The result is amazing. These guys truly put in dedications and hard work on me over the past 4 months and it has shown. Every morning they consistently pushes me to strive for my target goal and check back to make sure that everything is as planned. They are amazing and I highly recommend if you have a busy schedule and work remotely.

Optimal in name, optimal in experience. While ‘online coaching’ may seem impersonal, this is anything but. Every step of it has been made for me, with my specific goals in mind, and making it work for me. Jake is accessible, easy to get along with, energetic, and best of all excited to help me reach my goals. There is zero ‘only eat this’ or ‘don’t eat that’. No shouting at to get another rep in (although if that was what you needed I’m sure the coaches would work something out!). I feel it needs to be said again: The ‘plan’ is not cookie cutter. One size does not fit all. It is tailored to you to reach your goals.

Jake is very informative and very encouraging in regards to your fitness goals. He communicates consistently and is always open to questions and is always teaching you something new. I'm really glad I'm taking the program and am surprised how far I've come in such a short amount of time.

Signing up for OFT was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. I’m certainly no newbie to the gym scene and have had many personal trainers. However, I had an extremely unhealthy relationship with food. Over the years I tried countless fad diets. Sure, the weight came off…temporarily. But then the weight came back and I was right back to square one. Nothing I tried was ever sustainable and the dieting became a vicious cycle of unintentionally starving myself, and being so miserable and deprived that when I would have a “cheat”, it would not just be one meal but a full on binge. With OFT, I established a healthy relationship with food, and now that I am actually fueling my body the right way, when I choose to have a cheat meal, I go right back to “business as usual” the following day. My confidence level has been through the roof and I am now rocking crop tops at the gym- something I never in a million years would have foreseen happening. Jake and Owen were extremely supportive throughout my journey. They definitely gave me some tough love when necessary but only had my best interests at heart. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, responsive and positive- they are two of the most genuine people I have ever met. If you get the opportunity to work with either of them, I promise that you will not be disappointed!

Jake and Owen have been with me every single step of the way on my fitness journey. I am a runner and cyclist first and foremost and haven’t really worked out with weights much until I started training with optimal fitness. I have seen gains both in running and cycling. I am able to run and cycle faster. I have more power behind me. Not only that, my clothes fit better and I fit into things that I bought hoping I would fit into them someday. My confidence and my self-esteem both have increased during my time with this training program. I highly recommend Optimal Fitness Training!

Jacob was absolutely amazing for me. At first I was a little confused how this would work because I’ve never done online coaching before but the app he provides is really easy to use and lets me track all my workouts and his support is like none other. He was always there for me whenever I needed extra help or just the extra motivation. I work 50-60 hour weeks and he really helped me manage my time better, create a routine for myself and kept me accountable the entire time. Highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Jake and Owen at OFT changed my life! They taught me how to fuel my body and how to workout to achieve noticeable results. I was eating more and slimming down. I was seeing definition in my arms, legs, and abs. Most importantly they showed me how to make this my lifestyle. I finished working with them in November and I'm still working out 3-4 times a week and still eating to fuel my body properly. This program is really life changing! I cannot recommend them enough! Optimal Fitness Training changed my life! Before being introduced to the motivated coaches at OFT, I was extremely insecure about my appearance and overall health. After one meeting with Coach Jake, I already felt 10x more confident. This program is unique for everyone that joins, the coaches are enthusiastic and motivated to help you, making things much easier than they may seem at first, and very inclusive in terms of other clients providing motivation and accountability.
