This location is absolutely amazing. All the coaches go above and beyond to ensure the enjoyment and excitement of all the kids. Our son beams a smile when he sees us pull up to the gym to play. Coach Maryann and coach Emma are incredible. We even had our son’s 2nd birthday here and you couldn’t take a smile off his face the entire time we were there. We recommend this to all of our friends in the area!!

My daughter is 10 now, and hasn’t been to My Gym is 5-6 years. However, her time there was always wonderful. The staff and management are awesome people and always were professional. My daughter still loves to watch videos from her time there. Highly recommend this place! Many great memories made there. Shout out to Coach Glen ( I think that was his name). He always made it such a fun time for the kiddos

Staff doesn't make sure everyone follows the rules. As parents sit on the equipment where the kids are supposed to play all the time. Hassle about canceling. Unsafe as they let a kid attend with their grandparents that couldn't control them and that kid is violent. This is worse than any playground I've ever been to and I pay to be at this gym.

My son Jax has been attending since he was just six months old, and we absolutely love this gym! As a stay-at-home mom, it’s been the perfect place for him to socialize, build confidence, and burn energy especially since he isn’t in any type of school yet. The coaches are amazing, especially Coach Mary Anne, who has been such a blessing to our family. We even hosted his birthday parties here, and they went above and beyond to make them special. Truly grateful for this community!

We recently attended a birthday party at My Gym on Alafaya Trail with our toddler, who has a clinical diagnosis requiring the use of an AFO (ankle-foot orthotic) and supportive shoes (stride rites) to safely walk and play. While the staff was warm and welcoming, this review is intended to highlight a concerning issue regarding the facility’s understanding of accommodations for children with disabilities under the ADA.

Upon arrival, we were informed that all children must wear socks or be barefoot, per their policy. We explained our child’s medical needs to a staff member, who was empathetic and initially agreed that our child could participate with clean shoes. We were happy to clean her shoes right then and there with wipes provided. However, partway through the event, we were asked to place oversized socks over the shoes and AFO, an inappropriate and clinically unsound modification that could make her unsteady.

The employees texted the owner about my daughter’s leg brace and let me know he was coming to the facility. When the owner of the franchise arrived, he proceeded to justify the concern by citing potential damage to their equipment and insurance liability. The focus on protecting gym equipment over creating an inclusive environment for a child with a disability was disheartening and entirely missed the point. It also demonstrated a fundamental misunderstanding or disregard of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which is not about policy preference but legal obligation.

To be clear, my 25 pound daughter’s plastic AFO doesn't stop her from playing just like every other kid. And that’s just what she did. The staff working the event were kind and likely doing their best with the limited direction they had. This issue reflects a larger concern: a lack of training and awareness at the management level regarding the rights of children with disabilities and the proper way to accommodate them without unnecessary hurdles or stigmatization. My Gym should work on this as an organization. Other indoor play gyms in Orlando have no problem allowing my daughter to wear her AFO with shoes and don’t pull us aside to talk about it. We left the birthday party with an odd feeling, like we weren’t really welcome there. We don’t want other parents or kids to feel this way.

We hope this review serves as a heads-up to other families who may have similar needs: know your rights before visiting this location, as accommodations may not be honored unless leadership takes steps to educate themselves and their staff on inclusivity and the law.

We first went to my gym for a birthday party for my four year old- she had an absolute blast. I was so impressed with the teachers and how they got to know each child over a couple hours.

We decided to enroll our two year old because we had been looking for weekly exercise/play opportunities. He absolutely loves the gym and asks to go often. His coaches are fantastic and he is truly excited to see them every week.

So happy to have found this gym. We have tried a few brands of child gyms between both kids and this is truly our favorite.

