and none of the instructors noticed him asking for help and just continued tending to the screaming kids having attachment issues. We have canceled our membership and plan to go elsewhere.

If i could give a 0 star I would. My son was so excited playing when he first walked in. The instructer was unable to work with him and she then said if your child can not listen then this will not work for him because this is a structured class. Then she asked if my child was on the spectrum as every other parent watched it all unravel. Well I just grabbed my child and left because all these questions were clarified over the phone and before she questioned me again in front of all the parents. Stated she understood I was overwhelmed. Which I was not, I was upset with the instructer and trying not to say what I really should of said. Never going again ! A child that just turned 4 by the way.

We just took our son Ezra to My Gym for the first time this morning. He had an absolute blast! All of the teachers are really awesome and interactive. I literally loved all of them. The gym itself is really clean and has a ton of activities for busy toddlers. The only thing I am sad about is they don't offer drop in sessions. With our school schedule we can't commit to a full membership but wish we could casually drop in for some fun. Overall, would highly recommend. Staff was excellent!

We had the most incredible experience at My Gym for our party! From start to finish, the two amazing hosts went above and beyond. We didn’t catch their names (June 22/1:30) but they were outstanding—full of energy, kindness, and creativity.

They managed to keep kids of all ages—from 1 to 12 years old—engaged, happy, and entertained the entire time. The activities were fun, inclusive, and perfectly paced. What really stood out was how they took care of everything—from unloading our car when we arrived to serving the food and even loading it all back up when we were done.

The space itself was spotless, and they were clearly very attentive to safety and cleanliness, making sure everyone had fun without any mishaps.

Truly one of the best kids’ party experiences we’ve had. If you’re thinking about booking My Gym—do it. And we hope you get the same fantastic hosts as we did!

I. Love. This. Place.
MyGym has positively impacted thousands of children in our community over the years. They have created a safe, warm, familiar place to learn and play- all while promoting physical, social, and behavioral health in a fun way.
Committing an extra hour or two per week here to my children has been worth every cent. Not only are the weekly classes a perfect addition to a stable schedule, the chaotic weekly practice and play sessions are SO MUCH FUN! There are many other events like "parents night out" and week-long camps to get involved in. Plus, I hear MyGym really knows how to throw an awesome birthday party.

To say that MyGym has always held themselves, but especially their coaches, to a higher standard would be an understatement. Their patience and playfulness inspires me to be a better mother and teacher, and I am still often impressed after all these years.
My younger brother started attending more than 10 years ago, and stayed for years. Now my son and daughter are both following in Uncle Joe’s footsteps. When I become a grandparent, I will be eager to enroll my babies' babies as well. Countless memories and friendships have been created here, and I'm grateful to have plenty of my own ❤️

My Gym Mandarin is the BEST!!!! My boys who are 4 and 2 years old have been coming since 2 months old. We participate in 2 classes a week, their Parent Night Out events, and holiday camps. Mike and Jordan are wonderful owners and truly care about your children's development and safety. I have been taking our first born since she was 16mo and I can see such a huge difference in her confidence and risk play. Like most young children, she cried for me during the separation time the coaches attempt towards the end of the classes for the young ones. Now, she doesn't notice if I am there or not, she's so focused on her tasks. She went from crying whenever a coach tried to steer her towards an activity, to now volunteering to assist the coaches in demonstrations. The coaches have been absolutely amazing! Coach Brynn, Coach Morgan, and Coach Abby happen to be my girls' favorites but all of the coaches are wonderful. We attended one birthday party at this MyGym location and loved it so much we opted to have our daughter's 3rd birthday there this past weekend. The coaches were so attentive to details of the theme we want with, the activities/equipment, and the kids. I highly recommend having them host your kid's party. If we weren't moving, we'd keeping doing this until our youngest aged out. We are going to miss these coaches sooo much!

