This place is really nice also they are so kind. I love exercising here. They are very good at all the explanations and meticulously teaches posture according to the individual. Sometimes it's hard to concentrate when you're with a lot of people, but Here is a small group, you can feel very comfortable even though it's a small space. All the teachers are kind and I can feel their energy. We should try this place❤️

This place is great, from strength / sculpt training to Pilates, you get the total body workout, I love the smaller class setting.

Ocean Glow wellness is wonderful! A variety of classes to choose from, from Pilates to strength training and with different variations of the classes like gravity, functional or superpower. Very nice staff and instructors and also super accommodating and friendly. I have been going here for the last 7 months and I have seen a great positive change in my fitness levels and strength. Could not recommend it enough!

I love going to OceanGlow and have been working out regularly for almost 2 years. It‘s a warm family-run business with amazing instructors, a truly supportive culture and great equipment. One of my favorite studios ever. First of all, family owned, and the owners are the kindest and most welcoming people ever. I always take Gravity pilates with Gisele. Gisele is a fantastic instructor, her classes are so fun, and never the same. I've truly learned so much with Gisele. She also teaches Superpower Pilates and Functional Pilates if you're ever up for a more challenging Pilates flow.

It's wonderful to work out in the Ocean Glow. Since our arrival, the receptionist is always very kind and cordial, the managers are always there to listen and help us with whatever we need, and the trainers are competent and dynamic.
