Coach Moe is the absolute best, just amazing. Firstly, he responds to you in a timely manner and always has answers to your questions. Secondly, He pushes you to your max to be the best version of you. Love the proper form videos that he throws in the chat and always looks forward to his daily words of motivation and accountability. Finally, he makes himself available to chat/check-in every other week, and checks up on your workouts. Coach Moe is also very understanding when life keeps you back and encourages you to take time to yourself. Very professional trainer, would highly recommend him.

Coach Moe is great at what he does transforming people’s fitness journey to the best it can be! He is friendly, attentive, and really wants to help you with your fitness goals.I started with the 14 day challenge which is a great way for accountability and just pushing yourself. Now about 3-4 months in, I’m much more motivated than I was when I started. The support is so abundant here! It’s all personalized and he tweaks the plan where need be. The workouts help you progress each week. I have noticed a huge difference. My endurance has improved. I have lost inches off my waist, and my legs are so toned. I highly recommend!

I have worked with Coach Maurice for the last 3 months and I have enjoyed the workouts but also the support he has given me .
He is very supportive towards his clients , we have a check- in every 2 weeks , however he is always available if we have a question . Every day he motivates us with daily quotes, teaches us on being patients ! Of course we all want results but it’s easy to forget that working out is a journey 👊🏾 not a race , we are appreciative of all the reminders .
I have learned a lot with Coach Maurice and believe that my mindset has changed thanks to him : I show up to the gym or get out for a walk even when don’t feel or don’t have to train

I’m leaving a review because I feel there are many women that can relate to me, for the longest time every single day i would say today will be the day I will start my workout…. But i never did , could not get motivated and honestly didn’t even know how to start …
kept on watching Instagram and looking at different trainers came across Moe, really love his technique , still continue to compare him to others, but constantly went back to him. Finally reached out to him…. Here I am 3 months working out.. Completely changed my life. feel so much better about myself, feel stronger and healthier…. Moe is an excellent trainer , he educated me about nutrition , lifestyle ,building strength and positive attitude..
he constantly reaches out to me we have zooms. always hang up with him with such a great feeling…. He really cares and that’s so important to me … his price point is so fair…that was an issue for me, but not with Moe he makes it affordable that everybody could be a part of this journey……
I am very grateful for Moe not only is he my trainer he’s is my friend…..

I’m not in the habit of leaving reviews but Moe is so deserving. I hate to exercise lol. I have always been naturally small until a few years ago when my middle continued to spread.
Moe follows principles of good over all heath and wellness that I could agree to. With a good eating plan, daily movement and regular supportive accountability I was able to shred 5 inches off my middle!
I’m so happy with the return to a body type that’s most comfortable for me. If you need guidance and results Moe is your man. Thank you so much!!!

This was my first time going with an online personal trainer. I’m so glad that I did. Moe’s training persona is not only professional but also personable. He takes into consideration your personal lifestyle, and your skill level to tailor the workouts. This was very helpful for me as I wasn’t consistent prior to signing up with Moe. The meal plan was so easy to follow and wasn’t discouraging as some can be complicated and overwhelming. Moe also motivates you if you missed an exercise by doing bi-weekly check-ins and also on the app. Best decision ever. I’ve started to see curves with the consistency I’ve been applying and will continue to do so.
