Love this place! It has been a life changer for me. I had never previously worked out and now I look forward coming to the gym. The trainers are fantastic! I have been taking personal training classes for 4 months now and I have already seen results! My whole body has improved in gaining muscle and in losing weight. Chris pushes me hard (but not too hard) and is very motivating. Even the group classes with Aaron are amazing and fun. It is not as intimidating as a regular gym and I enjoy going. To top it off, they help you with your nutrition as well! It is obvious the instructors are there to help you. I would highly recommend going to MHF.

I have been going to the Winter Springs location for 5 months and can’t believe the difference in how I feel. I am 56 years old and feel like I’m 30. I train with Chris and he kicks my butt every workout. I couldn’t do this on my own at one of those large gyms. I look forward to each workout and can’t wait to see how I will feel and look five months from now.

I absolutely love MHF! It’s the first time in my life that I have stayed consistent with working out. My trainer Chris pushes me to my limit every workout. I never thought I would get such fantastic results with working out for 30 mins two times a week! It’s perfect because I don’t have time to spend 2 hours in a gym and he absolutely maximizes the time I spend in the gym. The accountability has made me stick with it for over a year now. If you don’t have a lot of time, but want to see results, this is the place to be!

I am a busy, working mom of two very active boys so finding time to work out is a challenge. I love the fact that the trainers at My Fitness House Winter Springs have designed a challenging fitness program and it only takes 30 minutes a couple of times a week. This is not your typical gym and thank heaven for it! The atmosphere is friendly and no matter what your ability level you will not feel out of place. I opted for the personal training with Chris and I am seeing excellent results. He pushes when I need it and doesn’t let me slack off but is not “obsessive”. He recognizes my skill and comfort level and trains accordingly. And the other trainers have the same attitude. I recently tried one of the group classes and did not feel out of place and was even able to keep up with the other members. It’s a relaxed comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to work out. And the ages of members runs from 20s to 60s. I would highly recommend My House Fitness to anyone looking for a gym without the typical intimidating gym experience,

Love this gym! My trainer is always consistent with appointments, pushes me to do my best, sets reasonable goals. The gym itself is clean and orderly and doesn’t smell like a locker room. It’s really designed for people who truly want to push themselves so if you are content to just hop on a treadmill or stationary bike for an easy workout this is not the gym for you. They will definitely help you transform yourself if you are dedicated to following their recommendations. They aren’t cheap (if you are used to $30 a month open gym) but you get what you pay for which is excellent expertise/encouragement/individualized plan. I have been going for 8 months and I’m a happy client.

Even though I was not in the immediate area Jenny was able to customize an eating plan for me that was easy to follow and always available for questions. I lost 12lbs in just over a month. Boot camp with Myles is also a must, he's great and didn't call out my lack of athletic ability, but did guide me. ❤❤

I've been going to boot camps for a little more than a year now. I've been a runner for about fifteen years, but through the classes at MHF, I am in my best shape ever. I love that every class is different; there are no set routines, so I don't get bored, and my body is challenged. The trainers are excellent -- knowledgeable, personable, and encouraging.
Three months ago my husband began working with a personal trainer at MHF. He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis eighteen years ago and has been wheelchair bound for four years. He began working with a trainer in hopes that he would not lose any more ground physically. In just three months he has regained enough strength to pull himself to a standing position and maintain for a better period. Ed, his trainer, has gone the extra mile in researching MS, working within my husband's limitations, and encouraging him in this fight.
I so appreciate that the staff pours their energies into helping ALL of their clients achieve their goals and lead stronger, healthier lives.
