Great boxing gym, wished it was cleaned better and taken care of better. The classes are great but the instructors could do a bit more instructing, they are helpful sometimes but lack the interactions to better yourself as a student.
I would recommend to watch the students in form and help them as class goes on.
They will make you sweat, great cardio.

Great Spot , flexible Schedule...If you want to get in shape and at the same time learn basic skills I recommend the spot. ( I don't want to be fighter or Pro fighter Just get In shape and Prolong my health) , If you are interested in being a fighter they have that program as well with a proven record in bringing up MMA & Boxing pro's...Owner and Staff are very nice and friendly, I've notice whole families attending.

Coach David C. is passionate loves his work. A true master practioner of the combat martial arts. His team is a reflection of his value. OMNI is my place to train when in Miami. The best coaching and training facility in boxing-mma and fitness, coach Dave and his staff are the best in South Florida. They have daily classes morning and night and also offer private classed which is great when your training for a particular sport, competition, or fitness goal.

These guys really need to get their act together. 3 failed attempts just to TRY the gym over the course of a month. And equipment they said would be fixed with in a week a month ago, still isn't fixed.
