I usually work out from home, but I was in the area for work and I purchased a day pass. Only $10 so that was great. We had just about every piece of equipment you could possibly need for an awesome workout. Staff was super friendly and the culture there was welcoming. Definitely a good place for beginners and the more experienced.

Great gym with a good variety of equipment. Free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Classes free to members, and dat passes are $10. Well mantained with friendly, knowledable staff. The place to go for fitness and health!

Best gym in the county for sure. It's great to have local owners who care. Outstanding personal training and nutrition help available there, as well. And all the members I have met are extremely kind, helpful and honest. I literally left $12 up on top the cubbies, And two days later it was still there.
Feels like family in there real fast.
You gotta come check it out.

I just joined the gym today and Brittany was awesome taking care of me! The gym is brand new. One year old this month. Everything is spotless and clean. Thank you Brittany for taking care of an old man like me. I'm 65 years old, and just retired from the Washington DC area. I grew up in Gainesville and graduated from Gainesville High School. I've been gone for the past 30 years. It's good to know that they are still kind and respectful people still here in Starke. Brittany, thank you for being so kind and sweet to me.

This gym is exactly what I’ve been waiting for since I moved to Starke 5 years ago! Top notch equipment and the space is a WHOLE vibe! Everyone is super nice and inviting, staff and members. The classes are extremely fun! So glad I finally have a place I feel comfortable working out!

I’ve been to many gyms chain and independent. These guys have hit the mark and provided an environment far above anything that I’ve been to before. Very clean, great machines, top notch treadmills and ellipticals. They even offer classes for wellness and fitness that others wish they had. Big bonus a kitchen to prepare my pre workout drink and then very clean showers to finish off my workout. I wish Starke had this years before. I look forward to many years working out here.
