Love OTF but not this franchise. They lost good coaches and one subpar coach ended up teaching most classes with lots of misogynistic and vile music. Posting days ago encouraging people to sign up….now there is an eviction notice on the door.

This is not a professionally run studio. My membership was abruptly cancelled by management today for attending too many cross-regional classes; no advance notice was given. This is not a practice shared at other studios. I wouldn’t join here.

Good workout, very nice desk staff and coaches. Big issue is they are in desperate need of additional coaches and need to have better coach rotation, so there is variety in the mornings. They have 3 coaches total. One coach has 6 days out of 7 days in the morning classes and one evening. Coach Noel who was head coach was great and he split mornings but he left to another franchise, he has not been replaced. A new coach would be fantastic, coach rotation and attention to coach’s playlist may help for members that don’t like extreme vulgar music while working out.

The entire staff here is super personable yet professional! They greet you with a smile each and everytime. I don’t understand why anyone would give this place a bad review. It’s a workout… you show up for yourself. They are there to guide and push you to do your best! The vibes are good, the workout area is always clean, and the coaches are all very motivating and knowledgeable! Can’t really ask for more than that! Keep up the great work OTF Homestead.

Probably the worst class I’ve taken at OTF. I was forced to start on the treadmill, the class started late. The coach (Noel) left the class to go out in the lobby to eat and talk to the ladies at the front desk so often it felt like the class was fend for yourself. No corrections were given on the weight floor for form or for why I needed to count the number of reps I was doing during the burpees. It was not up to the standard I expect from this brand and DEFINITELY not worth the $28 I spent on a drop in class. I will not be taking a class here again.

Orange theory homestead is a great place to get a nice workout in. All the trainers are super friendly and helpful. They will correct you when your form is off and will push you to lift heavier (even when you don’t want to haha). Management and front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. The staff learns who you are quickly and are always checking in to make sure you are having a a great experience at the gym. They have different membership plans and a great app to book classes and track your progress. I highly recommend to try the free class and see what it’s all about!

Very disappointed with OTF Homestead.. Jasmin, the head coach (the best coach) was fired yesterday through a text message. She is an amazing coach, who would at times coach all day and every day and would ALWAYS give it her all!
I know many people are going to miss her.
I will be canceling my membership.

I absolutely love the concept. I hated going to a gym because I never knew what to do. Here, I always know what to do because everything is explained before you get started. Coach Jasmin OT homestead is amazing. She motivates you, and she remembers if you have an injury or limitation and gives you alternates without having to ask. There is ZERO judgment. Everyone is doing the same type of exercise but at their own pace with their own amount of weights. I'm glad I joined!

Everyone is caring and supportive and I can definitely say that they go above and beyond to see us shine! From the front desk staff to the coaches, they all feel like a family. If you don’t like loud music , these is not your type of GYM. I spoke with the coach that I was using cancellation noise headsets because of the high volume of music but I was still able to ear the instructions , but she say no allow , of course after they make you sign the contract and attend 3 clases now it’s not allow.

I joined OTF in Homestead in November and I absolutely love this gym. The coaches are great! They really know how to make you sweat and keep you going. The front desk and manager are sweet hearts and always willing to help. They’ve all helped me in building my stamina and endurance when I need it the most! :)

I didn't get to spend much time in this gym, but I have been to Orange Theory at other locations for awhile and I always love the work outs, very encouraging.

I joined the Homestead location right after they opened, I went to maybe one work out before the pandemic and they closed. They opened back up and I was not comfortable to work out with masks so I froze my account. At the end of the freeze, they charged me a month which prompted me to come in and cancel. Apparently because I didn't cancel that exact same day (but definitely canceled before the next billing date) I was charged an additional month. They "couldn't issue a refund due to corporate policy". This is the middle of a pandemic, people don't have extra money to just throw around on a gym that they don't use (or at least I don't). So literally I went to ONE workout back in 2020 and have been charged for TWO extra months that I didn't use.

I love Orangetheory Homestead! If you really want to get in shape and be healthy this is where you want to be. The coaches and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The workouts are awesome! And I feel safer working out in this gym during COVID than I do going to the grocery store or anywhere else in public. They are doing everything to make sure we are safe and I really appreciate that. Thanks to all of you at OT Homestead!!

BE AWARE of this people they stole my money, they charged my credit card twice for the same month, no matter how many times i tried to get help from them they just said their system show just one payment and they didn't help me.
Then they charged my credit card for the month the account was frozen due to COVID 19 when i complained the manager told me she is a new manager and she is no allowed to give refund and she is picking up what was left for the prior manager so they didn't took responsibility and STOLE MY MONEY ,
