Hands down the best gym that I have been to in Miami. I have gone from luxury gyms, to group circuit training studios & body building gyms & from my experience his has to be the top gym for me. I truly believe that their is a variety of machines, multiple squat racks, benches & deadlift platforms available for use. The overall atmosphere is top notch, very clean well kept, even has a smoothie bar. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a phenomenal workout.

Absolutely love this gym. Staff was awesome, setup is wonderful splitting the different kinds of fitness equipment (Powerlifting, CrossFit, Olympic, and Bodybuilding) Facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing. My only stipulation is there were multiple people with large tripod setups filming in the gym. While I do film and do social media myself I believe the gym is a shared space and setting up equipment in the space is obnoxious to other people present in the gym. Would love to see a no tripod rule or at least a limit on it.

Great gym. Any exercise or lift you can dream of, you can do here. Not a place for social gatherings, strictly fitness. Some of the equipment could use better, more frequent maintenance...and the gym perhaps a thorough clean and paint? (Update 1/28/24...painting and upgrades ongoing, new equipment added recently as well).
One large portion is dedicated mostly to power lifting equipment, the other half has tons of machines and free weights. Most patrons are serious about working out either alone or with their trainers.
Nice snack, smoothie and espresso bar (Birdie Cafe), as well as fitness drinks available. Well worth it. Performance Recovery Systems (PRS) on the premises offers massage , cryo and other therapeutics. Gym is dog friendly as well.

Facility is decent enough for the price but the staff is extremely unprofessional. I had to freeze my account because I was away from work and they told me just to send an email to Chuck the owner. The next month I got charged so I call the facility and they told me they were going to send a message to Chuck to resolve the issue. I said ok no problem. A month passes and I get charged again.
I call the gym again the third time, they tell me I'm lucky because the guy is there to resolve the issue in person that he is going to call me back. (He never does..) So now I'm mad. I call in and demand they get him on the phone so I can at least get my card off the file so they can stop taking my money.
Chuck sends me an email that they are finally going to freeze my account and get refunded for those two months. I call in because I want to cancel my membership and not do any business there anymore and Chuck picks up and tells me I need to apologize to the staff..
I tell em: Dude cancel my membership I'm not apologizing.
Facility is ok as long as you don't have to interact with the staff there.

I have been going to paradise since mid 2022 and I love it. I love the color scheme and the people are amazing. All the employees are super nice as well and I have had nothing but positive experiences in the gym. I also love the fact that everyone is so willing to help everyone at the gym. Love the place and I always recommend my friends in joining or buying a day pass.

Gym is always dirty and disorganized. The trainers are loud and disrespectful towards me and my friends while we workout. I tried cancelling the membership twice and they won't let me do it saying I have to pay a fee. Also, the owner is super rude.

I will write a very thorough review as someone who has been weightlifting for 8 years and powerlifting for 2 years. The vibe of the gym is off. Then they market it to be super nice on social media . But when you go in there it’s just a hot mess. There is little space between equipments in the body building area. It’s a stuffy cramped gym. Now they have a room where you can take pictures. The lighting sucks . The mirrors are dirty makes your pictures looks low quality even with the latest iPhone. Now you might think okay $69 a month I will get to take nice selfies in there. No you will be waiting instead to even get in the bathroom because the bathroom is so small. Okay no problem but it’s also not decent to look at . If you do take picture then it will look like a public toilet at a pit stop. Let’s talk about cardio . First there isn’t much you will have to wait forever second the stair master is broken and does not have out of order sign . So I went on both of them and i realized it’s not safe to use them. Last but definitely not least the owner. The owner is so rude. He demands three stars and above if not you’re kicked out of Gym! I know people get kicked out of gyms because of harassment or other serious issue but no you’re not allowed to tell them what they can improve . Either their way or no way. He told me on the phone he canceled my membership because my 1 star hurt his feelings I died laughing after the call. No way a man is this emotionally unstable handling a business. Oh also parking and location is not good either . The location is so sketchy . Did not feel safe and road is broken. For $69 a month you can find better gyms.

