The staff working the front office by the gym is extremely rude and unwilling to help. Each employee seems to have their own definition of the rules at the complex. I’ve been living here for 10 years, will now be finding a new complex to use. Super disappointing.

I’m not a resident, but I often go here just to go on walks. There’s a nice little path to follow around the field. The various sports areas always seem be maintained and the pool area seems enjoyable.

As the months go by, the soccer field is getting rough. Huge divots and missing covers for the sprinkler boxes. I wish I took better pictures of the condition of the field. Still nice area, but need some maintenance. (10-29-2022)

Overall, a great place to spend a few hours...walk the dog, kick a ball around, go for a jog, sit and read a book or just people watch. There's always something going on here. My only complaint is that I wish they would fix the giant holes that are forming in the fields.

I was walking my dog and mind you I been going to this park for 2 years just got told that I can’t bring my dog and I’m oakleaf resident never had a problem . Was told I had to be oakleaf resident to walk my dog and there is no sign for the park that says residents only I would understand if I was using the pool area or the gym but I’m not it’s a park .

A beautiful venue. Unfortunately their elevator malfunctions. On the contract it states the elevator is intended for passengers.
It is not a freight elevator for which your caterer can access the 2nd floor, and there is no ramp.
Not handicapped accessible.

I have lived in Oakleaf for 15 years and paid 15 years worth of fees. I am quite bewildered at those who believe they can come from the outside and use the same amenities that we have to pay for. Makes sense to them. And before being strictly enforced, graffiti artist were taking over, soda machines had to be removed due to theft, cuss words were the only words pronounced, and the residents couldn't use what they were paying for due to overcrowding by outsiders!!!!! Good job with the card enforcement and the fences! SEE!!! FENCES "DO" WORK!!!!!!!!!

I was shocked to being a park where the homeowners association I believe it was did not allow the citizens to use the restroom everyone had cards or I just hope none of the city funds went toward that project I really do hope deer Association money and their own Community money went towards such an idea sounds very discriminatory to me especially if there are other children coming there to play sports or whatever who are from a different community and yet they cannot use the bathroom without a car I hope my taxpayer money is not paying for that in any way down to the grass that has been laid nor the street that is kept I will look into it believe me

It's nice to be in a place where you don't have to worry about it being overly crowded. Because if you dont have your resident access card then you can't do anything. They even have a private park for the residents as well. It's very family friendly. I love it!!

My child plays soccer here and you would think the fields would be in better condition. Too many cracks in the walking paths. The security, if that's what you want to call them, are disgraceful.
