I just finished my first month at this gym, and I’m honestly blown away. I came in with a goal to show up a few times a week — and ended up doubling that because of how motivating, welcoming, and fun the environment is. The space is clean, organized, and run with so much care.
Every single coach brings something valuable, and the new additions are such a great fit with the team. Clarissa and G (our OGs!) are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly supportive — they meet you where you’re at and push you in the best way.
I started weight lifting at 50, and every session I feel stronger, more confident, and more excited to keep going. If you’ve been thinking about it, just start. This gym makes it easy to stay committed.

Myomass is by far my. favorite location in Jacksonville.
I started at this gym several years back, and have over time, in under an hour a day, learned to develop muscle strength and lift.
The space is now family friendly, so if you're a mom or dad with kids in tow, you can stop by to work out also.
With separate rack and cable systems, you get a chance to lift at your own pace, your own weights, with coached support.

I absolutely LOVE Myomass Strength Training! I used to train there back in 2023 and only had to stop because I couldn’t bring my son. But now they offer child watch . I’m so happy to be back.
The environment is super supportive, inclusive, and welcoming to all fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the community here truly feels like a family. I’ve never felt judged.
If you’re looking for a place where you can get strong, feel supported, and even bring your little one along, this is it. So grateful for Myomass and everything they do!

I have been to MyoMass a few times now and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The workouts are great, the coaches are awesome and very encouraging and the gym is well maintained and very clean. Greeted with a smiling face every time I go in and they have a place for my kids to play while I workout! Coach Clarissa is a phenomenal coach, she definitely knows what she’s doing, corrects my form and is always pushing me. I’ve already started to notice results and will keep going back for sure!

Unfortunately, I missed the founders deal because I had to go out of town, but I still want to shout out the amazing team at Myomass — especially Clarissa and Geraldin. It’s been 5 months at MyoMass.
I love it. I’m feeling strong again. And motivated. And healthier. And in a routine that feels good. It’s nice to show up and get a good push from one of the trainers and to realize you can do a lot more than you thought you could.

I've finally found the perfect gym for me. Classes are an hour long. We lift weights and have a great coach there to push us while also making sure we use proper form and technique. I first discovered Myomass through ClassPass and ended up signing up for a membership on just my third day. I really appreciate the structure of the classes and the fact that they’re an hour long. Gym focus on weightlifting. You and/or your partner have your own set of equipment. Preset workout for the day. The coach helped you to stay motivated, do the right form and increase your weight on the right time. I feel stronger after a year and gain some cool community friends.

Lifting weights at the gym has always intimidated me but the environment that Annie and the team of coaches have created at MyoMass is so different. It’s welcoming, uplifting, and so much fun! Everybody is in their own lane. The programming of the workouts is top tier and well thought out. They have members demo-ing the workouts on the screen so that just adds another layer of inclusion. And all the coaches are awesome! They know your potential (especially if you’ve been going there for awhile) and push you to go heavier and harder every class 🤪 10/10 highly recommend to try MyoMass out!

I’ve never been someone to stick to a workout routine for more than a month or two, but I have been consistent at Myomass for 10 months now. It’s the only workout I’ve ever actually looked forward to, and I’ve been an athlete most of my life. The workouts are great, and the community is even better! This is such a great gym!!! After re-tearing my ACL, I knew that I needed to strengthen my quad, so I didn’t have to go through a third tear. I looked into a few gyms around town, but they all seemed so intimidating to a beginner like myself. I went out on a limb and joined Myomass before even taking a class and it was literally the best decision that I’ve ever made. Myomass is 100% a beginner friendly gym. The coaches are so informative and are there if you have any questions throughout class. The workout for the day is already setup, so all you have to do is workout for an hour and you’re done- it’s great! I’m so appreciative to the coaches for pushing/motivating me to lift heavier than I ever thought I could do. I’ve been a member for a few months now and I can already see/feel a drastic change in my body. 10/10 would recommend!!

I have tried other studios and this is the first where I saw results nearly immediately!!! Within my first 25 classes here, I saw more results than any other instructor-led studio or gym I have been to. The owner also puts so much effort into different activities and events for the members, thus creating such a community within the gym. Overall, this is the only gym I found in Jacksonville that focuses on weight training and aesthetics with amazing programming done for you as well as a group to workout with. Nothing negative to say about Myomass!

I’ve done Orange Theory, F45, gyms, and personal trainers. I had thought that they were each decent but after a few months of Myomass, I can honestly say that they do not compare. The variety of workouts, the quality of the instructors, the tracking, face time with the trainers… the alternatives just do not compare to Myomass. It’s like comparing a 5 course meal from a steakhouse to the dollar menu from McDonalds.

This is a great place! Instructors are friendly, enthusiastic, and also very attentive to clients safety and form for those new to weight lifting. The classes vary in size but are not large enough that you feel lost in the crowd. In under 2 months of taking 3 classes weekly my clothes are fitting better and more importantly I feel physically better and stronger. Couldn’t even do one single push up 2 months ago and have now graduated to 6. Thanks Annie, Clarissa, Stephen, & Stephanie!

Clarissa is an attentive coach and took the time to listen to me and give me feedback that is effective and motivating. There are not enough words to explain how AMAZING this gym is. First off, the first class being $5 is such a good price just to come try it out and see how it goes. Instantly, I loved it after my first class and wanted to sign up for a membership. Annie, the gym owner, is so outgoing, thoughtful, professional, and inspirational. Before my first class I arrived 10 minutes early and Annie walked me through the gym showed me the process of everything and was very patient with me being that I had not been in a gym for a long time. My first class was with Stephanie and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER. She is so knowledgeable about each exercise and jumps in on the spot to correct your technique and motivate you. Stephanie is so humble, enthusiastic, warm, and so friendly. She made sure I felt welcome and didn't make me feel like I was the beginner in my class. My second class was with Clarissa and SHE IS OUTSTANDING I LOVE HER JUST AS MUCH. Clarissa is so sweet, energetic, polite, and intelligent. I love that Clarissa knew I did not understand each exercise but slowly walked through each one again after she demoed them. She didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing and she realized when things got too tough for me as well. This gym is just what I needed to get me going for the day. The staff and owner are just so caring I cannot thank them enough for everything they've taught me in my first week. Thank you all for all you do, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LADIES!!!

Highly recommend this gym for beginners! The set up of the class allows time to track your weight so you can actually see your progress. I’m about 3 weeks in and I have increased weight on nearly every exercise. Who doesn’t love to see results that quickly?!

This is such an incredible gym! I’ve previously tried other gyms that were too heavily focused on cardio and I felt like I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. After consulting with multiple people, I was told that the best way to lose body fat was through weight lifting. However, I had no idea where to begin and was extremely intimidated by the thought of going to the gym and figuring it out on my own. Myomass gives me the comfort of learning in a group setting but classes sizes small enough to get a personal feel with it. I truly cannot recommend this gym enough. 🙌🏼
