I moved away but loved this gym while I lived in Abacoa! It is very clean and has everything you need to get a full workout in. Never too busy, but great energy, I was always able to do supersets with multiple items of equipment at a time. Built my body in this gym over the last few months and placed first in my class in my body building competition last weekend! Thanks!!

I credit her and this gym with my positive weight loss journey. Peace of mind dropping my babies (now 4 years old, and the other 8 months) off really helps. Updating 6 months after my initial review:
Customer service is subpar compared to other gyms & clubs at that price range. Once we were signed up, including paying a lot for 12 sessions of personal training, communication was no longer that good. One of the trainers assigned to us stopped communicating & never really explained why, the sessions weren’t completed. I don’t believe there’s ill will but just lack of professionalism from some of the young staff. It’s unfortunate because the facilities are great, but the place needs perhaps more seasoned management.

I recently joined Palm Beach Sports Club - Gardens and meet with a personal trainer once a week. Connor is an excellent trainer, he has passion and dedication to his clients and their goals . The gym is clean, it has great equipment, and I have noticed that members care and respect the facility just as much as the highly skilled team members who work there. Weights are always put back, you will always see someone cleaning and keeping the areas tidy, and you will always be greeted when you enter. From the friendly front desk staff to the incredible fitness manager, Cynthia, and the general manager, Kayla, the entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and supported. The Group Exercise instructor—are nothing short of amazing, same is to be said about the Reformer Pilates instructors. I’ve never felt more cared for in a fitness environment.

The equipment selection is extensive, and the variety of Group Exercise classes is unmatched (and yes—all classes are included in your membership!). On top of that, the Spa area is a huge bonus. IN LOVE with this place and the people! Hope and Kayla have been so cool and warm! I travel a lot and the week pass was great for me. I wish I was staying longer but I highly recommend checking this place out! Awesome equipment and sauna and steam are shared make/female which I like more than it being separate by gender.
If I had 1 critique I would say less chlorine and the cold plunge! There comes a point when the negative effects of chlorine outweigh the positive effects of trying to kill every single germ or bacteria.

Very disappointed. I’m not one to leave a bad review but I have to share my experience.

Recently moved to the area and joined this gym. When I signed up, I was given multiple guest passes to share with my friends and family when they came to town and said that it would be honored. One of the main reasons why I joined the gym over other gyms.

I now go and try to use a guest pass and they say it’s not valid. I never received an email saying that the passes would not be valid or given any kind of indication that they had discontinued them.

It’s unfortunate for them to give a poor customer experience over a guest pass. It’s the principle that I’m most upset about. As a gym they would let the passes be accepted until they no longer in circulation like when you discontinue your product. If guest passes are handed out let them be used until all of them are finished. Here is a pic of the pass just for reference.

I haven't been doing gym workouts because my kids are little and have a healthy attachment which I worked hard for.. but I believe might be time to start training again. For the first time, I do see hope and that's because of Belinda. She is an experienced mom and from what I experienced my first day...she really cares and will work at building trust with my boys. Palm Beach Sports Club is a training facility with great amenities such as a cold plunge, sauna and a steam room! The gym equipment varies from both functional and more traditional bodybuilding style. The gym and amenities are noted to kept clean as cleaning personnel is always present. I have been a member of PBSC since the very beginning and although I love the staff, I was becoming concerned that the studio was catering more to the yoga/pilates clientele instead of overall cardio fitness. Just recently they have obtained a truly wonderful cardio fitness instructor! Not only has Gigi taught me proper form, but she gives a hard core workout that has definitely changed my body for the better! She is highly trained and it’s obvious that she wants the best from us without injuries! My hope is that they will offer her more classes as once a week is simply not enough!!

This place is awesome!! Kayla the general manager here worked with me with my awkward time frame that i was home for summer. She was super nice and friendly and so were the other staff members that I have interacted with. The gym is super clean and has many cool amenities like a sauna, a cold plunge, and much more. If you need a nice gym to go to I would highly recommend going to palm beach sports club.

What a great gym! A little pricey but it felt right for what I was getting, clean gym, the ambiance was great(the blue lights were my favorite)(not the pink ones when you had them on for some reason😅), not very crowded like you would get going to LA or those other big clubs. Great equipment, I loved not having to wait for a squat rack there were a lot. Loved the sauna room and steam room, and cold plunge was a plus. The classes were cool as well. The only thing I think was frustrating is when they added pilates and it wasn’t included with the price and they said it was $25 a class… I thought that was ridiculous for the price I paid already to go there. So that may be the only negative thing. Other than that I highly recommend it!

Palm Beach Sports Club has been such an inviting, motivating atmosphere from even the first day of trying as a guest. The coaches are amazing, classes are fun and challenging, and the front desk staff is very friendly. I’m so looking forward to trying the new pilates classes!

About a year and a half ago, a friend and I found ourselves in need of a new gym after Jupiter Fitness closed its doors. Fortunately, we came across Palm Beach Sports Club and decided to join. I must say that we have been thoroughly impressed with the facilities and service provided by your team.

The gym is upscale and well-equipped, with a wide range of amenities available. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist with any queries or concerns. Despite being a larger gym, there is a boutique feel to the place which adds to the overall experience.

Thank you to the entire team at Palm Beach Sports Club for maintaining such high standards and for creating a welcoming environment for all members. Keep up the excellent work!

I have been a member since this club opened. It was a Golds Gym before that. I think this gym has very good equipment but they do not offer any family plans. I took my boy there one day to see if he would like to start working out. They wanted to charge me 25.00 dollars for a one day pass. I declined and if he joined it was going to be over 90.00 dollars a month extra for him alone. I cancelled my membership the next day. It seemed like they only played rap and hip hop music instead of playing a good mix. I am not a fan of that style of music and I got tired of constantly hearing it.

Blake is the best in the front and is very nice. Also he is very helpful to me. I very appreciate his kindness and for what he does. Always has a smile for everyone and is super generous with his time. Whether someone needs help or just a listening ear, he's there. Plus, his sense of humor is on top, he knows just how to lighten the mood. He's the kind of person who makes you feel better just by being around. Wasn't sure whether this was a 5-star or a 4-star. Let me explain. The gym is fantastic! This is possibly the only good (serious) gym in Jupiter. There is a few down sides though. ᕕ( ◎_◎)ᕗ

-Lots of machines (and yes.. it has that one really good standing side delt focused machine and the hack squat)
-Sauna and Steamroom
-Cold Plunge
-Great cardio equipment
-The "only" good color pattern, black and white, like almost all gyms should be. (cough cough.. planet fitness purple... cough)
-Community is great
-Body Fat % test
-Free Weights and Smith Machines
-Protein bar
-Child care
-Clean and modern bathrooms

====Cons====
-Too expensive.. ಠ_ಠ like $90 per month + any other taxes and join in fee. Come on. I know this is a business just like anything else, but please make it cheaper. The gym is good, but not "$90/M" good. In my opinion of course. Yes, I am poor, dont judge hahaha. But because of this, I had to unfortunately leave the gym for a little while.
-Sometimes too crowded. That also may be the reason for a price change from $70-$80- and now $90/M. Though, who am I to tell.

Conclusion. If you have the money, just go to this gym. It's great. Especially if you take body building, or training seriously.
