This place straith steals from you. I've tried and tried to get my subscription cancelled and they just won't do it. Can't block them from taking the money directly from my account for some reason. Can't EVER get someone on the phone. I absolutely do NOT recommend going through this gym ever.

For a so called “family owned” business, they really have no interest in being relatable in any way. One month out of my contract and they automatically renewed for a month to month and continued charging an account that has been drained. Explained my situation to them and they refused to accommodate. Then tried relating their own family finances to mine, one of the most out of touch things I’ve ever been told by a business owner. After emails back and forth with the owners, I realized that their rude responses and belittling of regular people was getting nowhere. They refused to accommodate a situation beyond my control and claimed to add an additional $29 for every 10 days past due. They continuously tried to charge my account after each email they sent, at one point taking the last $1.47 in my checking account. Their only response was to update my payment method and pay out my balance. Seriously disappointed in their lack of customer service and cold outlook on the financial reality for people who don’t own overpriced gyms. Besides that, the gym is cramped and impossible to get a good workout in after working hours. The equipment is old and pretty filthy. They don’t hold anyone accountable for their own set gym rules including profanity, yelling, slamming weights, and cleaning gym equipment after use. Mostly disappointed and really frustrated with their management. But, they’ll throw the weight around of legal contracts and try to bully you into paying up. Not a family I’d do business with again given the chance.

Go to enjoy a nice afternoon workout on the weekend and couldn’t even get in because of their out dated software causing the door not to open when granted access. You would think when they charge an arm and leg you could at least use the gym.

Love love love this gym! The owner is AMAZING. She’s always there with a positive attitude and she always takes the time to greet everyone who walks in the gym. I got into the best shape of my life while I was working out there and getting personal training. The atmosphere is so great and welcoming. Only reason I had to leave was I moved too far away. 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone.

I recently started working out here, about 2 months ago. I personal love the one on one training, with the trainer/owner/superstar Sarah. She is very knowledgeable, keeps you accountable, aways positive, and works to meet your goals. The gym is a smaller space, but never too crowded to get the job done! I love being able to attend classes when I don’t feel like figuring out my own workout.

I've been taking classes/working out here for about 2 years now. It's a great gym with a good atmosphere. While it is smaller than it used to be the use of space and variety of equipment is wonderful. I do personal sessions with Sarah and she has really helped me take huge leaps towards my fitness/weight loss goals.

I’ve been coming here for over a year. Even though the gym is small, it has everything I need to train effectively. The staff are always kind and keep everything very clean. Sarah is a phenomenal trainer. Super motivating! I highly recommend My Time Fitness and their personal trainers.

Since this has not had a review in some time, I think it's deserving of something more current just for everyone's awareness. I will try to be fair and brief. I have been a member here for about three years and it is not my first gym. I have worked out in large and small gyms, dirt cheap and high-end. I am giving this gym three stars because that's what it is: A middle of the road kind of place.

On the positive, the new owner(s?) are fantastic and attentive to the membership. The floor and equipment are clean and fairly organized; the machines and free weights are in excellent condition as well. There's a decent enough selection that you can get in a good workout with some room for variety. The price point is competitive enough with other options in the area.

On the negative, please be aware that the gym is now half the size that it once was because the adjacent corner unit was sold and turned into a dental office. A lot of good equipment had to be removed to save space; this also means that even though there isn't normally a lot of people working out, it only takes a few to get crowded.

Lastly, and neither pro/con, the clientele that are usually present are definitely on the younger side as the gym is located next to a junior highschool and a large residential neighborhood. There can be a lot of talking and monopolizing of the equipment at peak times, but you'll find this about anywhere.

I went in today to work out and the card reader would not open the door so no one could train today and I will say that is probably what motivated me to go ahead and write this, but after taking some time to get over this frustration and considering the entirety of my experience, I decided to go ahead and write anyway so that I could give a fair review. Overall it is a good gym and I think most people would be fairly satisfied.

This gym is a wonderful place to get a great workout. The owner and staff make extra effort to make sure the equipment is clean and functional. Great variety of free weights and machines to provide any type of workout you desire. Members can also select the channel on TV's. Lake Asbury is lucky to have a quality gym like this in the neighborhood.

It's clean, and open 24/7 to members. Has most everything you'd require. Never really that many people there. No creepers or meatheads, very few "gym bros". Everyone I've encountered has been polite, they move out of your way when trying to get to weights or machines, they clean up after they use equipment. They don't talk or interrupt your routine. I typically go outside of business hours, so no interaction with staff, I assume they're helpful.

I really cant say howthe facility compares to others. Leas than 10 minutes ago, I visited this location to seek information as a potential customer. The general manager did not seem to enthusiastic about acquiring a potential new customer as I was did not make it 3 feet into the facility. I had hoped to discuss what packages were available and possibly have been able to tour the facilty, yet i was only given pricing information. In essence, if this was their best at rendering customer service, I can only assume that their success is due to the lack of competition in this rural community.
