We’ve been attending MyGym Pembroke Pines since my son, Carlos Manuel, was just 4 months old and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for his development! From those early days, MyGym has helped him build important motor skills, starting with tummy time and crawling, and now he’s confidently walking and exploring with so much joy.
Beyond the physical milestones, MyGym has been incredible for his social development. He’s learned to interact with other children, build confidence in a group setting, and he always lights up when we pull into the parking lot.

He absolutely loves all of his teachers. His favorite teachers are Ms.ALEX, Mr.GIO, Mr.LEO and Ms.TYLOR. They are not only energetic and kind, but also incredibly knowledgeable about child development. We feel so lucky to be part of this community. Carlos Manuel will be celebrating his first year at this place in a couple of days. Will follow with a review if I will recommend doing your kids party here.

I have been taking my grandson to My Gym in Pembroke Pines for about 8 months. We love it! We have the unlimited membership and we try to go to the classes as much as possible. Their schedule offers a variety of times to chose from making it very accessible to most.
As a former Early Childhood Education teacher, I am very happy with the program at My Gym. They provide age appropriate activities in a familiar structure while also allowing for independent exploration. I have been able to see the growth as my grandson has learned to be more independent. The different segments of the class are perfectly timed to maximize the limited attention span of this age group. Even for the very young children the routine is similar to what one would expect in a preschool Each week brings new songs, poems, activities and story times to keep the children engaged.
My grandson is 20 months old and loves going to My Gym. I also love being there. It is clean and appealing and the staff are excellent. They are welcoming and caring and we feel right at home! We look forward to continuing to grow and lear at My Gym!

Overall this a great place and the kids do grow exponentially in these classes. Taylor was our favorite!! The reason for 4 stars is that in the end they focus on money and not the well-being of the children. We misunderstood what the freeze meant and when we showed up for a schedule class, they denied us. My daughter cried because she couldn’t go in after we showed up to find out we would be denied. Lastly when I canceled our membership, I was downgraded without realizing. Even though I paid the full $149 I was only allowed in my last week two weeks to go to limited classes. That’s not what we paid for.

We have been coming to this amazing gym since our daughter was 7 months. She has grown so much. My Gym has engaging activities and fosters an amazing sense of community. Let me start by saying the staff is absolutely fantastic with children and the facility is outstanding. That being said they have no control over the admission of sick children. My son Grayson is Homeschooled and loves this place but we will have to cancel due to him getting very ill after the last session. The previous time we noticed a child with green mucus running down his nose and we approached the staff only to be told that they had no control over the kids being dropped off if the parent say the child is ok.
Today we are told that no children had been sick that day when that absolutely incorrect.
Point being, we are trusting our children in the care of your facility and you are not listening to our concerns. If a child is showing signs of being sick it is up to your facility to notify the parents of this child and have that child removed from having contact with other children. I understand this is uncomfortable for some parents but its in the best interest of all the other children involved. I’ve also added some pictures of my 1 year old daughter getting sick with the same infection from what my son contracted at this facility All we ask is to take care of the safety of these children by refusing to admit sick kids into the facility. That’s all. Implement a system where you can quickly screen the children before they get dropped off. Based on the reply to this concern it is ok for other parents to lie about the child’s condition as long as you guys are making a profit. Sorry but that’s absolutely wrong.
The parents can lie but running green snot flowing from a child’s nose doesn’t.
Also, thank you for concerning yourselves with my child’s immunity.
In the end it all comes down to making a profit and that’s why so many of us parents have no trust on facilities any longer.
Separate yourself from other facilities and start actually caring for these babies rather than money.
Very disappointed with that response from you guys.
Update, because you guys think that it’s ok to accept sick children to develop the immune system of other kids, both my children have been diagnosed with pneumonia.