My 18 month old loves going to My Gym Waterford Lakes! The facility is always clean, engaging, and organized. My daughter has started growing with her social skills with other children and adults (coaches). The staff is truly wonderful; they are energetic, warm, and truly seem like they are excited for the kids and classes. I want to give a special shout-out to Coach Emma - when we first started at My Gym my daughter had never had exposure to classes/other kids due to not going to daycare and not knowing families with children around her age. Coach Emma is a natural with calming/encouraging the children and parents -she made me feel more at ease with the transitions of socializing and learning new routines for my daughter.

My toddler loves coming to My Gym! One thing that I can tell she appreciates is that it is not focused in its entirely on gymnastics tricks. Before coming to My Gym, we tried other programs, but she would often be hesitant to participate because she was afraid of flipping and being upside down, which other gyms focused on.
At My Gym there is a variety of play activities that she can choose from that engage gross motor, fine motor and proprioception without the pressure of doing gymnastics. Her favorite are the swings!
All of the staff are friendly and patient and you can tell that they genuinely enjoy being around children. I highly recommend this place!

The My Gym Waterford Lakes is hands down the best location that I’ve been to. Both of my kiddos have been My Gym Waterford Lakes members and they absolutely love it. We drive a little further because it’s the best location in Central Florida. From the size of the facility, the amazing classes, the cleanliness and the excellent coaches, it is a great place for families.

We just celebrated our little one’s first birthday and we created amazing memories! Every birthday party that I’ve had there has been exceptional. They always go above and beyond. They are so great with the kids, super organized, are such great communicators. The kids have a great time while the parents get to relax and enjoy the party too! Had a Bluey birthday party for my son’s classmates friend Noah. He was turning 7 years old!

It’s basically a gymnasium with lots of foam blocks and obstacle course items kids can play on.

Made more for younger kids but older kids can definitely have fun too!

For the bday party they did a zip line activity with a legit harness for the kids. (There were 2-3 ladies that had headphone mics on that could announce over the speakers & referee the kids)

Most of the children loved it other than having to sit on the mat & wait their turn.
The birthday boy even got to go twice! We had a really fun time at the party.

My son had his 6th birthday party at MyGym this past weekend. Coach Emma and Coach Rheanna were absolutely amazing with the kids and took care of everything from set up to serving food and breakdown taking alot of stress off my plate. I can't say enough good things about my 6 year old's birthday party at My Gym Waterford Lakes!!

Both my 6 and 9 year olds have loved their gymnastics classes this summer, and I was happy when my son picked My Gym for his birthday party. But I wasn't prepared for how amazingly everything went!

I brought decorations in ahead of time and the coaches put them up for us. We brought in snacks and cake, and the coaches helped us unload our stuff.

The kids were kept busy for the full 2 hours (half hour of singing/cake)... the rest of the time they were MOVING. Games, special stuff they don't always bring out during regular classes, the famous zipline... they played a spotify playlist of my son's favorite songs that I sent in. We had requested some of his favorite games/My Gym activities. It was just so great and the kids had a blast.

The coaches kept me infomed about what was coming up next. They cut and passed out cake for us. It was just perfect, I can't say enough good things. I didn't have to worry about anything but taking pics and watching the kids have fun.

Big thanks to Coach Val and Coach Miranda for running things so seamlessly, to Coach Victoria for setting everything up perfectly, and to Coach Bruce for running such an excellent gym and for celebrating with us! 🥰

I’ve been coming to my gym with my 2 year old for almost 6 months. The staff are all so friendly and care so much about all the kids. Owen has learned so much like “how old are you” skills, sharing and it’s a good safe environment for him to see other kids since he’s an only child. Most of all it’s definitely age appropriate and they make sure to keep the kids attention the full 45 minutes. I highly recommend My Gym!

