I'm not from the area, but while visiting the in-laws over the holidays we had the opportunity to meet up with Matt for some morning exercise. He assembled a fun but challenging set of exercises with the theme of the 12 days of Christmas. It was tough and I finished close to last but Matt was very helpful and motivating. If I lived in Florida I would def reach out to Matt to help me stay on track with the fitness 👌👌🔥

Matt was my personal trainer for two years. He is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition as well as fitness training. Matt is very patient, and listens to all your needs and concerns. Matt really loves what he does, and tries to keep your spirits up. He knows when to push you to work harder, and when to give you a break. I am 58 years old. Matt was my first trainer. He never made me feel that I was to old to work on my fitness and my health. I will recommend him to anyone!