This is honestly such an amazing establishment. I have a type A extremely clingy 16-month old son, and this is the only place where he feels comfortable enough to wander around, play independently or with his friends and do his own thing. My daughter has been part of mygym on and off for years. The flexibility with scheduling is a mom's dream. They provide excellent developmental skills for all age ranges. At this place they have a method of making cancellation impossible or at least charging you a lot of money before letting you go. My wife and I started taking our 2 year old son to this place and after it not being effective for him and missing more than 1 month of class we decided to cancel, my wife personally went to cancel on Saturday December 14 and we noticed that on January 2 they charged her account 95 dollars. It is incredible that my son only attended 3 times and more than two months ago and in total they have charged 300 dollars !!!!! PLEASE READ!!!! We started off enjoying the classes, but when the classes became inconvenient for us and we started to miss too many classes, we knew we needed to cancel. We prepaid in May $593 and was told that it covered us until 1/1/25. Today is 12/12/24, and I went in to cancel and was told I would still be charged until 1/31/25. And that on 1/1/25 they are going to charge us $89 regardless because I needed to have cancelled by 12/1/24. Any service that needs 60 days notice to cancel and does not remind you or let you know, isn’t in the business of customer service, but are actually professional scammers.

This started out very cute for me and my infant son. I went to a free session, fell in love, and signed up for a 6 month course (but 6 months, get 3 free). YOU SIGN A CONTRACT AND LEARN FROM ME, READ EVERY LINE. I signed, without paying attention to it (how can you when you are holding and distracting a baby?!). My son got sick every time we went so I stopped going, and knew I wasted the $600 I prepaid. I then noticed, 9 months later, automatic bills on my credit card. THE FINE PRINT SIGNED ME UP FOR AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENTS. I called to cancel, and was told to send a certified letter. I SENT THE LETTER ON THE 8TH OF THE MONTH BUT THE CONTRACT IS ON THE 2ND SO I STILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER MONTH. Be careful what you sign up for here. It is a scam. The classes are cute, the business is terrible.

I highly recommend My Gym. The staff here are very welcoming and the environment is very friendly! Ms Brynn was super helpful and attentive. She was warm and kind towards my daughter and very patient. It was my daughter’s first day and at she was very scared and shy but towards the end of class she was starting to play and becoming more comfortable. I cannot wait to see how much my daughter will grow and learn here! I am very happy to be part of the My Gym Jacksonville Mandarin Family!!!

My Gym is one of the best places for your little ones to join. My daughter has been at my gym for a little over a year and she absolutely loves this place. All the coaches here are wonderful. I still can't believe we have been part of the My Gym Mandarin family for almost 10 years now! They have witnessed my boys' growth. It is an amazing place! My boys love play, training, attending their classes and interacting with other children.The coaches are great, they're friendly and engage with the kids almost all the time. The environment is wonderful, each class offers something new, the birthday celebrations are amazing there and we love the special events, they always have a blast. MyGym did an amazing job of hosting my son’s 8th birthday party. The coaches took care of everyone including the types of activities, decorating with balloons, ordering pizzas and drinks, gift bags for the kids, and set up and cleanup. The kiddos had an absolute blast and my son loved the blow up throne he got to sit in as the guest of honor. Would highly recommend this team of coaches!

WE LOVE MY GYM! Weekly classes, parent nights out, summer camps, winter camps, spring break camps; you name it and our kiddo is so excited to go. We did like the classes HOWEVER, my husband got a new job that requires us to travel alot so I asked the staff at my gym to cancel my membership since we would barely ever be able to go. The nice young girl at the desk said "no worried I'll note that in your account" well here we are 6 months later and I noticed they have been charging my account this entire time. (Partly my fault for not noticing sooner) so today I called and spoke to the manager, I believe he said his name was Michael. Michael informed that in order to cancel payments I have to come in and fill out a cancelation form. That was the only way to stop future payments is if I go in person and fill this form out. Why did no one tell me this when I told them I want to cancel?!?! And when I asked about all the money I've been charged over the last 6 months michael indicated I will not be reimbursed. That's $540.00!!!! I would understand if I just never tried to cancel and kept the membership without going but this was not the case, I was under the impression that my membership was cancelled!! I have made a claim with my bank and I did want to return to the gym once my schedule calmed down but after this I will never go back. And highly suggest future people considering this place for their Littles, to not trust them. They are very bad at communicating with the parents it was like pulling teeth to find anything out during the month we did attend classes. I asked how to reschedule classes, what classes we could attend etc and the staff always seemed flustered and too busy to speak to me. Eventually someone told me I had to do everything through a portal login I was never informed about, and was too busy to explain anything. I'm honestly very timid and sweet so maybe I should have been more assertive to get the information I needed but I don't think I should have had to. The classes were nice but all of my other experiences make me think a class somewhere else would be much better than MY GYM.