Went to inquire about membership for my daughter and test out the gym at 3 in the afternoon on a Tuesday and the lights are completely OFF (DURING OPEN HOURS) **clearly listed on their website and google** When i realized it was unlocked i stepped inside with my mother-in-law and baby to see if anyone was there and a girl (with green/hazel eyes) jumped from behind the counter saying she was in lunch. How do you justify having the lights OFF during work hours and having ZERO staff there and/or having NO Sign that someone is away for lunch ???
Truly unbelievable. I even called to see if this location had permanently shut down and a man who picked up confirmed it was open.
I spoke briefly with this young girl in charge during this time and i asked if i could show my daughter around and in less than 5 min she said im sorry i can’t let you use the gym..as if we were trying to stay or something..
Let me just say that in all baby gyms i have gone to see, NOT ONE of them said anything like this. Everyone was so welcoming and here is like “shut the lights off, we’re not trying to see anyone until our next class.!’ You can’t take a walk around either “for safety reasons” !
I really wanted to like it here but not only was that one particular girl awful at her job But even the way the owner responds to these reviews is beyond awful and so dismissive to people to actually had a bad experience.

I don't recommend this place at all.
Despite my attempts to discuss the issue with a charge i got for 20 min of $40 with the owner, she were unwilling to accommodate any changes or make exceptions, which is surprising given the nature of the service industry.
Additionally, it seemed that the owners prioritized strict adherence to their policies over customer satisfaction. This lack of flexibility made what could have been a great experience into a disappointing one.

While I appreciate the need for rules and structure, a little flexibility can go a long way in enhancing customer experience. I hope the management considers being more adaptable in the future, as it could significantly improve their overall reputation.

(Original) My kids had fun, so that's why I give it a couple of stars. But we went to a birthday party one day and then I suddenly started getting a barrage of marketing messages. The same friends wanted to go for a Halloween party, and we had to buy grip socks (I don't remember this last time), and they apparently held my credit card info so they could automatically charge me extra for the socks. Never told me the amount, I just got the receipt. I wrote back asking them to delete my credit card info as I never authorized them to save it and they're saying they can't and I'm apparently signed up for some account with their system that now I should dig around and delete it. If I don't hear back from them in 48hrs I'm dropping this review to one star and I'm escalating them for bad business practices. Again, the kids had fun, but they have no right to spam me from a birthday party and retain my DL credit card after a one-off purchase.

We had our daughters 1st birthday last Sunday and it was AMAZING! The inside is so clean and spacious. Our two party hosts, Gio and Lily, did a fantastic job in making the party so memorable. Gio is energetic and so wonderful with kids. The kids were having the time of their lives. There were so many creative activities planned out for the kids. Love this place! We go to the Pembroke Pines location and they are amazing! I wish I found this place sooner! The staff is so nice and they are cleaning every time we go in there! Absolutely love this place! The activities are great for so many age groups. I wish I knew about this place when my daughter was a baby. My Gym is amazing for my 11 month old son with delayed motor skills. We had Ms Janelli and Ms Gillian, they both spent time with him and were very skilled with playing at his level. My son, Sawyer was very engaged with both of them and had lots of smiles. I was very impressed how active he was the entire time.

I heard good things from this place and decided to put my child here for Spring Break since I have no one to watch him. I understand that the safety of kids is the main concern however I was called to pick up my son on 2 separate days for 2 minor incidents. These people cannot expect to take care of 10-15 4 yrold kids and not expect the occasional hit or throwing of a ball. They should be able to hanfle it. I had to leave work 2 separate days because of a minor incident. The reason I chose this place is bec I had no other option and for them to think I am available to drop everything was inconsiderate.

We tried one of the spring break camps and my son did not enjoy his time there - The gym is small and more suitable for young children 2-3. Although nice, the two staff members seemed unprepared to handle a group of kids aged 2-6 in the same 'program.' Plus, it was very expensive. The next day we tried Gravity Gymnastics and it was amazing. Although there was a range of ages, the instructors were experienced and the program was very organized. My child had a blast.
Update: I’m not sure what family/ child you are referring to below, but mine most definitely did not hit anyone, and we did not speak yesterday at all.

