I have never given out a 5 star review to a gym but I had to make an exception. Ease of membership purchase is a main factor. Usually you wait around 20 minutes before your first set at a new gym. The entire ordeal lasted 5 minutes and it has everything you need without the useless “fad like” machines that waste space. Every staff member has a knack for doing it the right way and I couldn’t recommend this gym more for the area.

I’ve been a member for a little over a month after moving from out of state. The place is well equipped with everything you would need. The machines & bathrooms are always spotless too.

The owners Jay & Jill always make us feel welcomed which is a key factor in the success of any gym. Great environment no matter how long you’ve been working out for. Can’t recommend it enough.

This is the best gym in Sarasota! The facility is always super clean, and I never have to wait for equipment. The owners, Jay & Jill, are awesome. They’re always friendly, and really care about the members. I love that they’re open 24/7, so I can work out whenever it fits my schedule. Highly recommend this locally-owned gym to anyone looking in the Sarasota/Bradenton area!!

At first 42.50 didn't seem to bad for a monthly gym the size of your living room. However the short guy with the gold chain won't even get off his phone while your trying to get info about the gym. This person is ruining your business

My fiance went in yesterday to find out about possible passes for him and I and the front desk guy with the gold chain was so rude he wouldn't even get off his phone to answer our questions nor would he even show me around the gym. For $42 a month for an apartment sized gym... And awful customer service I'm astounded as to how we were treated yesterday simply because we weren't already members. Way too many gym options in Sarasota to be treated like that

Great gym with everything you need. It’s on the smaller side, but it’s extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer week passes for visitors like me and have keyless entry. Will definitely return when I’m visiting!

Cant say enough about this gym! Snuck down to Sarasota for a quick getaway but didnt want to miss any days training. Came across this gem online and it truly came through in the clutch. Only mishap I had was with the access key which the link is emailed to you apon purchase of day pass. I did also recieve a email stating 24 hour access was not given with day passes but I found that not the case with the emailed key link. But anyways great gym, everything you need, no matter what your training regimen. Will definitely be back next time I am in town.