We LOVE MyGym! Coach Mike is the most qualified and engaging professional with kids that we have experienced as parents. He is kind, patient, talented and funny. We also adore Coach MaryAnne, Coach Emma and pretty much everyone who works here. The facility is great and has awesome offerings— my daughter loves the classes & just tried her first camp (big 5 stars there!). When we first came to the Tots class in 2022, I felt it was a little too loud and overwhelming for her but I am SO glad we came back and tried it again. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the kindness displayed by the people at My Gym. My vet’s office was super crowded this afternoon, and since I have an anxious pup, we decided to wait outside. Due to a series of unfortunate events, I ran out of water and left her to-go bowl at home. It was crazy hot, so I called My Gym to see if they had a vending machine or water for purchase. They didn’t; instead, a young lady and a man came out and gave me a bottle of water for my dog. They even found a cup for me to pour it into and invited me to wait inside. I was a random stranger with a dog in their parking lot, but they treated us with such care. I imagine they instill those same principles in their students. It's truly the little things that make a difference.

There is absolutely no other place to consider having a birthday party. The My Gym coaches are absolutely AMAZING. From the moment you arrive they take charge and you literally just get to sit back and relax. When we arrived the entire room was decorated with Frozen themed banners, cups, napkins...it was perfect! The coaches were incredible with all of the kids and timed the food, cake cutting, special guest appearances, etc. Our daughter felt so special from the moment she walked in. We are already looking at dates for next year's birthday party :)

Bonus: They unload everything you want to bring from your car and at the end load everything up for you!

We love my gym. my daughter Zoya has been going since she was 2 years old and she'll be five next month. My Gym Waterford Lakes is such an amazing place!!..After taking my son there, you really see first hand the wonderful staff ,led by Bruce who was so welcoming and kind, and how they really take the time to make sure all the kids have fun and are so patient with the children. They are not autism friendly. Brought my son a few months ago on a Wednesday evening to try it out. They expected my son to know what to do right away and be able to keep up with the kids that had already been there before. One of the other kids excluded my son out of an activity and the gym instructor laughed about it. Bad experience. The instructor was some middle aged spanish man. He was favoring one of the little girls. And moms...if you're going to bring your girls here, make sure they wear something appropriate, not a skirt, skort, or super short shorts that show the child's underwear, especially if the instructor is a man!

Our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at My Gym Waterford Lakes yesterday was flawless. I was ready to write this review before we had the party (because they made planning the event so stress-free), but I am glad I waited because I have many more good things to share. Our coaches were a talented group of party hosts! They greeted everyone, called the kids by their names, kept a dozen toddlers entertained for 2 hours, served food, anticipated everyone’s needs, and made it all look easy!

From the beginning, they took time to explain the party details once over the phone and again in person about 10 days before the party when things began to "get exciting." They took the initiative to follow-up with me about things they needed to know to plan effectively and answered all of my questions by phone, in person, and over text message, reassuring me every step of the way that we were going to have a blast. They were right.

During the party, there were many opportunities for me to enjoy the big day with my daughter as well as take time to visit with family that came in for the festivities. The coaches had age-appropriate activities planned, facilitated free-play time, made sure everyone enjoyed the gym safely, and were 100% engaged with us for the entire party. I had a few opportunities to stand back and watch the magic and I have to say, the positive energy, confidence, and teamwork of these coaches was outstanding.

It was the little things, like being ready to light the candle, putting a straw in my daughter’s juice for her, and asking whether we wanted to present the cake to our daughter where she was sitting or if we wanted to bring her over to the cake table, that made a big difference. They made sure we had a family photo by the cake and then served everyone so we could relax and enjoy cake too. Their thoughtfulness in these actions is what I will remember the most.

At the end of the party, the coaches even helped our daughter put on her shoes and walk her to the car telling her that all of her presents were going home with her. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better party. If you’re still reading this, I hope you give yourself the gift of My Gym party so you can enjoy the party too. When I look at the pictures and videos from yesterday, all I see are smiles! Thank you to everyone at My Gym Waterford Lakes!