I was curious about their services so I went in one day to inquire. A class was letting out at the exact time. Needless to say, that employee was talking to us and then talking to someone else. She pushed the trail, in which we signed up for. Things were only partially explained. I mean, I wasn’t even explained how to sign up for a class. I was basically just referred to the website for further information. However, I was not able to attend the classes expect for 1. We decided not to continue, but they continued to charge us, for months!! This was not explained to us. We contacted the company and they were unwilling to help. We were charged months fo services not rendered. They’re sneaky. This is clearly how the stay afloat. Not explaining the trail period and scamming people for services they never provide. As for the class that I attended, there’s not structure to it. It’s basically an expensive indoor playground. Gymboree is the same concept, but they actually have structure. They also don’t try to scam people for money. They earn their money.
The owner since responded, and let’s be clear that it was not clear. To stay firm on a charge for services not rendered in itself explains their strategy of getting money. Let’s be real, we all know shady companies like this. Save your money and take your kid to the park. It’s the same thing! There’s an interesting pattern of people with this same issue. It’s not worth the money to begin with, and if you’re interested in trying you can get scammed into paying for months! Taking peoples hard earn money for no services. Now that’s clear! Shady

Love the location, place is clean, the coaches are great. Would have given 5 star if they would send kids with buggers running from their noses home. Clearly the child is sick! I know you do not want to upset the customer but what about the other paying customers.

We cancelled our membership.
And they continued to charge us $94 for 2 months despite multiple calls.
I saw a similar review below. Where they kept charging $180
After cancellation. This tells you these people are dishonest and only care about your money. I would not recommend going to this gym as there
Are tons more kid gyms in the area.

We had my grandsons 3 year birthday party there a couple of weeks ago. What an amazing time everyone had. The corner room was very large with wrap around floor to ceiling glass which provided natural light. It was sparkling clean and new. The abundance of equipment that provided lots of fun for all was nicely spread out throughout the room. All equipment was safely wrapped with padding. Last but not least, the 2 ladies who ran the party were amazing . They were always on the move making sure everyone was having fun and working as a team to provide a memorable experience for all. Please check this place out for your toddlers next celebration.

PS. They also provide drop off services for parents like my kids to go on a date night for a few hours when we are not available to baby sit.

Disappointing, inflexible, and locks you in!

My wife and I signed our daughter up at this location close to opening. There were absolutely no classes available outside of the morning for her age (toddler). Additionally the classes that were available in the mornings, were not offering much for her. We finally decided to cancel only to find that we are being charged 2 additional months before they’ll finally relieve us from this program.

That’s $180 just to get out without a single class used:

My kids really enjoy going to My Gym Pembroke Pines. They have fun, play, exercise, try and learn new skills. One of my kids is on the ASD and he has learn to wait for his turn, sit and pay attention. Every week he gets better and more involved in the class.

Best place to take your child. My 5 and 10 year old love going to My gym. I love how they are always learning new skills while having fun. The instructors are amazing and impress me every time. When we had my daughters birthday, they made sure it was extra special and we never forget any my gym party. Highly recommend.

We love this new My Gym location. Lots of great activities and classes for the kids. My 3 year old enjoyed going from station to station all around the gym. Jumping on the trampoline, next to the ball pit, up and down the slide...lots of fun! The owners are very accommodating and help throw the greatest parties! Highly recommend!

We recently joined my gym with our 8 month old son and we love going. My mother has even commented that she think it has helped him. I joined just to get him around other babies. We did three months to start and the membership was waived as a holiday special. You get one class a week with your membership but right now it’s unlimited and we have been going twice a week. I Am not really into the mascot but that’s just me. The facility is really clean and I believe brand new which is another factor I took into consideration when joining. They do a great job at cleaning up after the kids. Parents get involved and help. I definitely have been recommending myghm to my parent friends.

This place forced me to take their weird looking character for my kids birthday party. I wanted to hire a character from a reputable company. They finally agreed and said they had to call that company. Well they never contacted the company for me. By the time I called the company to hire a character, they didn't have any availability. Very upset
