From the minute you walk in and see the facility to the moment you meet the great staff you will see it's and exclusive, clean, professional and personal environment. I started only 2 weeks ago but I know this is the gym i will get all the results I need. Jesse is a amazing trainer and a all around awesome person. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and caring of any injuries you have. Manny takes your all around health as a personal mission to make you completely healthy. One to one fitness is an amazing fitness facility in Coral Springs. I’ve been training for a few months with Coach Nick and he has been absolutely wonderful. He motivates me in every session to meet my fitness goals and also helps me to understand the ‘why’ behind doing certain exercises. Since I work from home and am hunched over a lot he helps me do exercises to reverse the damage of being more sedentary during the day. He’s also super knowledgeable about all things physical fitness and wellness which has been so helpful as I progress in my health journey. So grateful I found Coach Nick and One to One fitness. I’ve been training with Jesse for 6 months now and the results have been incredible. One of the best gym that I know in Florida. This facility is so nice and clean. You can find everything in it. Private fitness trainers, classes, nutrition specialists or you can just relax in red light sauna. And, of course, professional and very welcoming stuff. You guys are awesome!!! I am a 16 year old lacrosse player attending Saint Andrews in my junior year of high school. I have been going to One to One Fitness and have been training with Manny since I was 8 years old. While I do lack in height, thanks to all of my hard work combined with Manny’s guidance, I am still able to excel on the field using my strength and speed. Manny and One to One Fitness have provided me with all of the necessary tools and guidance to take my playing to the next level. I feel strong and powerful when playing which is due to the incredible workouts Manny puts me through. Not only has he made me a better lacrosse player but he also has instilled in me great discipline and work ethic which has made me a better young man. I am a 16 year old football player and I am the starting center for Saint Andrews and the program has continued to reach success for consecutive years. I have been able to find a lot of success on the field and Manny has extremely helped make this happen. I have been going to Manny since I was 7 years old. Since then Manny has developed me into the athlete that I am today. The results from training with Manny at One to One fitness are unbelievable and the progress is shown right away. Manny does not only help train you to become a better athlete. He teaches nutrition and how to take care of your body by eating the right foods. This is the effort that Manny puts in to each person he trains. A couple of years after training with Manny I had to overcome a huge injury. I was hit by a car and I broke my right Femur completely. After a year long recovery and months of training with Manny he ultimately got me back into the athlete that I was before. He was caring, motivational, and supportive throughout the entire way. Along with being very caring and supportive he also made sure I stayed disciplined throughout the journey and that is why I found success. Manny has taught me many life skills that I will carry for the rest of my life. I will forever be grateful for that. I am a 16 year old football and lacrosse player, through out my playing history of football and even my freshman year of lacrosse size has always been a factor that has given me a disadvantage on the playing field, however strength could over for that as well as speed and stamina. Manny has really helped me level my playing field against others at the start of training when I was 15 I was throwing up 35 pound dumbbells now after summer and couple weeks of training I can throw up 55s for reps, this training has really benefited me for football and made me faster and stronger then a lot of the guys out there and I have no doubt in my mind he can do it for everyone else too.

I’ve been going to One to One Fitness for 3 years. I started working with Manny to shave time off my 2k for rowing and increase my strength and cardio. I told him I wanted to row in college and I needed to get faster. During my time here, Manny has helped me do just that. I’ve been given many recruiting opportunities and now will be rowing for the University of Michigan. Row Blue! Not only have I grown physically as an athlete but as a person. I am a 15-year-old hockey player that has played at the AA and AAA level in recent years. I feel that I am highly skilled but I was always one of the smaller kids because I always played with kids one or two years older than me. This summer I spent four days a week training very hard at one-to-one fitness. The results I saw were amazing. My strength increased so much and my hockey coach was amazed with my improvement. I was so lucky to have people like Manny work directly with me and make sure that my form was proper and I was pushing myself to the highest level that I could. Not only did Manny do this for me but he also helped with my nutrition explaining how important it was for me to fuel my body with the proper food. I’ve had other training with my hockey teams, but they were nothing like I’ve experienced with Manny and his team. I still have so much more to go to increase my strength, but I know for sure I am in the right place. Even though I have a demanding school schedule and ice hockey four times a week I am committed to continue with Manny during the school year and I am at the gym several times a week starting at 5:15 in the morning. The caring, motivation, and family atmosphere at this gym cannot be matched. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been coming to one to one fitness since I was 12 years old and only hit my driver 170 yards carry and had 1 and a half years of experience in golf. I struggled to get on fairways since I couldn’t hit it far so this made me take more strokes. I am 14 years old now and now hit my driver 265 yards carry and 290 yards total. Manny has helped me so much by building my strength and increase my yardage in all of my clubs. The training has helped me get on the Saint Thomas Aquinas High School golf team and it’s all thanks to Manny! Another example is I used to hit my 7 iron 130 carry and now hit my 7 iron 175 carry so this is a huge improvement in my golf game and it has helped me decrease my score by 10+ strokes. The environment and people here are welcoming, motivational, empowering, and inspirational. I work out with a group and since I am younger than others Manny helped me have role models to look up to.

