Three years ago, we stumbled upon Pak's Karate, and it has become an integral part of our son's life. As a working parent, I was desperate for an after-school program that aligned with my schedule. Pak's school pick-up transport system came to my rescue, providing peace of mind while my son navigated the challenges of starting a new school amidst the lingering effects of virtual learning. Karate initially captured his attention, but it soon evolved into a deep passion, fostered without a doubt by the skilled and patient teachings of Master Vince and the warm and supportive environment created by Ms. Nikita. Through the program, our son has developed confidence, discipline, and a newfound appreciation for physical activity. We are eternally grateful to be part of the Pak's family (now they cant get rid of us; compeitions, Christmas Parades, summer camp, we're there!) and the positive impact this has had on my son's development. Their unwavering support and encouragement have not only nurtured his love for karate but have also instilled in him valuable life lessons and memories that we know will serve him well in the years to come. My wife and I signed our son up for karate through Pak’s, and he took to it immediately. The facility is exactly what you’d imagine a karate academy to be, but Master Vince is awesome. Great with the kids yet very structured and patient. Our son has been going for about a month now and is already picking up on how things are run and he’s getting the moves down. I’m excited for him to receive his white belt and to see how much further he can get with this program.

My 5 year old son loves coming to class each week to learn new Karate moves. He enjoys all the lessons, and always asks when he gets to go back. We have only been going for 2 months and my son has been able to test up in a belt and attend a tournament. There is so much that the students get to learn and do, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my son thats on the spectrum in to see if he would be interested in karate class and I have to say he def was. But i needed him in a smaller class with younger kids so he could get more of a 1 on 1 unfortunately my schedule conflicted with days of class... but I can honestly say the staff is absolutely amazing! My son has been training at Pak’s Karate with Master Vince for probably 7 years now. He currently holds a black belt and continues to enjoy his time at Pak’s. Master Vince doesn’t only teach karate to the kids, but instills respect, honor, confidence, kindness, community service, and family. The school is clean, they offer some fun nights like lock ins, and they have camps when school is out. When the students test, Master Pak comes and he really makes sure the students KNOW the moves. Pak's Karate has been a life changer for me. I had not been active for many years due to a serious illness. After moving to Palm Coast in 2017 I decided to try Tai Chi because I had read it was good exercise for people with injuries and other illnesses. After a month of qigong and tai chi at Pak's I felt like a new person. After two months of practice, my aches and pains are not as bad and I have been able to go off prescription meds that had hoorible side effects. I have less anxiety because of learning to breath properly since I started tai chi. I love this school, the instructors, the atmosphere and I highly recommend to anyone who wants a healthier, happier life.
