Wanted some hot yoga while travelling. We did two classes at this location, a classic 60 minute hot vinyasa power yoga and hot 90 minute bikram yoga. It was my first time trying bikram and the instructor was amazing, she guides you through with such detail. Both instructors we had were amazing. I wish there was a studio like this back home because I loved this one that much!! Also a bonus of this studio over others i have tried back home is that they actually offer showers (x3) for those who are in a rush to get somewhere after. None of the studios i've been to up north have offered that!

Claire is truly one of the highlights of Orlando Power Yoga. Her 5:30 PM Thursday class has become something I genuinely look forward to every week. Itโs one of the few classes that helps me fully unwind, clear my mind, and step into a space where I can focus on myself my breath, my body, and my wellbeing.
What I appreciate most is how Claire teaches embodiment. She doesnโt just lead movement, she encourages you to truly feel your body, slow down, and tune into what it needs. Her presence reminds you to be grounded and intentional, which makes the entire class feel more connected and meaningful.
She has the ability to guide a class with clarity, warmth, and intention. Every class is unique, she always comes up with a new move and a new sequence. Her cues are thoughtful, supportive, and easy to follow, and she has a natural gift for helping students feel safe, seen, and motivated. You can tell she cares deeply about the practice and the people in the room.
Claire brings something truly special to OPY and it shows every single class.

Iโve done yoga here over a decade, probably longer. I love every teacher. But today Anne taught, she is so sweet and bubbly you always assume her calm, tranquil entry into practice is a preview for an easy hour flow, absolutely not. Halfway in every muscle you didnโt know you had will be begging for mercy and Anne will encourage โone more side and then the other and then the other for funsies,โ her class will humble and inspire. Today was no exception. An absolute artwork of a flow accompanied by a perfectly curated playlist to encourage and calm you. Thank you for my Sunday inspiration ๐๐ป.
A sweaty, humble, inspired, grateful, student.

First time taking a class at Orlando Power Yoga. It a wonderful experience with Reider leading a half power vinyasa, half yin class (75 minute class). Studio was spacious, clean, easy to register, and quality instruction. A must for any visiting yogis new or experienced.

Today I went in early to go to the 9:00 a.m. Hot yoga Bikram class. I usually go there and everything is perfectly fine. This time I had an instructor who wouldn't let me leave when I wanted to leave because everything was too hot I wasn't trying to make a disruption of the class but she refused to let me pick up my map and walk out. She entrap me. I was seconds away from calling the police to file a report against her for not allowing me to leave. I decided to just pick up my mat and walk out. That is when they finally open to the door to let me out

Iโm visiting in town for a few days. I took a heated bikram session with Kate this morning absolutely amazing, and challenging. As a yogi from familiar with hatha, this session pushed my boundaries and inspired much self reflection. Totally recommend this class. Btw I love range of diversity in age and background , it was beautiful.

I liked this studio a lot. unpretentious and simple. Class was awesome. Mary was my teacher and she was on point and the
experience was top notch. My only suggestion is to pay a little more attention to the new student. I was new to the studio and if I was a resident of Orlando, perhaps I could have become a life long member. Another teacher said โgo to the qr code and sign up.โMy background is customer service focused so this made me feel a tad dismissed as she then started a conversation with someone else. NOT a bad experience, I just feel that a business needs to make the first impression the best that it could be.
Overall, the studio is not a corporate type environment which I liked. The class temp was great (hot). They have a simple entrance and two showers. The parking seems adequate. I will be back if I return to the area.

Amazing results after only 4 sessions of BIKRAM hot yoga. I suffer from herniated disks in my lower spine. I feel stronger, looser, and pain free. I can now sleep a whole night without waking up due to pain. I also feel more serene, less depressed, and overall happier! The instructor Alex is amazing. She would correct my posture from time to time making sure I am doing it right. The fees are cheap! Just make sure to arrive early before class starts to grab a good spot. They do lock the doors once class starts. Be ready to drip sweat for about 90 minutes. Make sure to have mat, yoga towel, water, and extra towel to wipe your sweat.

Favorite yoga spot and love the new location. All instructors are great. But I really appreciate Joe and Carols Bikram classes, they keep the temperature nice and hot and do a great job at keeping me focused in the class. They constantly guide the class and give great pointers.
All classes are great for anyone, beginners, people who have injuries, or those who like to practice more intensely.

This studio is less crowded than the other locations by far & that was refreshing. I'm not sure if is was the day or some kind of studio temperature setting, but the room started out much hotter than the classes at the other locations (and as you know with hot yoga, it only gets hotter); this was fine, just an FYI so come prepared! The instructor for the class I attended was helpful and helped correct my form on many, many, many positions... but the class was very small (only 8 of us) and somehow the instructor only managed to correct me and only me every time, making me feel oddly targeted. This isn't something I have felt at other studios before. I do appreciate the corrections but I couldn't help but feel embarrassed and out of place as the class was small and I was the only one who was being corrected. I ended up leaving the class feeling extremely self conscious and slightly defeated which is the exact opposite feeling I aim to obtain when practicing yoga. I have always welcomed tips, pointers and adjustments during my practice but since this class was smaller and there were others who could have used some pointers as well and I was the only person being adjusted, I felt oddly singled out; and I felt the attention being given solely to me was almost excessive and didn't serve the entire class well. I would have probably felt differently about the entire situation if I hadn't been the only one getting corrected, but I was. This actually brought me out of my practice and didn't allow me to get out of my head or feel free & in tune with my practice. My friend who attended with me said she wishes she had gotten some position attention & adjustments from the instructor, but she did not receive them. I practice yoga to learn to love myself and develop and this was the first time I have ever felt extremely self conscious during my practice. With this being said I will try out this studio again and maybe I'll feel differently.
