Love, love, love! Was invited by my friend. First time trying on beginner class and definitely fell in love. Niko was patient and supportive. She will step aside and work with you to show you the moves personally. I felt so sexy and beautiful- the vibe was comfortable and everyone had an amazing time. Can’t wait to go back and learn more ! just. book. the. class. i know you're wondering if it's even worth trying...because that's exactly what I was wondering before i signed up. Niko is a magician and somehow took my nerves and turned them into so much fun!

her space is beautiful, welcoming, and you truly feel at home. even though i'm completely new, the way she explains things and offers guidance actually helps the moves click. it's a legit miracle. she makes this sport accessible, too. i was so worried about being too weak. in just a few classes, i realized the hours at the studio helped introduce me to my own strength. i'm over here doing push ups in my spare time to land new tricks 🙃

the other students are the best inspiration — folks that have worked with her are so, so skilled. vibes are immaculate — kindness, laughter, and pure joy every time.

My friends and I had the best time at Niko’s Lair! Quick back story: So, I was out to dinner for a friend's birthday when she suggested (manifested lol) a pole party for my birthday. After dinner, we met Niko outside the restaurant that same night and turns out, she owned a pole studio!

From the jump, Niko was super friendly and made planning the party so easy. The studio is stunning—seriously, you walk in, and it just vibes! She knows her stuff and has this amazing energy that makes you feel super comfortable and eventually confident with working the pole, tapping into your sexy and having fun!!

I can’t wait to go back and dive into more pole dancing techniques. If you're thinking about taking a class or booking a party, do it! Niko’s Lair is where it’s at!

Im in a phase of trying new things and saying yes and I’m SO happy that I said yes to trying Niko’s Lair! It was my first pole class ever and it was such a positive, empowering experience. Niko’s energy is absolutely infectious and she is the sweetest instructor! I’m typically shy and quiet, but I felt so comfortable the entire class and I absolutely cannot wait to go back again! If you’re on the fence, please just do it!
The studio is clean and beautiful, everyone is so supportive and encouraging. 11/10 experience!

First off, the studio is BEAUTIFUL! The instructors are super nice and patient. There's a great variety of classes. They have spin poles, static poles and no-pole/dance classes. I've been taking pole on and off for a while so I'm not quite a beginner but I'm not ready for the advanced classes. The instructors give modifications to make sure you're able to do moves no matter what level you're at. The vibe in this studio is very sexy, clean, fun and welcoming to EVERYONE!

I've been coming here about a month and I love it here. Instructors and students are all so nice and helpful. You can really start at any skill level. I've been learning so much so much quicker than anticipated. I ended up signing up for the unlimited classes subscription, it's that fun and motivating of an excercise!

Omg ! I love love love this studio. All the instructors are awesome! Each instructor have different styles of workouts, techniques, tricks, sexy dances moves that make you feel empowered no matter what level you’re on ! My favorite part about the classes, is it is an absolutely judgement free zone. & Everybody is so encouraging.. and the studio is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!!! Everything is so beautifully modern and up to date ! I can’t wait to go back !

The conditioning class is no joke! I could barely use my legs afterwards. Great instructors in friendly, safe environment. This is my new workout! I also tried once of the pole classes and was impressed with the focus on safety and form in every move. I love how the teacher pulls it all together for a routine at the end. I'm a beginner and appreciated the modifications and emphasis on personal touches to add. So fun!!

This studio is amazing. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed. I admit, I was nervous but every person I’ve encountered has really been nice. The owner is super sweet and answers all the questions I have. In this short amount of time I am sure this is home.
