This place is a mess—plain and simple. Nothing is ever organized, trying to get clear information is like solving a riddle. It’s frustrating and exhausting just trying to keep up.

The management and owners are downright rude. They treat parents and customers like an inconvenience, and any attempt to ask questions or raise concerns is met with attitude or flat out disrespect. It’s clear they have no interest in actually helping or being professional.

There’s zero accountability, and the overall vibe is one of chaos and arrogance. It honestly feels like they’re just winging it day by day.

If you care about your time, your sanity, or being treated like a human being, go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth it.

I wish I could give zero stars. The owner is extremely rude and aggressive, and the coaching staff shows clear favoritism, giving attention to certain students while ignoring others. They also fail to follow through on their promises. My sister was told she would be moved up a level after competing and doing exceptionally well despite having a serious ankle injury. Even after achieving near-perfect scores, they went back on their word and refused the level advancement. To make matters worse, the owner and management refused to even discuss the situation with us. Save your time and money this place is not worth it.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Owner is insanely rude and aggressive. Coaches focus on certain students and not others and they also do not care about upholding promises made. Someone promised my sister she would move up a level after competing WITH AN INJURY during several competitions that she almost got perfect scores while having a severe angle injury and then refused to move her up a level. Absolutely insane and the owner and management REFUSEE to speak to us regarding the matter. Don’t waste your money.

I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with this gymnastics facility, particularly regarding their lack of customer service and commitment to the athletes, especially at the recreational level. The communication surrounding their programs, schedules, and student progress has been consistently poor, leaving parents in the dark.

My daughter attended this gym for two years, and unfortunately, I witnessed a lack of genuine care for her development. Despite being in a recreational program, the coaches seemed disinterested in her progress, and she did not gain the skills one would expect. Some of the coaching staff displayed unprofessional behavior and failed to teach even the most fundamental techniques.

What ultimately prompted our decision to leave was the mishandling of her transition to the next level. There was an understanding that she will move to the beginners class but will test on the intermediate. After two years, she was unexpectedly removed from her 5-7 year old class and placed on a waiting list for advancement, disregarding her enthusiasm for gymnastics and her tenure at the gym. This lack of consideration for both the child’s enthusiasm in gymnastics and her experience is deeply concerning.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the facility is another area that needs significant improvement. The gym often had an unpleasant odor, which made some parents uncomfortable enough to wait outside or leave and return for pickup.

Overall, I do not recommend this gymnastics facility due to their inadequate support and attention to both the athletes and their families. We are moving on in search of a more professional and nurturing environment.

Summer Camp - This camp would of been perfect for my four year old daughter. In fact she loved it. However, the days I kept her there full time I would get her to my car and she would start sobbing from hunger and exhaustion. She was just a little too young to be there for an entire school days length of time (my work day) without a nap. Once I got sleep and a big meal in her she would tell me how much she loved it. But I would consider your child's age and independence level before choosing this camp. The mornings were also difficult for her age level, as there was no one to receive her. Or take her and get her acclimated to the environment. There's someone at the window signing people in, and a couple teenage coaches walking around in the gym. So she would be nervous for me to leave her and it took a lot of reminding her she was going to be OK and trying to get her settled while trusting someone had an eye on her when I left. She's a very high energy, athletic girl. So getting her home happily run out was great. But again it was more than just her being tired from having fun, she was overly exhausted, overwhelmed and begging me for food when i would get her. For reference I would drop her off at 740am and pick her up at 5pm. Something she's used to due to being enrolled in daycare previously. But this camp is not set up or organized for her age group. I can see this being perfect for kids older and more independent. Kids who do not need naps, who do not need to be recieved and guided, and who can advocate for themselves when they are hungry or all other physical needs. I'm not trying to tear down the program, because it's an awesome concept. Just consider your child's independence level before enrolling them, or if they aren't as independent don't use it like we needed to as an all day solution for when your at work. She also would have done great for a portion of the day. We plan on coming back when she is just a little bigger 🙏

Not sure why my comment got deleted? My child received a black eye here during a camp. He really hated going every day because of bullying. Camp counselors didn't really introduce themselves and seemed aloof. Very uncomfortable vibe.

Edit: This happened at a camp last year. My comment was removed. Odd that you have no record of it because your establishment called me to pick him up after receiving a black eye.

My son made it to the regional and was told by coach Patrick that the gym will be paying for him to go...I said yes I will take him to Georgia. Next I know I received a call from the center lady told me she will charge my card for $39 for regional some fees, I told her don't charge my card I need to know all the fees in advanced. Front desk lady said that fees could be around $300+ for coach traveling but they won't know after the boys travel. Kidding you not, they charged my credit card over $500 just for my son to go to regional in Georgia. I'm so 😡 over this charged. I see why they couldn't tell me upfront, if I had knew it would be that much...no way I would have accepted. Your tuition is already overpriced, stop being greedy about money. And coaches needed to be fair stop playing favoritism, last year had to withdraw my second son from there because of how his was treated from a coach.

