I started personal training in 2003 so for 19 years i been a personal trainer.
Fitness is my passion.

I’m based in California and work with Mark (based in Florida) remotely, and I couldn’t recommend him enough! Even with the time difference, he is super flexible and always makes scheduling easy. He brings great energy to every session, and the workouts are both effective and enjoyable. One thing I really appreciate is that he actually works out alongside you, so it feels like having a workout buddy rather than just a trainer—this adds an extra layer of motivation and accountability.
His routines are simple, practical, and easy to follow, and he scales them up gradually to match your comfort and progress. I never feel overwhelmed, but I definitely feel challenged in the best way. If you’re looking for someone supportive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your fitness journey, I’d highly recommend Mark!

Fantastic trainer! The workout sessions with Mark are not only fun but motivating—pushing you to grow both physically and mentally. He’s very dedicated and passionate and genuinely wants to help you improve. Whether you're just starting out or well into your fitness journey, he meets you where you are and helps you build from there. He challenges you but also makes sure you're comfortable the whole time.
The sessions are interactive, with him working out alongside you, which makes the time fly by. He’s not just standing by telling you what to do. The workouts are unique, and he’s introduced me to many new exercises, so it never gets boring.

Just finished great workout (lots of shadow boxing) with Mark and my wife, who has been a client for several years. Although I dont get to work out as much as I would like it get a lot of benefit from the ones I do attend.
He keeps the workouts interesting with variation, suggestions and conversations.

I’ve been working out with Mark online and in person for close to three years. He is everything you could want in a trainer - knowledgeable, passionate about his work, professional, trustworthy, reliable, punctual, and positive. I’ve been training with Mark for over year now. He comes to my place and he brings everything we need to workout with. He is different from other Trainers , he actually trains with you , set for set and that what I love about him , we work out together. He is more of a work out body than a Trainner. I have been working with Mark for several months now, and I can confidently say that he is an excellent personal trainer. From the very beginning, Mark has shown himself to be highly motivated and dedicated to helping me achieve my fitness goals. He always pushes me to give my best effort during our workouts, and his positive attitude and encouragement have been instrumental in keeping me motivated.
One of the things I appreciate most about Mark is that he tailors each workout to my individual needs and skill level. He never pushes me beyond my limits, but he also doesn't let me slack off either. Instead, he designs workouts that are challenging yet manageable, so I always feel like I'm making progress.
What's more, Mark doesn't just stand on the sidelines and bark orders at me - he actually works out with me! I love this aspect of our sessions because it makes me feel like we're in this together. Mark leads by example, and I often find myself pushing harder simply because I don't want to let him down.

Started with Mark a little over three months ago. After doing some searches for Trainers in the area, I went with Mark because he offered a free session and the best pricing. Since then I’ve gone from three 30 minute sessions a week to four 75 minute sessions a week. I am definitely seeing the results and would recommend his services.
Four things you should know:
- Mark works out with you, showing you the proper way to do each exercise and making the time go quickly (work out buddy vs just watching you)
- The techniques/equipment he uses are tried and true, he knows what works (medicine balls, free weights, etc.)
- Fitness is Mark’s passion. If you’re serious about accomplishing your goal he’ll be with you every step of the way - but you need to be serious
- I’m over 40 and I’ve noticed that it’s gotten harder to get and keep the weight off. I really appreciate that Mark is in my age range and looks as good as he does. He teaches by example
