I’ve had more trainers than I can count over the past 20 years, and by far Elena is the best. Her knowledge of physiology and form, her patience and genuine care, her intuition and ability to read your body is second to none. I found her at a time when I felt terrible about my body and was constantly exhausted, with zero motivation or energy to work out, but knowing I needed to - not just for my physical health and appearance, but for my mental well being. I have a very demanding work schedule and she has been flexible, working out with me in the mornings, evenings and/or weekends to ensure I was staying on track. At this point I’m a little past halfway to my goal and am feeling confident again in my clothes and even bathing suits. Even when I reach my goal, I can’t imagine not training with her. I can’t speak highly enough about Elena and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone that is looking to improve their health and appearance - no matter what level of experience you have in the gym. Hire her, NOW! Just don’t take my time slots 😆

I had amazing experience with Elena. I was looking for a knowledgeable instructor who could train me as I had an injury in the past.
Elena did a wonderful job- she has a lot of knowledge in anatomy and physiology , and gives exercises in a very individual way.

I’ve been training with Elena for over a year now and can highly recommend her professional skills and personal approach. The muscle building at the gym was my goal and she created a plan and helped me to learn the ropes when I first started. I’ve seen incredible progress and she keeps you motivated all the time. I like the convince of in-home training or at her local gym when I’m in Miami Beach area. I’ve had a great experience with personal training so far and highly recommend!

I've been training with Elena for almost 2 years. From warm up, to compound, to isolated exercises, she always makes sure proper form is used to prevent injury and maximize gains. I’ve made steady progress on my goals of losing fat, gaining muscle, and improving energy and the way I look.