I liked it, the trainers were friendly & the set up was fine for me. Parking is a little challenging. I went for the first time early morning on a weekday 7:30ish & there were a lot of people. I prefer less crowded times. Overall a good experience but a little far from my home. May revisit.

My God I can write a whole thesis. Gyms always a mess on both sides especially the “HITT” side. Love the clutter of bags in the middle of the gym floor as if y’all didn’t have little cubbies for storage. Didn’t know the gym was a film studio with all the obnoxious tripods and cameras. Also love all ten parking spots offered that lets you drive around for 30 minutes trying to find a spot. If I could give zero stars I would cause it ain’t “paradise”

The gym used to be amazing but due to the owners lack of maintenance the gym has been on the decline. The floors on one side are literally cratered and destroyed. The platforms are absolutely destroyed as well. The calibrated plates they have lost their calibration unit. Lastly how are they able to operate without a water fountain available to the public? I know Miami code requires gyms to have a public water fountain.

I come all the way from the opposite side of town to workout here. Everything, and I mean everything about this establishment I love. If there was a mountain climber machine here it’d be too complete. Lol.

You are better off going to a 24 hours, LA, or UFC gym. I try to go here during my lunch break or early afternoon and can never find parking. Sure you can park maybe in the businesses next door at night but for the monthly price I shouldn't have to risk a tow in the afternoon which ironically the best time to go. If you are able to park and get in during the evening you may have a queue for equipments and weights as only half the building is a weight room and the other, larger half, is for bodying building which in my opinion should be flipped. It seems with the popularity the gym cannot sustain its numbers as I have been trying to go for the last two weeks but unable to workout due to either lack of parking or it being overcrowded. I am waiting for equipment longer then I am actually working out.

So I went to the new facility and the parking was horrendous. I explain to the gentleman at the desk that I will have to cancel my membership due to the parking situation and he was very nice and assisted me with canceling my membership. He advised me that I would still be able to work out for the day. Upon answering the weight room I was approached by the owner who told me that he will assist me with my matter. I didn’t understand what he needed to assist me with since the gentleman in the front had already helped me. When we got to the front desk the owner said that being that we canceled our membership that same day (30 seconds prior) we would have to pay the daily rate. He said the daily rate was $25, which was a complete scam because earlier that day I saw that the daily rate was $15 at the new facility on their Instagram. It makes no sense to why we have to pay the daily rate when in reality I could’ve just worked out and canceled my membership after and it would’ve been the same thing.I would never recommend anyone to come to that gym after dealing with the owner.

Great gym! Been going here consistently for 5-6 months and I'm super pleased with everything. After being a member at couple larger franchises I can tell you that those gyms are where people go to get seen, Paradise is where people go to get work done!

Members and staff are respectful and friendly. The gym is equipped with everything you need to reach whatever fitness goals you may have. I've been working out on a regular basis for 15 years and this is my favorite gym.

Great gym, with a nice set up. It can get little crowded at times especially on the free weight/machine side. Theres another open side with turf and a more crossfit feel with sleds and power lifting equipment which is nice. The people are friendly. The front desk staff is lame for the most part (always on their personal phones, too good to say good morning back, etc) and late alot so the gym opens 10 to 15 min late on regular basis which is annoying. 3 stars bc you cant seem to open on time.

Chuck the owner reached out to me and addressed his staff I appreciate that ans support small local business. Update to 5 stars he didnt ask me to but I just want them to open on time so I can get a full work out in before work. Thanks Chuck!

My favorite gym. They have all of the right equipment to get a great workout. They have lots of personal trainers that I see there including my friend Archy who is a great motivator and inspiring person. I always tell my friends they need to go try this gym. In my opinion it’s the best gym out there for the value of your dollar. Love the layout of the equipment & machines. Large televisions located throughout with a wide variety of programming always playing. Tons of magazines, clean restroom/shower, refreshments for sale at front desk. Always someone to help you at all times. Hours are excellent. JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH!
