My review of the training is excellent, but even more so the caliber of individual Rob is. He took a personal interest in me when my physical therapy ran out through insurance. He worked with the program they gave me and added to it to not only restore movement but increase my strength 10 fold. I continue to utilize this facility and will for years to come. Rob is an exceptional personal trainer who truly transformed my fitness journey. He has tailored my workouts as I have progressed over the past three years. I had a previously torn tendon in my foot before I started working with Rob , was out of shape and overweight. He kept this in mind as he continually adjusted my workouts as I progressed with my healing foot as not to reinjure it. I also followed his nutritional advice and we figured out what was best for me as things moved along. He removed all the noise and confusion I was receiving about the conflicting nutritional info out there in the online world. I never felt overwhelmed or pushed too far. He was patient, kept me motivated and created a positive vibe. It has been a steady process and have now lost 43 lbs and maintained my weight at 170lbs(started at 213 and I'm 5'7). My body fat is down to 16% from I believe 27% or more. He has helped me truly transform myself through the right balance of cardio and weight training. As we progressed I gained more strength, confidence and energy. More than I ever thought possible at the age of 54. I have not been in this good of shape since my mid 20's. My confidence and enthusiasm in all aspect's of my life have been elevated and truly appreciate my age now. I have zero issues with my foot now and can train without any fear of reinjuring it. He found the right routine with me and was always flexible with scheduling around my crazy Real Estate career. His guidance was spot on and he truly cared about my journey. Also, I don't have to use a cpap anymore! Thanks for everything Rob!