I have a fondness for My Gym because we used to be members at a Virginia location. That location was bigger, cleaner, newer, had better equipment, and the best coaches EVER. Seriously it was as good as if I could take my daughter to see Ms Rachel in the flesh 😂. This location simply does not live up to that expectation

We signed up with the promo from the library, and only stayed a few months before cancelling. One of our issues is the Practice and Play times. The 7 pm time is after my kids are asleep, the 1 pm time conflicts with school pickup, and even 4 pm is kind of pushing it with how tired my kids get in the afternoon. To get the most out of your membership, I think you need to be making the most of Practice and Plays (in Virginia we went to My Gym 6 days a week), but this location’s hours aren’t compatible with our schedule. This location has a few 10/10 coaches, as well as a few that are just kind of meh. My daughter had some fun but ultimately we didn’t love it enough to stick with it long term

Edit 5/15/24: the gym was absolutely gross today. There were little dogs running around inside around 3:45 ahead of 4 pm practice and play. I did watch them vacuum but they did not do a good job at all. As soon as my daughter started jumping on the trampoline white hair started flying. The trampoline was covered and there were white hairs visible all over the blue carpet, from the water fountain all the way to the front desk. My allergies were killing me. If a known allergen is coming into your facility you need to be able to clean it up properly. If I hadn’t already decided to cancel my membership today would’ve been the last straw

Edit 5/31/22: today was supposed to be our last class but I cannot take her because she is hyperventilating and screaming “me no go monkey place!!!”. It was like this for our last class as well, my husband got her all the way to the door and she is TERRIFIED of this place now because of the practice and play she attended on 5/22. It is absolute chaos in there and nobody says anything to older kids who are being too rough with the younger ones. I have seen boys rolling around on the floor throwing punches and nobody says anything. On 5/22 a boy around 10 was rough with my 2 year old and she won’t enter the establishment. The contract is pretty firm about just doing makeups and not refunds, but since my kid is too scared to ever go for a makeup, I’m just out $50. I would advise extreme caution taking your small kids to the 4 pm open gym on Wednesdays. The reason we missed out on half a month of membership is because of MyGym staff’s inability to provide a safe environment during practice and play. I asked for follow up from management to discuss an exception to the refund policy, and have not received a call back.

I started this review with a 4/5, then a 3/5, and as time has gone on now a 2. I would not recommend this place

My Gym has made my daughter Yuna’s birthday celebration a blast! Yuna enjoyed her flying carpet ride. Coach Morgan coordinated well with how things are going to run and their ability with Coach Bren to adjust real-time during the party is remarkable. It was a good decision to have them and they managed the kids well all throughout the party. It’ll be 6/5 stars for them. Keep it up!

Look, firstly...consider that whenever you're reading online reviews, you are more likely to see a vastly disproportionate percentage of people with negative experiences, because emotion has drawn them to complain.

We've been taking my daughter here since she was a little over a year old. We've not had her in any sort of daycare program during the week, so this has always been a really nice, very affordable supplemnatary thing to help her socialize with other kids, try new things, and introduce her to different structures, At different stages, my daughter has had difficulties adjusting (kids don't always like unfamiliar things, not a surprise), especially when she's gone up in the age/ability groups.

This staff...excellent. They've been very gentle, patient, and encouraging with my kid, and they've also been collaborative with ME week to week sometimes when I've needed to, say, sit with her to encourage her future participation. Jordan, Rhi, (we'll miss you!), Morgan, Jeffrey, Isabelle, Becka - great with the kids, great with the parents.

I took some time to scan through reviews, and I see a lot of complaints about trouble canceling a membership. It's surely not for everyone, and that's fine - but it's DEFINITELY not difficult. At one point, we unfortunately thought we were going to have to stop to free up time for some other things we wanted to do with our daughter. I talked to a coach after a class one day, she printed out the notice that I'd be cancelling affective 30 days from signing (and also with the option to rescind the cancellation, which I ended up doing), and...that was it. They didn't try to hardsell me on staying or waste my time otherwise like you might experience going through a phone carrier or TV provider. It does have to be done in-person because there are signatures involved, but I have a hard time believing the folks complaining otherwise are serious people.

I'd absolutely recommend My Gym to personal friends, and certainly to you, random stranger on Google Reviews reading this. Good people, great program, reasonable cost - as Michael Scott would say, it's a win/win/win.

