We did the 4 o'clock birthday party for my 9 year old where half the party is upstairs and the last 45 minutes you get access to the full gym... totally worth it. Coach Jay and Coach Caitlin were fantastic with the kids. They warmed them up, coached them on the obstacle course, and encouraged them throughout the party. We set up before the guests arrived and signed waivers. We were able to bring our own food and drinks in. The kids had so much fun. Would highly recommend for a different kind of birthday party.

Oh man, I was a kid in a playground. I decided to go here for my 50th birthday, and I had some much fun and learned how hard these obstacles can be...especially if you do not have proper technique.
It's a two story location, the top floor has a weight lifting area and an obstacle rig lower to the ground for practicing your technique and there was a class for kids going on at that time.
The ground level has the service desk, toddler area, bathrooms...the regular obstacle rig with 2 warp walls and a rock climbing wall. I went on a Saturday for open gym time, so you get to use the course and the staff are watching but not coaching. The staff are friendly and helpful. Alot of the obstacles we see on the TV show are here to try out.
At the end of my time one of the coachs showed me a technique which helped me to complete an obstacle and now the next time I go back, I will take a class to learn proper techniques so that I can take full advantage of the open gym time.
Overall, great environment, awesome staff and a great experience.

Picture are very misleading. All the mats are torn, there is filth and dust plus some black pebbles all over the place(not sure what infestation can be causing this). My son is OBSESSED with Ninja Warrior and always wanted to try this gym. He’s 9 and been asking since he was 6. He got 4 classes as a Christmas gift and did his first one today. He loved it and even though he was the most amateur kid in the class, the instructor was very encouraging and engaged. My son left with new skills and abilities than he came with just an hour later. We are already trying to see if we can make a membership happen. I will say yes, it is not the cleanest place, but the gym area is kept cleaner. It’s a more industrial vibe, which is perfectly fine, and the bathrooms were very clean. You’ll just definitely notice surfaces and areas on the main area floor that haven’t been cleaned in a while. Again, the gym and bathrooms are very clean so that’s really all that matters.

Came here on a Sunday for the open gym. No one was working so we called and they said they be right down but also just log in using the iPad. The iPads have all member data just openly available. I can see everyone’s date of birth, credit card information, contact info, children info… see photo.

This place is also so dirty? Again, look at the pics.

We ended up leaving because there is no way we are leaving our personal information and credit card information.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here, and if you do, DO NOT pay by credit card or provide any of your personal info. I arrived and waited 10 minutes alone downstairs. No employees anywhere. Called their phone line and was told to just sign myself in on the iPad. I turned on the iPad and realized that I now had access to the stored contact details, personal information (dob, address, etc) plus credit card information and billing history of EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER.

Needless to say, I opted to turn around and leave as I value my privacy.

If you are or have ever been a customer here, I would recommend calling and making sure they delete all of your stored personal information as they clearly aren’t responsible enough to store it securely.

Also, the place is quite dirty. Way more run down than the pics show. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming and if you do, pay cash and leave fake details.

I scheduled a class two weeks ago to go with a friend this Wednesday 8/21. Unfortunately, as of this morning, plans changed due to my kids schedule. Something came up and have to change things around. Since I am not able to go anytime soon, I called in to see if I can get a refund and was told no because their system doesn’t work that way. I asked if I could give it to a friend since I don’t know when I would be able to attend. They said no. The system doesn’t work that way and I am taking a place from someone else to go to the class but they will keep the money on the account. I asked since they cannot work with me on a refund and give it to a friend, I asked if I can’t go for a year if they will keep the money there. She proceeded to say yes and then asked “why would I scheduled something I can’t go to though?” With a tone. Oh that truly set me off. It doesn’t say at time of scheduling that it cannot be refunded

I want to specify that my preview is solely for the Adult Programs. I have visited the facility about 4 times so far and each time I am more and more impressed. I have mainly worked with Coach Jay but I can tell from all the Coaches that they do care about the clients and making sure that everyone is safe, getting fit and having a good time. I was intimidated at first as my goal was mainly to work on balance and to get over a fear of falling but I have to say the more I work the more I learn and better I become. If you are in the area I encourage you to stop by to ask at the front desk to explain a bit more as they are very helpful.

My daughters and I came for the open gym while we were visiting Orlando. We were there for almost 3 hours. The coach made us feel welcome, and told us about his and other's experiences on the Ninja Warriors show. He also told us about the owner's passion for creating and designing obstacles. Two thumbs up for Obstacle Ninja Academy! We did my son’s 7th birthday party there today & it was great! My son likes Ninja Warrior, but we hadn’t ever been to this place prior to the party. I can definitely say we will be going back!

We had the 12 kid package, but they have a larger package available if you are wanting to invite more kids. It was a great price, which includes two hours of fun & 30 minutes of set up beforehand.

The party room is upstairs & you have the upstairs area & obstacles all to yourself during the party time. They start by warming the kids up, then they guide them through obstacle courses for an hour or so, then to the party room for whatever food/cake you bring for about 15 minutes, then open gym for the last 45 minutes.