We LOVE this My Gym! We drive 50 minutes from Cocoa Beach a few times a week to come here. He is always greeted by his name when we arrive! My son Jackson is thriving and is learning new skills. He is 25 months and has never been in a class environment so I’m so happy that he is learning social skills with other children, he now knows what circle time is and is learning how to participate with other kids and follow directions. The free time gym area is amazingly clean, air conditioned! The staff is always friendly and keeping the kids engaged with activities and different groups of activities.

My Gym Waterford is AMAZING! My son turned 1 in March at the beginning of the pandemic. After months of being home, he become super timid and afraid of everyone except for me and my husband. We started to bring him to My Gym once we felt a bit more comfortable, and he was so afraid at first. We kept up with it and brought him each week until he fell in love. We just recently celebrated his 2nd birthday party at My Gym and it was amazing! The staff is so personable, and is perfect with children of all ages-babies included. They are excellent at communication, keep the gym super clean and always make us not only comfortable, but very welcomed. My gym is epic fun for my two high energy boys! They love to run, and play, and learn from Coach Mike!! They have put together a team of incredibly fun coaches who lead a fun, safe , and educational class! I highly recommend My Gym!

We have also been so impressed with the birthday party program they do for the kids!

It’s an awesome source of indoor play!

The parent night our is a life saver for our date nights!

We just got home from our birthday party for our son. Everything was perfect! The coaches had everything set up before we got there and we just added our finishing touches. All of the parents and kids had a blast! Almost every parent they're made mention of how much fun they and their child was having and thought the place was amazing. I was a little bit nervous being at its new location we had not attended a class there yet but I knew from previously attending classes with thesecoaches that it would be amazing and I was. I hope that one of my son's classmates has a party there so we can come back again. We absolutely love coach Mike and all of the coaches there at my gym I cannot give them enough praise if they had a 10 star system they would get 11 well worth the time and money

This place is my daughter's own personal heaven! She loves all of the fun activities, circle time, and obstacles. Every week is a new setup which keeps her busy with new experiences. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to ensure that everyone is having a good time. Highly recommend MyGym!

My son has been attending My Gym @Waterford Lakes for almost a year now. They have been professional and compassionate and they really care about their students. I can't sing My Gym at Waterford Lakes enough praise! I have attended a birthday party here as well as hosted our son's 4th birthday here as a result. The facility is clean and very fun for kids (and adults) of all ages. Most notably, the staff are simply amazing, all focused on making the experience special for the birthday person and all guests. Most importantly, our son had an amazing day that he still is talking about weeks later!

We love My Gym @Waterford Lakes! My Daughter Emily loves coming here every week. We started her at My Gym when she was 8 months old and she has blossomed since joining. She sees the other kids and wants to do what they do. She loves the social interaction with everyone and the staff treat you like family. The staff go above and beyond. My daughters 1st steps were at My Gym and the staff were as excited as I was. They took video and even downloaded the moment from there surveillance cameras and sent it to me. I have been so impressed with them that I decided to have my daughter's first birthday here and sooooo glad I did because it was amazing. They did everything! Set up, decorations, clean up and making sure everyone had a good time! They made the party about her and even though she won't remember it, we will remember how special they made her on her big day! We are so happy we found this place! Thank you to the entire staff! We love you all

My daughter has been coming to My Gym for around 2 months and we love it! My husband and I really enjoy being able to both participate with her while she learns and explores. All of the coaches are awesome but we especially love Coach Mary Ann, Coach Mike, and Coach Bree! We will definitely be long term members!

Had a wonderful time celebrating my goddaughter’s (Aria) 1st Bday. The staff was attentive and kept the children entertained the whole time we were there and that’s not easy to do. Many activities to do for all children. The best part is we were there for 2 hours with no clean up and no awkward goodbyes to guest ( if the party was at your house.) So if you are a parent who values your time and still Have a wonderful celebration for your little one... I highly recommend this place. Thanks again My Gym staff. Loved the pictures.