I Learned so much from Dr. Johnny Aboud. He definitely knows his anatomy and physiology as a PHD in physical therapy would. Now I can do the exercises that he taught me on my own to prevent faulty tracking of my patella due to VMO weakness. In other words a small quadriceps muscle was not doing it's job holding my kneecap in place and causing me pain that I thought might be serious damage; it wasn't and it's common.
He also pointed out that my left leg had taken over a lot of the work of the right leg leaving my right leg weak. I was completely unaware that this condition was possible yet he told me that he finds this condition in the most ardent athletes.
I could praise him more but I think that you get the idea. : )!

I have been using OneTo One for 16 years and training with Rich Alvarez for 14 years. This is not your typical, mass market gym experience. One To One is personal training, tailored to fit your specific goals and adjusted for individual physical issues or limitations. I have an arthritic knee and, with Rich’s help, was able to keep playing club level competitive tennis until I was 67. I am now 70 and continue to train with Rich 5 days per week. The gym is upbeat and friendly and the staff makes working out fun and challenging. Every day is a different workout designed for specific muscle groups, together with cardio and stretching. Rich is attentive, encouraging and relentlessly upbeat. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are interested in personal attention to help you stay in shape or train for specific sports, you should try Rich at One to One.

One to one fitness is top of the line! They're not like your big commercial gyms. They really cater to your needs right from the beginning when they do a fitness evaluation with you. With this evaluation, they're able to set up realistic goals, and are able to keep track of your progress. Right from blood pressure, body fat percentage, to how many pushups can be done in a minute! From there, that's when the fun begins. All the trainers are NSCA certified, and really focus on good form and posture. I'd recommend this place to anyone that's looking to get back in shape!

I learned about one to one fitness years ago when my son needed to work with a PT to get into shape for his high school swimming championship. Manny was exceptional and Keegan was transformed into a fly kick of success. So naturally, when I needed to whip my body into shape I gave them a call.
I was paired with coach Evi and we connected immediately! Evi knew exactly how to motivate, encourage and inspire me to achieve my goals. She was forceful but very sensitive to my injuries. Her persuasion to get me to do things I never imagined I could do really gave me the boost I needed.

I love this gym!! It’s by appointment only so it can be very private, or you can work out with a group of friends, both options give you personalized workouts. The gym has an InBody system which is a tool that breaks down your entire body makeup: fat, muscle mass, skeletal mass, and water. So you can really see how much progress you have made. I train with Jesse. He tailors the workouts to my abilities and changes them up creatively as I progress. He pushes me right outside my comfort zone without killing me. I trained at this gym many years ago when I was in my early 30s with Michelle Chambers. I am now back training with her and I am in my early 50s!
Michelle takes the time to get to know her clients, she is very much aware of your strengths and weaknesses, she knows your capabilities. Her encouragement alone gives you the will to persevere and to be at your best in your session with her.
Her personality goes beyond the gym session, she's caring, sensitive and very much a motivational person. She appreciates you as a client and person and will check on you after your sessions.

My 14 year old twins are very happy at One to One fitness. The facility is modern, clean and has all the equipment you would need to workout every single body part. Their trainer, Nick Samko,really knows his stuff and the best thing for this age group, he makes it fun and engaging. Nick's background in wrestling, football and baseball gives his sessions a totally different feeling.
Every day is different and the twins look forward to their sessions. One day they are doing box jumps and the next day, they are learning weightlifting techniques, then on the final day of the week they are working on their cardio and vertical jump skills.

Wow where do I start, Manny has helped me so much in so many ways. Before training at One to One Fitness, I was a timid and weak athlete with no confidence at all.
