Nelda has a depth of knowledge about yoga that very few yoga practitioners in the world do. I am a certified yoga teacher and have done yoga around the world and I can say when Nelda is in her flow the classes are amazing. I particularly love the advanced classes on Tuesday and Thursday.

I absolutely love Miss Nelda, I get so much out of my gentle yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ She educates you about your body and why certain stretches are so important for your overall health. She’s both patient and firm, because she won’t have you hurt yourself trying to do things that are not within your reach, love that about this lady. I highly recommend!!! ♥️