My girls love this place! The ninja training class is so fun! Not only did they do so much physical activity that I'm sure they'll sleep well, but they also learned a lot about anatomy (quadriceps, biceps, triceps). We'll be back!

Great place! This location is super awesome!! The facility is big and offers different classes for all age range. We come twice a week and never get bored! The coaches are extremely professional, super attentive, knowlegable, and loooove kids. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!

This place is okay in the sense that the coaches are really nice. The curriculum gets a little boring if you go once a week and is literally the same if you go multiple times a week. After a while, my kid just wanted to play with the bouncy balls and well, he could do that at home.

The main reason for the poor review is their cancellation policy. And I suppose if you wrap anything in the word "policy" what rights does the consumer have? Once a member decides to cancel, they have to pay for one more month, regardless of whether or not their situation/schedule allows them to attend those classes they pay for. And of course they use the nice tone, "oh we're so sorry but that's the policy, and of course we don't want you to pay for something you can't use, so here's a gift card you can't use or a punch card you can't use" (because if you COULD then you wouldn't need to cancel!) They claim they told me about this when I signed up but neither my husband or I remember, so who knows? What I do know is that they have lost my son as a customer. I probably would've taken him back when I could because at least he got to interact with other kids once a week, and any future babies, but now I definitely won't because of their user-UN friendly policies.

We love MyGym! My almost 4 yr old started doing baby classes here at 10 months old and last year he attended the preschool prep classes. Ms. Lili and Ms. Andrea are the best. They are so good with the kids and so thoughtful with the program. My son has learned so much and he also brings home the cutest crafts. We loved it so much that he will be attending next year too!!! My other son is 17 months. He loves it as well and attends classes. The facility is clean, fun and a perfect indoor activity in FL. I've also organized play dates here and Bruce and the staff are all so easy and wonderful to work with. I could go on and on!

I have been a preschool teacher for more than 20 years and this is my favorite work place by far!!. The owner (Bruce) really cares about the families and the children. He invests as much as possible on supplies, gym equipment, art materials and learning toys. I'm a happy My Gym teacher!! I cannot tell you enough wonderful things about My Gym Waterford Lakes! The preschool prep teachers are beyond magnificent! Ms. Lili and Ms. Andrea were the most loving, attentive, meaniful teachers I e ever come across! (And u ran a preschool for 5 years!). I've been taking my baby since he was 8 weeks old, now he's almost 9 months. He's been stimulated by movement, songs, and activities, and loves it! When the Hello Song starts, he claps and bounces with excitement. The instructors are friendly and really try to get to know the children, while always keeping safety and cleanliness a priority. It's fun for me, as well, to get to know other moms and learn things we can do at home. It also gives my baby a chance to interact with others since I stay home with him. I highly recommend!

Staff is great! We had a birthday party for my six year old daughter here and it was well worth it. The kids had a blast and the staff had well planned and executed activities for the kids, that kept them going, going, going and giggling with delight. Birthday party was Frozen themed and they had multiple activities planned that took this theme into consideration. "Snowball" throwing with little soft balls, "snow" with a bubble machine and so on. Communication was good both leading up to and during the party. Facility is clean and fantastically fun for the young kids. It was obvious the staff had good experience/training working with kids. Any time one kid started to get upset they were masters at distraction/re-direction to head off a tantrum. Would definitely recommend to others.

Beware, membership cancellation hassles!

I actually didn't have any problem with the classes we were a part of at MyGym Orlando. The staff was friendly and it's great for children to get that early social interaction.

The cancellation policy is rather annoying (and shady?) though. We wanted to cancel our membership due to scheduling conflicts and have been told that we have to do so in person. We're really busy right now and it's difficult for us to get out there, which was the reason we were canceling in the first place. I don't enjoy the added hassle so wanted to warn others of it. We probably would have gone back to mygrm once things calmed down for us, but the cancellation policies are certainly a turn off.
