I was looking for a personal trainer that worked with people for back pain. I was thoroughly assessed for my pain and a custom program was created for me. We've been working together for 6 months and I am 100% better. I have very little back pain and I feel stronger and have more balance. Go see Zachary.

I plateaued for a while while I was weight lifting and took a chance with Zachary’s workout plan. Within three weeks I noticed a difference And have been making explosive growth again. I signed up with Zach because I was feeling aimless in my efforts to get fit and wanted to work with a professional to learn to do it in and effective and safe way. Over the six sessions I met with Zach he helped me to improve my form, posture and daily body mechanics in ways that empowered me to carry on the work even when he was not around. Every effort was made to make sure I was equipped to improve myself beyond the time I had paid for and he strikes an excellent blend of being considerate and uplifting while still pushing me out of my usual bounds when working out.
Zach was also very flexible regarding scheduling and is incredibly efficient with the time alloted for and appointment. I will definitely be seeking him out again in the future when I'm ready to take my training to a new stage.

Had a great initial meeting with Zach. I can tell that he is very knowledgeable by the way he speaks. We have developed a plan that is targeted to the things I will personally need improvement on. I like that it’s not a cookie cutter plan like I would expect to get at most places. Even though it was clear that I would need a lot of help progressing towards my goals, Zach did not make me feel judged at all. Instead, Zach clearly laid out his expectations of me to get me in the right head space for the work we would be doing. I signed up for a package so I got a flexibility, mobility, strength, and fitness assessment. I also had my weight and measurements documented. Very pleased with the ground work we have done thus far.