We love this place! My daughter has been going here for almost a year now from 16m to over 2 years old and she has shown so much growth with socializing with the adults and kids. The coaches are very patient with the kids and parents, specifically but not limited to coach Brynn, Morgan and Jeffery. They go above and beyond what they are required to do. They have great staff, clean and safe environment here.

I love the way they structure their classes for toddlers. They focus on building confidence and patience, and also encourage the kids to cheer each other on and work as a team. The coaches are great and work to know each kid on an individual level so they are comfortable going out on the mats with them. They also have a great coach to kid ratio, which allows them to provide 1-1 attention to each child throughout the class. The practice and play classes are a great way for kids to hone in on the skills they are learning in class, while also exploring their boundaries. My daughter loves watching some of the older kids do more advanced skills and is encouraged to keep working hard to be able to do them one day. It’s super convenient to be able to text the number and get a quick response. The staff is very informative on the class information and policies.

I was told by a member on staff that my daughter could do her class in the Jacksonville location as well as the Orlando location . That was false . Tried 4 locations in Orlando and they are not affiliated. Told the owner if my kid couldn’t make up classes I wanted to cancel and she hung up in my face .

I paid them in full for 6 months then after that they started to auto draft my account without my acknowledgment. This happened for 4 months. Even though I never took my child to their gym for those 4 months they would not return my money. In my opinion this is stealing. Please don't sign up with them!

So I’m giving this place a 5 star because the owner is very clear and upfront with the cancellation process and I can see her passion behind what she does. I wish the location was closer and we could afford to keep our kids enrolled but unfortunately we can not. Now to cancel is a PAIN…. but the policy was made very clear upfront. It’s a great place for kids that allow free play but also creates a structured environment. Hopefully once our finances get better we will gladly bring our girls back.

I wish I would have read these other reviews before signing my youngest up for classes. I took my oldest to this location many years ago and it was fine. I signed my youngest up and only took him to two classes because it was SO CROWDED. They tell you there is a limit and that a class is “full” then somehow a spot opens up, but in reality they are just allowing unlimited numbers of kids into the classes. It was not enjoyable at all and my son didn’t even get to do all of the stains they set up because there wasn’t enough time with all of the people in there. I called the following month to cancel and was told someone would call me back, but they never did. They have been charging me every month even though they can see when they take attendance that my kid isn’t there. I called back two days ago and just received a call back this evening stating that I’m going to be charged for January and if I don’t come in person within the next two days (we leave tomorrow for Christmas) that I’m going to be charged for February as well. Had they called me back two days ago, or two months ago I could have come in sooner. They are claiming that since it wasn’t in the notes that I called two months ago that it must mean I didn’t. There are so many other kids gyms in the area that are so much cleaner and so much more fun for kids. If this is how they do business they won’t be open much longer anyways.

We enrolled our daughter a year and a half ago. And stopped taking her due to the overcrowding and not even being able to sit in to watch her. We kept getting charged although she was not in the class. We called to cancel (because this class was on the other side of town) and they told us we had to go in to cancel. Well, when I went into cancel they told me "Per my agreement" I had to be up to date on payments to cancel. Although my daughter had not attended for 9 months! I was 160$ behind. They said "we reserve seats for these kids, we cant make you come, but it costs us money to hold that seat." Which is just a load of bull. Like I said there was overcrowding and sometimes 30-40 kids running around in that small room. I told them if canceling was going to be this hard, I'd just cancel the credit card. And the response I got was "well, we'll just send it to collections." They make it impossible to cancel. The classes are less than mediocre and there are so many kids, your kid isn't learning much. Just take them to the park.

My 1st review was taking down some type of way but I’m back . My daughter went for a free trail class after the center came to her daycare . I paid a pro rated rate for the month of October. When signing up I was told by a staff member my daughter could also utilize the affiliated facility in Orlando however there were none and my daughter missed classes . Today I tried to reschedule and the owner was rude and hung up on my face . I called from an alternative number to cancel services still no answer.

This place is okay but good luck trying to cancel! We've tried for months- talked in person, called, mailed a letter and they still charge us! It's been months since we lived in Florida and they still think it's okay to continue to charge us. My kid liked going the first month but not much after that. They have a rotating door of employees. Honestly the cancellation hassle alone is enough to never want to go to another location. I definitely tell my family and friends not to go.

