Working out at Pegasus Fitness has been awesome!! My experience has been extremely positive. Paggie works with student athletes and adults. I'm in my 50's and she is extremely knowledgable about what is needed to help strengthen my core, improve my balance, and provide weight/resistance training to improve bone density and tone my muscles. I've been going for almost 2 years and yet she keeps it fun, interesting and challenging by introducing new exercises and circuits. Her style is motivating and not aggressive. My strength, flexibility, endurance and balance have all improved. Highly recommend!
