Change is always hard, but since the new ownership the quality of the workouts drastically declined as well as providing no air conditioning during the workouts. Middle aged women going through menopause, expected to work out in a 84 degree gym is unacceptable. My membership rolled over the beginning of April and two weeks into that membership I was advised by my doctor and physical therapist to stop this type of high intensity workout so that I could heal a wrist, neck/shoulder & hip injury. I submitted a letter from my doctor to the owner only to find out that she does not give refunds and she was very eager to make it known to me that up until that point she had not received any money for my prior 6 months of membership because it was paid to the prior owner before she purchased the gym. She has been unwilling to work with me on a resolution so now I’m forced to dispute almost $900 with my bank for a total of only two weeks of the new membership! I’ve asked for some type of signed document where she notifies gym members that no refunds are given and she’s yet to provide me a document. It’s sad that people are so greedy and that they are not more sympathetic to a member of their gym that has injuries that need to heal in order to perform their job!

P2T is the best! All the coaches are wonderful and motivating. The gym is always clean with lots of equipment and every workout is different. I'm older and had gotten out of shape but everyone is super supportive and exercises can be modified if you have any issues. Highly recommend!!

The 30-minute workout class was quick, fun, and effective. The instructor kept it upbeat and gave options for all fitness levels. It had a good mix of strength, cardio, and core exercises, and I felt great afterward. Perfect for a busy schedule!

I had the opportunity to take a trial class at P2T on Thursday and all I can say is WOW!! I have been doing cross training type classes for years and this class did not disappoint! Coach Devin was highly motivated to make you push yourself until the very end. I also ❤️ how they show you different levels of the station for those that have workout limitations! Do yourself a favor and call them today! 30 minutes for a full body workout is what us busy Moms are looking for.

P2T Fitness recently opened and I took a class at 6am.

It is a HITT style workout that is instruct your lead.
They start with a warm up while announcing any upcoming events or general news and then demonstrating each station.

Each day is different so it stays interesting and continues to be challenging. It is a full body workout using equipment and body weight moves

The location is convenient with plenty of parking. The facility is clean and they do ask you carry clean shoes to use on the carpet workout area to keep it clean.

The coaches are extremely friendly and helpful. They offer modifications for each move or alternative moves depending on your fitness level or abilities.

They offer several different sessions and you can take more than one in a day.

Went to my first class at P2T last night and I was completely blown away! Coach Gina is energetic, supportive, and made me feel so welcomed! The gym is clean, well organized, and has a variety of equipment. I can't wait for my next workout! I highly recommend P2T!!!

Took my first class today at P2T today. The coach was super helpful not only when demonstrating the moves at the beginning of class but as well as when you were at that station. The gym was very nice and clean . Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym family.

Great gym! Love the staff; very friendly yet motivating. Variety of equipment, convenient location, nice facility including bathrooms. Workouts are challenging but are accommodating to variety of fitness levels, and are always changing so you don’t get bored.
