Let’s start here.. I have never lifted weights, or been to a gym and I wanted to try something different than the 20 years of yoga I’ve been doing. I am pretty athletic, but I had specific goals that I wanted to reach.
I told myself I would give 3 months and then go to the gym on my own. I’m in month 5 and I cannot imagine ever stopping. This place is like my second home. I love the staff, the owner.. the people have become my friends but most of all is the way that I feel.
My body has changed beyond what my goals were when I started…I need a good challenge and this place took me right to the edge. It’s better than therapy I swear! I’ve built strength, I have muscle in places I had no idea existed.. but most importantly I feel unbelievable. I have so much energy, I feel so strong and clear minded and I notice a difference in my overall life because of Paradigm Fitness.
20 years of Yoga and Training has stolen my heart thanks to this fun, encouraging, challenging place.

I stopped exercising after some injuries in the military and stopped eating well after my first kid. Lucas has made getting back into it incredibly easy. I started coming here about 3 months ago after years of neglecting my health. Luke makes everything tailored to your goals and is always flexible with time while keeping you accountable. Started working with Lucas back in October of 2022. Lucas and I instantly got to work with meal planning and workout routines that I still follow. Lucas is extremely flexible and doesn’t sugar coat anything. Lucas is the first trainer I have been this happy about, he’s always excited to see his clients when they walk in to the gym, and he looks forward to seeing them again - whenever that may be. Lucas works hard for his clients, inside and outside the gym. He’s done a lot of research about my *rare* medical conditions so that he can be the best trainer for me. Lucas really does care about his clients, he checked up on me when I woke up from surgery, and he wished me luck on my final exams for college. Great personal trainer. Lucas is personal and professional. He helped me start learning to workout so I could go to a gym and actually know what I was doing instead of walking around aimlessly trying to figure things out. He guided me with a nutrition plan that actually works for me. If I had any questions or need a little extra help he was always there to help. Lucas is the trainer at Paradigm and he is a great trainer. I hadn’t lifted weights in years and he was the positive trainer I needed. He focuses on your nutrition and exercise, he impressed upon me that you can’t get your body in the great condition it needs to be in by just working out or just eating right- it should be a dual approach. He is a great show and tell coach, he showed my how to do each exercise, watched me do it and then told me what I am doing right and wrong with my form. He is amazing, his level of expertise & specialty are vast as he works with beginners to body builders. He focuses his time and energy on you while you are training , no one else is in the gym while you are there so you don’t feel intimidated by others watching you.