My daughter loved but I wasnt comfortable with staff. They never introduced themselves or gave interest to know me or my child. My daughter had 3 teachers who never told her their name. I had to ask front desk and still only got one name!! Its so unpleasant. I kept asking about the first day photo with the welcome sign and was ignored while seeing new kids every week posted on their IG page with thier sign. We hit a financial snag and their was no interest to find ways to try to keep her in class instead an incorrect attendance report was given at that point it was time to say goodbye. Do better metro gym .

My daughter was in the little kids class for almost a year. Every class is set up exactly the same with no record of progression for each child and no crowd control. It doesn’t seem like the kids are challenged consistently. More of a free for all. Coach Billy was the best and always kept it different and interesting but once she left it went downhill. Gym is clean and plenty of seating areas to watch your child.

It's been almost 2 years since my kids started at this place. The facility is huge. They have many coaches as well, most of them come and go, which is not very nice, but unfortunately we can't control other's people plans. Every coach has their own personality, but I believe most of them are very committed to teaching the kids with professionalism. I pretend to keep my kids there for a while, as I believe we need to establish a consistent relationship in order to achieve greatness.

( background checks) since they only train kids.......let's not forget about the Olympics gymnastics scandal . I hope you don’t go on vacation because if you takeoff a few weeks and don’t pay for the days you’re not going they will just diss enroll you or make you pay for the days you’re not going absolutely absurd makes no sense I would not recommend this place. With everything that’s going on in this country you think they would want to work with you and keep your business absolutely not the case they must be making a lot of money over there. Sad because my daughter enjoyed it but I’m not paying for the month if I’m on vacation which I explained to them. When the lady called me she told me she was trying to charge my card and it wasn’t going through which when I signed my daughter up I opted out of the auto pay so they are illegally trying to get money out of my account. I had the best experience with my 6 years old daughter , unfortunately we have to move to different state , Casey helped us a lot through all our lessons at the metro gymnastic she always answered my questions patiently and always provided me with all the information I needed

I was looking for a gym for my granddaughter I saw that this gym is located on LB McLeod so I went to the website and everything was ok until I looked to see where you pick up for the after school program and it’s a shame you’re located so close to Schools like Catalina, Ivey Lane, Eccleston, Palmetto, Washington Shores and Orange Center and you don’t pick up from any of those majority black schools so it’s a no for me I’ll feel a bit uncomfortable with my granddaughter going here

As parents of a competitive gymnasts we’ve been exposed to a lot of gyms and Orlando Metro stands out. For total clarity, our daughter is not a gymnast there, and yet the evidence of excellence here goes far beyond the scoreboard.

Their gymnasts openly and sincerely welcome competitors. They’re a tough, talented group (Level 7s for sure!) who have not forgotten how to be excellent human beings too. They even cheered for our daughter, who placed second at their host meet, and hugged her after each event!

Observing the coaching, listening to the chatter of parents as their kids compete, and watching how organized and amazing the awards ceremony culture was- we are totally and completely impressed with Orlando Metro! Great job!

We love this gym! Coach Anthony is great with the kids and is awesome about teaching technique while they have a fun time doing it. Ms. Julie and the front office staff are very nice, helpful and have always been very attentive to our needs. We have done many of the after hours events as well as the camp program all of which my daughter loves. We definitely recommend Metro Gym to all of our friends and have recruited at least 4 other families to sign up all of which have loved their experience here

I was looking for after school programs for my daughter and seeing that she showed interest in gymnastics I was in between two schools that were near by my home Jackson Gymnastics and Metro Gymnastics. I first went to Metro due to it being only 6MIN away and they immediately showed uncaring attitudes at the front office, they seemed way too busy to help anyone, they hardly answered any of my calls, and quickly said no they will not be able to accommodate my daughter because she is "too far". I was excited about all the activities they had to offer but the way their staff handled everything made me not want to leave my daughter there anyway. I then spoke to JACKSON GYMNASTICS in regards to their after school program and they were not sure if they could assist me but the owner was nice enough to drive to my daughters school to check out the distance, she then called me back same day to give me the news that she was able to pick up my daughter and it will not be a problem at all. Now keep in mind JACKSON GYMNASTICS is 15min away and have to drive more miles and out the way of their route but was willing to do that for my daughter, METRO is only 6min away and was quick to say no they cannot pick her up. If it wasn't for Jackson Gymnastics my daughter wouldn't have been happy and I thank Jackson Gymnastics so much for being there for us. She's going to now have the best school year! Not only does my daughter love to do gymnastics but I am a working mother as well and get off at 6:00pm so I needed this program to help with someone picking her up.

Beginners class was constantly shuffled around to the least desired areas. Constantly moved from spot to spot to accommodate the teams. A lot of time wasting activities. Overheard one of the male coaches swear at a girl (who cried) who couldn't have been more than 8 years old. Not a fun extracurricular activity! We will be going elsewhere!