It only took the trial class to know this location would never be the correct fit for our 3.5 year old.

If you are a parent that practices conscious parenting/gentle parenting - this is not for you . At least 5 children were put in isolation/separated from the group to be punished for developmentally appropriate behavior. Left there without a co-regulator to cry.

While 3-4 year olds can follow directions and participate , it is not developmentally appropriate for them to sit completely still and wait.
While the two African American teachers were sweet…the 2 other lead women clearly do not have any actual early childhood education and they are uneducated on what’s actually appropriate for children’s brains.

Great place... but they should have different schedules for toddlers and kids (practice and play).
I came @4 more than 60 people, there is no air conditioning, it smells really bad 😵‍💫 and feels super hot, also for hygiene issues, they should not allow parents to use the children's bathroom, which is disgusting.

Would not recommend to anyone, small space, not very good coaches or staff, very money hungry and they continuously charge you even when you don’t attend, their contract are ridiculous their is no structure and when I first inquired I wanted a gymnastics base which they said they offered but clearly not true, my daughters sometimes tumble in my living room and jump on my couches and I felt as though I was paying for the same things she does at home to do at my gym.

I had posted about the bad experience I had, however Mike called me and realized the bad service provided on my son’s bday party. He was very understanding, he made the bad experience so much better by listening and reviewing the videos to confirm I was not assisted as I should be. I am only giving a 4 because although the day of the party was not perfect, Mike gave a credit to have a better end result. Its gone down hill this last few months or more. The girl in charge is abrasive with the kids, she's has a terrible attitude to work with kids and especially no understanding for kids with disabilities. The music is turned up so loud its over stimulating and the kids ask to turn it down or try themselves to only be scolded. Its ridiculous. And they teach them little to nothing. My gf has decided her grandkids won't be going back..my neighbor says this is her daughter's last session and its my granddaughter last one as well. They've gone from a 4 or 4.5 to a 2.

I booked this location for a kid birthday party by mistake and I explained the situation to the owner that it is the first group birthday party to my son and I have to make a party for him and no one will show up driving 45mins away for a kid birthday party and asked her to at least charge me 50% of down payment and she was totally inconsiderate to my situation! My son enjoys the fun parts of these classes. But after a while of the forced separation time, he was traumatized and hated going. We stopped doing that and it helped. I think the classes are too full, and it’s overwhelming. We switched our Sunday classes to a different day because there are too many people on Sundays. More parents standing around and no room for kids to play. The coaches are all very sweet. My son had stranger danger so sometimes when they would force him to do activities it ended it a lot of tears and I kind of wish it wasn’t so hands on for the coaches. Every week is different people so it’s very confusing for a young one year old.
My main complaints are how hard it is to contact a worker to schedule make ups or just anything via phone calls. I have literally called for 3 days before somebody answered. I tried to cancel our Payments and they made me pay for another month. They were closed on Halloween, and I just called back to makeup for our last Monday class and apparently all make ups have to be in that month. I was not informed when I cancelled. Had I been informed I would have scheduled. So I wasted half of my money for October payment and I’m not even allowed to make it up. Very frustrating.

We just celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday at My Gym Mandarin and Coach Jordan and her staff could not have wowed us more. They made it so fun for the kids as well as the parents. They set everything up perfectly and even worked with Marco's to have pizza delivered. They covered every detail for a very fair price and I can't stress how special they made our daughter's big day. They do not accommodate military orders. Beware. JUST AN UPDATE, If you receive military orders and it interferes with your child attending, just dispute with your bank and send your bank proof of orders showing that you are protected by the SCRA. You will get back every dime (unless they decide to start accommodating military families who receive orders that require them to leave in less than a month). They fought me hard about this and I finally got my money....months later. This is the only reason my son will never return. It shouldn't have been this hard.

My daughter LOVES it here. The coaches are great! Down to earth but also great at doing their job . As others reviewed, YES YOUR CHILD MAY GET SICK from being in contact with other children. My daughter gets sick often but that is not a fault of my gym. How can they prevent germs beyond cleaning and disinfecting between classes. Unless you want all the kids in mask and body suits running around, germs are going to spread !!! That’s my only negative but again that is NOT the fault of the gym. That’s the fault of parents letting kids go in knowing they are sick 🤣 overall, highly recommend! A lot of fun if you have a energetic child who needs to burn some energy. Especially if they are home/ homeschooled most days.

