About the Club

I offer personal training to all people regardless of experience/limitations. My experience includes working with people post injury/surgery, youth athletes, collegiate athletes, and age ranges from 6 all the way to 82. After graduating from the University of North Florida in 2017, I obtained a certification from the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Exercise Physiologist and have been working professionally for 7+ years.

For the past two years my wife, Monica, and I have been working with Nick Peacock on a functional fitness program he designed for us. At our first meeting we spoke with him about both what we were and were not looking for in terms of personal training. Not only did he listen well, but Nick also asked a number of questions to ensure he understood what we were seeking.

During the months that followed that first encounter, Nick has provided the coaching and encouragement to help us reach and, in several cases, exceed those initial goals. Each of our sessions starts with, “How are you feeling?” If we have tightness or soreness, he alters our routine and suggests workarounds to address those issues. Nick is very attentive and works with us closely to ensure we have good form through all the movements in our program. He also routinely provides tips on what we can be doing at home to improve our overall fitness.

Through Nick’s positive reinforcement, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, we have made exceptional progress in our flexibility, balance, core strength, and general fitness. On a personal note, I’m 74 and my energy level is higher than it has been in years. I recently set a personal best by doing a 265 lb. dead lift, which would have not occurred without his coaching. Monica and I both agree that working with Nick has been one of the best investments we’ve made in the past few years.

I’ve been training one on one with Nick Peacock since July 2023. I previously had trained with another personal trainer at a larger gym for about 5 years, but had retired and stopped for a couple of years.
It was time to get back in shape and Nick started me out slowly, working me up to a little at a time. I had just recovered from an injury.
Nick is experienced with helping people rehab and train after injuries. I work out for an hour twice weekly and really am noticing great progress towards my strength goals. I am in my 60s and am trying to keep strong and healthy.
Nick is very knowledgeable about what it takes (diet and exercise) to gain strength safely and the correct way. I appreciate how he pushes me to limits I didn’t know I could do (185 lb dead lift the other day).
I highly recommend him as a trainer. Don’t procrastinate and get yourself in the gym. You’ll be glad you did. I know I am.

I’ve been a client of Nick’s for almost 4 years now. He always listens to my training needs not only in the area of strength but when I’m training for trail races or OCR events. My goals will fluctuate at times but he is always supportive in helping me achieve my full potential. I continue to see progress in these areas following his programming and staying consistent. Excellent personal trainer! Very knowledgeable, recognizes each person has specific needs and trains accordingly. Understands not everyone works at the same pace or has the same goals. I've been training with Nick for almost 18 months and can honestly say I have the best personal trainer in NE Florida! Strong motivator....your goal is his goal! At 65 I'm in the best physical shape I've been in several years...not to mention the health benefits are a bonus! I feel stronger everyday and look forward to my workouts.

He listens to what you want to achieve and formulates an individual program just for you! I highly recommend Nick!
