I defiantly enjoy coming here. The staff is friendly and the coaches work you like you just ate a whole pizza! lol The price is worth what you get between nutrition help and detailed workouts they are there to help YOU. I like the small personal feel you get when you walk in, It's not a big box gym with a lot of people there making it feel overwhelming. They follow safety guidelines and clean after each person.

My experience with Opex Nature Coast has been extremely positive! I started doing remote coaching with Viana and I really enjoyed it. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and weight from a young age, I was extremely afraid to go in and start my journey, however, I wanted change so I took the step to reach out. Not only was I met with understanding and compassion, but patience and a plethora of knowledge and willingness to work with me on the things I struggled with. My coach Viana is nothing short of amazing! Between her knowledge about the body, exercises and nutrition, she has given me tools I can use for life. I had goals I wanted to work towards and she's helping me reach them one by one. She knows when to push me, when to encourage me, and even when I need a break. She understands I get overwhelmed very easily and she's there to keep me focused no matter how many times I need her to show me again, she never lets me quit on myself. I'm doing things I never thought I'd be able to, and it has given me the courage to keep going and doing better. The Gym is always clean, and everyone I have met there has been really kind and only wanting the best for you. I'm glad I reached out that day, and I'm so thankful to Viana for for everything. I would highly recommend giving them a try!!

Not to be cliché but this gym has changed my life. Viana and Dava ensure that you get the absolute most out of every single work out. She is extremely knowledgeable in this field and switches up your work out every day so that you don’t get bored. The equipment is brand new, the gym is always sparkling clean. Because of the boutique, one on one style you never have to be embarrassed that people are judging you so you can give it all you got every workout. Most of all she actual cares and holds you accountable. Their unique 3-D scanning system has been such a huge motivating tool in my work out journey thus far. I highly recommend going in for a simple assessment.

I dropped into Opex Nature Coast for a session while I was in the area visiting my family. This was my first drop-in at a Opex gym and the staff was AMAZING. So kind and welcoming. In typical Opex fashion, I did my own individualized programming and Viana and her other coach both worked out with me. I was able to do their Fit3D body scan which gave me some pretty awesome data and insights into my current body composition.
I do not have enough wonderful things to say about the employees, the facility, or just overall vibez! Everything was amazing. I definitely look forward to dropping in again. Thank you, Opex Nature Coast!!!

I am completely impressed with Viana dedication in helping me reach my fitness goals. The value of having Viana as your personal trainer is without measure. Her knowledge of fitness and nutrition combined with the 3D body fitness scan and on-line apps have been instrumental on my fitness journey. Rather you are a newbie to exercise like myself or hardcore workout Enthusiast Viana has got you covered. Opex Nature Coast is tailored to the client's individual needs so if you are an individual with specific limitation Viana is extremely mindful of them making sure the exercise is performed correctly to avoid injury. In my experience this has more helpful than physical therapy. I am seeing results and woeking with Viana has been life changing !
