This gym has everything you need with an incredibly knowledgable and friendly staff. I have been rehabbing a knee injury over the past year and found that Palm Beach Fitness, aside from having the standard weight machines and cardio equipment it is also equipped with all of the necessary tools for physical therapy. This is a gym for people looking to better themselves and live a healthy lifestyle. Certainly not a the "LA Fitnesses scene" with a bunch of selfies and spandex!

I live in the middle of town and walk to PB Fitness five or six times a week. It's a great place: excellent, full assortment of equipment, most of it new; clean and well-maintained; friendly, helpful trainers. Mike White, the manager, is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable. The regulars range from 20 to 80 (maybe older), It's a storefront - you enter the training room right off the sidewalk. Small locker room and shower. Fiji water. Ocean just down the street. Best gym I've ever used.

I've lived in South Florida all my life. As far as small, intimate gyms go? I rate this 9/10. It costs a bit more than your average gym, however it's the price you pay to be able to exercise in Palm Beach...

I went to Palm Beach Fitness yesterday. I was greeted by Mike. I found that he was very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. I know a few of the trainers there at PBF, they are top notch. PBF is a great little neighborhood gym!