The workers were wonderful! They did a great job handling a bunch of first graders. They helped the kids on all the obstacles, if they needed assistance. Other than the set up (30 minutes before the party) & helping with food/cake when they are in the room, the staff handled the rest.

You can bring whatever food you’d like! It’s about 5 minutes away from Millenia Costco, so we ordered pizzas, which was convenient to pick up.

Would definitely recommend for your kiddo’s birthday party!

Don’t take your child here, instructor/owner is horrible with kids. They had a great instructor that left the program, and I see why. After taking my kids to a class with the owner as the instructor, I would be surprised if they are able to keep the doors open much longer. He made my child cry, we left 10 minutes into the class and were refused a refund.

We were visiting Florida for Spring break a couple of weeks ago and decided to stop in for open gym since my kiddo has never gone to a gym out of state. He had a great time. The coach, Joshua, was amazing and worked with him on getting the techniques for the salmon ladder down and the confidence to do it. We had our daughters 10th birthday party here and we were not disappointed! The coaches, Megan and Jay, were absolutely fantastic with all the kiddos. We were a bit concerned some of the girls wouldn't fully enjoy it since its very active, but they kept everyone very engaged and all the kids had an amazing time. My kids grew up taking lessons here. Both of them loved coming here. Talk about a place to strengthen their body and blow off steam. Incredibly enough my kids grew confidence and a higher self-esteem as they accomplished moves.

Incredible. We are from out of town, but while in Orlando my 9-year-old really wanted to check this place out (she actually chose this over Disney). She did 2 hours of open gym then did 2 classes afterwards, and she still didn’t want to leave!

Obstacle Ninja Academy is very clean, and huge! There is so much to do for every skill level, and the staff was all great with my visiting daughter. Robin helped us out and also taught one of the classes - 5-stars all around! I’m pretty sure my daughter will choose this over anything else when we have future trips to Orlando! We attended a birthday party here. I must say I thought the instructors were very good and I liked how they had a structured interaction with the kids to help them learn and navigate the obstacles upstairs (not the main course downstairs). The kids really enjoyed it and definitely got their energy levels used up. What I didn’t like and strongly suggest to the owners is that they invest some time in cleaning the place. It’s one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever been to. I get it’s a gym and there may be chalk dust etc but it’s really dirty!!!

I have taken both the beginners course for ninja and the silks course with their instructor Shannon.
Both courses were amazing and fun and the fact that I am 35 should not deter anyone from trying something new. The instructors are kind, patient and articulate to give you exact exact instructions so that you were able to accomplish your goals without injury. The clear instructions gives you the confidence to complete the tasks ahead of you, clear the obstacles and scale the silks.
If you’re looking for a challenging new workout, I highly recommend the silks course for your first time coming here. Shannon is amazing. If you’re looking for an extreme challenge, that brings mental clarity, try the beginners ninja course.

5 stars! Me and my girlfriend went in looking for some obstacles to do, but immediately felt like complete amateurs because the place has some pretty elite things to do. We were actually about to leave until we seen one of the workers flipping around with other people so we just watched. Then that worker asked me if I wanted to join in, I was hesitant and a bit nervous to try but they challenged me (in a healthy way) to try it out. This ended up turning into 2 hours worth of trying out a bunch of things with them and I accomplished so much! They were so cool, supportive and pushed me to test my limits. If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t have tried anything they showed me, and now I’ll definitely be returning to get better and more advanced. 100% recommend if you want to test your limits and also get a fun workout in with healthy support and no judgement.

I didn't know what to expect on my first visit during open gym. There weren't many people there so it was nice to wander without waiting. You pay one fee and you have use of the whole gym. There are all the obstacles and more that you see on the Ninja Warrior shows plus more! Upstairs there's a workout area and a kids area, great for short adults or beginners. The staff are there to show you the area (just like a regular gym but way less judgy here!). I'm not super athletic, but I felt strong and agile trying out new obstacles. Jay was super knowledgeable, friendly and generally amazing at making our whole group of newbies feel welcome and most of all safe on the obstacles! Amazing place you should try!

I did ninja warrior the first time ever and had a amazing time here. Was already able to do a lot of stuff as i come from climbing/calisthenics and had to chance to practice some obstacles with the pro dudes after doing the beginner class.

My son got hurt during a warm up and fell. Another kid ran over his rib cage and none of the instructors bothered to come up to me to tell me what happened. The boy apologized and my son agreed to go back out there but couldn’t properly perform. The instructor made him sit out because he wasn’t listening to instructions. My son then cried because he felt like he was in trouble for getting hurt. A huge miss on this facility and will not be returning.

Even if you're an adult who spends more time sitting than exercising, it's fun to try to make it as far as you can on the obstacles. Obstacle ninja academy is the perfect place for people who want to be more active and get a nice mix of parkour and upper body workout. While obstacle ninja academy isn't the biggest ninja gym out there, they have everything laid out with the tight space in mind so you can do basically anything those other bigger gyms have. The kids loved trying out the amazing obstacles including the fly wheels, ring toss, warped walls, floating steps and balance obstacles. They have higher level obstacles like the salmon ladder, shelf grab and wing nuts for more advanced ninjas! Loved this Ninja Gym! Great for the whole family!
