After experiencing years of trauma to my body due to multiple accidents and injuries, and leading a very sedentary lifestyle, I realized it was time to get professional help. I had been under the care of a physical therapist and a chiropractic doctor for quite some time. Although they helped me get to a certain point, I needed the help of someone who could further my recovery and help repair my body in ways they could not. After first meeting Jay, discussing my issues, concerns, and overall goals, I felt confident that he was the person to help me. Through his experience, education and his own personal accomplishments, he listens and understands exactly what I need. He hears me and makes adjustments as needed. Since I've been working with Jay, I've experienced my own accomplishments. I'm finally starting to see changes in my body, I'm no longer sedentary, I'm stronger, and I can do things I couldn't do before. There's no one I would trust more. Jenn and Jay are a phenomenal and knowledgeable power couple. They not only train you but they teach you just how strong your body is and can be. They push you when it’s needed and then motivate you to push harder. I’ve trained with them for a little over 3 months and have seen changes in my body that I didn’t know were possible. After 6 knee surgeries and countless hours in PT, you’re told to never do a lunge again. Well, I’m lunging with no knee pain for the first time in 10 years! Take a chance on yourself, you’ll be amazed at what’s achievable with the guidance of these amazing trainers. Also, they look like the definition of a Greek Goddess and God, so you know they know what they’re doing.

Highly recommend!!!! I am extremely happy with the results I have gotten with Jenn and Jay. I am a CHT that rehabs people as a living but I was struggling with my own fitness and was nursing a long term quad injury. This was the jump start I needed! I am grateful for all that I have learned with them. Not only did they train me physically but the nutrition information and support that they provide facilitated me reaching my weight and body goals (and way more quickly than I expected). I am most grateful that they helped strengthen my hip to where my hip pain is almost completely resolved. It feels good to be able to do stairs again without pain and I love my new strong looking body. Their team is professional, positive and motivating. I have always been into working out but after two cervical surgeries I was left out of shape. Jenn and Jay worked with me to get me back in shape from every aspect. They helped plan my meals and now I am back to myself, well myself with a better body.
