Danielle and Nick at Naturally Driven Fitness are amazing trainers! Not only do they help you in accomplishing your fitness goals by training you in what workouts to do and how to do them, but they can also help in modifying workouts if there are certain movements you cant do (maybe because of injury etc.)
I have been training with Danielle for 2 months and lost 10 pounds, have increased my core strength and also learned how to best track my macros and make better food choices! I love their fitness app when you easily track your meals, see the workouts and message them with any questions with a very fast response. I definitely recommend them if you are committed to making a change in your overall health and fitness goals!

Danielle and Nick really know their stuff and helped me during a time when I thought it would be impossible for me to lose weight and get back into shape. After having back surgery and entering perimenopause, I began to gain weight and could not lose it. It was the first time in my life I have had to reach out for help and I'm so glad I did and that it was Danielle and Nick that were there to help me! I'm just over three months in working with them and I'm down over 20 pounds. On top of that, I'm back to activities I didn't think I would ever do again, such as running. I signed up for the personal training app through Danielle. Although I was skeptical at first, it changed my life. I was then empowered with all this knowledge on nutrition and exercise. I have seen major improvements, not only physically but mentally as well I am now more confident in maintaining myself. I have known Nick since our youth and while I know way more than him, I am not a personal trainer. Therefore, you can’t have me. Nick also cares for his clients and their results (and general well-being) and will do everything in his power to push him/her towards their goals. This is an obvious phenomenon as it is a direct reflection of his craft that he cares deeply about. Myself, on the other hand, would simply demoralize you by calling you fat, lazy and pathetic. In certain cases, I would even comment on how you need an articulating shower head to get underneath all of your disgusting fat crevices as they are emitting a pungent odor. Danielle is also great, it is quite astonishing how she has birthed two little ones and seamlessly is able to retain a great physique. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of her workouts as I don’t know much about the female body (ask my ex-wife, am I right?!) but I would choose her if I was you.

I have been working with Naturally Driven Fitness since before they were known as Naturally Driven Fitness. Through Nick and Danielle’s expert knowledge and experience. They have helped me to achieve the physique that when I was at 260 pounds I never thought would ever be possible! Tonight Nick checked my body fat since being on a new 12 week fat loss program three weeks into the program.
I found out something that I didn’t even think I was close to. I am now at 18.9 percent body fat! I have a personal goal of being 10-12 percent body fat and now with this new knowledge I am even more motivated to reaching this personal goal! I have never felt better in all of my 35 years on this Earth!

I trained with Nick for over a year. He’s a great coach, accountability partner, and trainer. He works with your schedule and knows the ins and outs of training. Nick won’t make you do something that he doesn’t do in his own training. The results I’ve had are amazing!

Nick pushes me during every workout. But he is also VERY aware of a shoulder injury i have .There are times when I want to push through and he won't let me. I invest in him to be smarter than I am at fitness,and that pays off.
They also focus on my nutrition and really help me make great choices

After graduating college, getting married, working full time, and have our first child, I realized I have not been taking care of my health. After Christmas of 2017, my clothes were really tight and I realized I was about thirty pounds over where I’d like to be. I reached out to Naturally Driven Fitness (NDF) in early January and they coached me with my diet and customized workouts all on an app! They set my diet macros, created personalized workouts, tracked my eating, tracked my workouts, answered my questions, and offered me tips all on the app. After working with NDF for two months, I have lost almost 20 pounds. I did not expect to get results so quickly, but if your serious enough, these guys can get you results and fast. I still got about 10 pounds to go, but it feels great to see results every week and living a healthier lifestyle. I almost forgot to mention that all of my workouts were at home! Due to my job, i only have time to fit workouts in at home and my trainer at NDF made me a great fat burning and muscle building home routine. I signed up for 6 months of training with Nick with the goal of losing 25lbs and to tone up and look better. Not only did Nick push me to achieve my goals but he put me on a path towards a happier healthier life.
After just 3 months of training twice per week and only 30 minutes per session i had lost 30lbs. Not only did i lose the weight and tone up but i am seeing many other health benefits. Prior to starting Nicks plan i had battled acid indigestion and was taking medication daily, that is no longer necessary. I also find myself far more energetic through the day and a 10 hour work day no longer leaves me exhausted.
Paying up front kept me from quitting early and although it has been hard work, and it seemed like a lot of money, it was the best money ive ever spent.