It’s a little smaller than I expected and it’s definitely not for nervous parents. The free play had no one supervising, no direction as in “avoid this, don’t do that. One kid on the trampoline at a time. Etc” There’s also a lot of elevated activities for kids to fall off of. The guided gym classes are well done though and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself. Just make sure you stay on top of your kid during free play.

They have done nothing but completely disregard me and I'm sick of it. The owner has been absolutely awful to me. Please read the reviews and take them into consideration before making the same mistakes.

Update: they finally canceled my services. I really do not recommend this place. The price is not worth it, and the cancelation process is a joke to try to get more money out of you. I really tried to give this place a try, since grandma was funding it so my daughter could socialize. The service I received was horrible. Coaches are really bad with kids.

If your kid is different from others, sensitive or he gets easily upset, they wouldn't do anything to cheer him up or find tge right approach.

They would just put the kid in the time out. This is abuse. This is punishment and this is bad. This is humiliating for kids.

As for the practice - kids are bored while they are in the group of 6-7 and one of them exercises, others are just sittingtgere with nothingelse to do, it's just too many kids and the program is uninspiring.

Kids are supposed to be loud, noisy and moving. Coaches just tell them to be quiet and sit still for 5+ minutes.

My kid doesn't want to come back there anymore.
Also every time after the class he was really upset. +he got sick after the last class, because there were couple of kids coughing and sneezing.

If I can give less than a star I will do so ...I bought my daughter a 6 months plan and we pay it in full but she keep on coming back sick wnever I take her to their gym maybe they are not clean enough so we decided after only 2 months from the plan to stop going their, they didn't even get back to us to see why she's not attending classes anymore that was a year ago so today I was surprised to see that they are charging me since 12/ 3/ 2021 a monthly fee which is 67 $ without any notice for renewing our membership and when I get back to them to ask why they don't follow up with kids who are not attending their answer was we have 500 kid we can't follow-up with each one but they can send bunch of marketing emails and when they get paid they stop caring .... not recommended at all ....worst experience ever ..I.. unprofessional

Booked MyGym for my daughter’s fifth birthday. They did a phenomenal job. It was the perfect place for a 5 year old’s birthday party and they made everything incredibly easy.

We really tried so hard to love this place. It’s a fun activity, I think it is fairly priced for a class a week and unlimited free play. But I’m only giving 2/5 stars because my child leaves sick everytime and I have had enough. I think they only clean once a day maybe at the end, or once a week. They don’t clean in between classes. She is always sick from this place. To where we would miss a week from being sick, attend the week or two after our missed week, and she’d end up being sick again. The last class I took her to a few weeks ago, a fellow young classmate was coughing and hacking everywhere, like a wheezy sick cough and runny nose. The parent just standing there smiling like nothing while his kid hacked next to my child. I physically moved her away. I couldn’t believe the parent even took the child, and that the staff didn’t ask to have her leave. But my kid miraculously ended up sick after that, go figure, and we didn’t attend again for another week. I was paying for a membership that we only used maybe once or twice a month, usually one being a makeup day, because of illness.

I paused our membership months back because I was tired of her coming out sick from this place, and guess who didn’t get sick…

I feel petty and bad almost leaving this review, like some Karen, I swear I’m not, but I just strongly dislike dirty places and places where parents being sick childern.

My two 7 year old boys started the ninja warrior class last week and absolutely love it!! The coaches are so patient and great with all the kids!!! Highly recommend!! Worth every penny.

This was a great place! Took my 20 month old for the first time and he had such an awesome experience. The the staff was amazing and friendly. The activities were well planed out. Definitely recommend it!

First time coming here, and definitely won’t be the last! Staff is friendly, professional, honest and courteous! We came for a free class and our kid enjoyed it so much, we decided to sign up for more classes. Highly recommended and Awesome experience for your little one.

Yesterday was my sons first time we did a free trial. He had a great time, I got the membership for him. He does not go to daycare but he is extremely outgoing this will be great for him. Thank you to the patient coaches at my gym.

We went to our first class this morning and I am so impressed! The staff was amazing and so attentive to my son. They could tell when he was getting overwhelmed and helped the situation tremendously! My son ended up having an awesome time, and had no issues wandering off on his own. We can’t wait to go back!!
