I purchased a month pass to try it out. I attended to one session. The lady who validaded my pass (instructor) was rude and lacks welcoming personality. I did not return.

I enjoy Adrienne's Yoga classes. She responds to the special circumstances and skills of all participants and takes the time to optimize the poses of everyone, which ensures a feeling of safety and well being. I like her style of clear and unambiguous instructions. At home I exercise by watching her Youtube videos.
Since I started attending Namaste yoga classes, I haven't had to visit my chiropractor.

Been going to Namaste for years, really enjoy the ambiance and the attitude that yoga is for everyone! The teachers advise how to adapt poses to your level and never try to push you to the point of pain. I’ll keep going back!

This is the most comfortable and amazing yoga studio I have ever had the pleasure of going too. I was a regular for this studio for about six months and even though I no longer live in Florida I still miss this place and keep looking for places similar to it!! Every teacher made the classes adjustable to whatever level you are at and for those of you looking for classes that aren't hot yoga (because seriously who wants hot yoga for every class they go too!!) this studio is the place to go!! Prices were comparable to other studios and definitely affordable I had no issues with them at all. :)

The classes are good, but when I purchased my new client package, 6 classes for $45 per the special on the sign I wasn't informed I had 30 days to use it. It is NOT listed on the sign either, which is misleading. I have NEVER looked at the website in depth to see the 30 day rule. I am just barely over a month with 4 visits left, arriving at class to be told I owe money was extrememly disappointing and annoying! I will never come back to your studio. That is very rude, and a waste of money. I would have tried harder to use my visits if I had known they would expire.
