Signed up for 12week course. Requested motivational support along with exercises class yet did not receive the support I was promised. No dietary information was provided. I held up my end of the agreement by attending classes and following diet so feeling very disappointed - classes are fun and fellow attendees make it worth the effort.

I cannot say enough about this place! The trainers are all top notch and so encouraging. I joined in January and am really happy with my results. Along with the 30 minute classes they also provide nutritional assistance to help with your weight loss journey. If you’re over 40 and are looking for great place to join, I would highly recommend One Way Fitness!

My experience at OWF has been amazing. As soon as I walked into the facility and shook hands with Matt, the owner, I knew this was the place for me! Well, that was 1 year and 7 mos ago. Matt is very personable and truly knows his stuff. Whether is the exercise or the nutritional aspect, is all individualized towards each person's goals. He will assist you in anyway he can to get you to where you want to be. The trainers are very encouraging and supportive. They keep you motivated throughout the entire 30mins workout, along with the other OWF members, who are also supportive of one another. I cannot say enough about this place, so come check out OWF, you wont be sorry!

I am 56 and started the 12 week program with OWF in July of last year. I received great training and a personalized nutritional plan , and encouraging support from everyone. Have achieved all my goals and more in a non judgemental atmosphere. And am still training every day a year later. Great way to relieve the stress of the work day. If you are between the ages of 40-60, One Way Fitness is the best training and weight loss program for you!

The coaches are very personable, knowledgeable and help you stay on track.
The classes are only 30min long with flexible times 6 days weekly to fit your busy schedule.
I highly recommend One Way Fitness if you want to shed a few pounds, increase your energy level all while having fun! With other like minded people supporting you.
