I’ve been training with Diego for several years. I couldn’t imagine a trainer that better pushes me to my limits but keeps me safe and uninjured. I would think that after a few years the soreness would go away but he still find ways to confuse my body to have every workout feel like my first. Diego Rivera is a great trainer who will always help you push yourself further. Diego was one of my main trainers from 2022-2023 at HitFit Winter Garden. He helped me improve my form with weightlifting, find exercises to hit muscle groups I didn't know existed beforehand, and push myself further with my kickboxing stamina (he even taught me how to use a tornado kick on the punching bags). Overall, he's a great guy that genuinely cares about helping you reach the goals you've set for yourself.

I want to start with what matters most: Coach Diego is an amazing and genuinely caring human being. He’s the best trainer I could ask for.
When I first filled out the application form for training with Diego Rivera at Corrective Hypertrophy Training, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had previously signed up for HIIT programs and spoken to a personal trainer once before, but I never felt like I was getting what I was (or would be) paying for.
From the very beginning, Coach Diego was personable and made me feel comfortable and truly heard. I could tell he genuinely cared about what I had to say, including the “why” behind my current physical and health state and the goals I wanted to achieve.
The fitness assessment was intense, but incredibly eye-opening. I signed up for personal training right away, and I’ve now been training with Coach Diego for about three months. In that time, I’ve lost more weight than I ever thought I could naturally, while also growing stronger. As long as you do your part, Coach Diego will get you results.
I really want everyone to know how knowledgeable he is. He’s extremely observant and has a clear explanation for everything he asks you to do. He explains how specific exercises target certain muscles, why proper form matters (I'm still surprised by how one small adjustment can completely shift which muscle does the work!), and how pain in one area can be caused by weakness in another. He’ll pinpoint the issue, explain how compensating muscles are overworking, and give you strengthening exercises and stretches to address the root cause.
When you train with Coach Diego, you’re getting so much more than someone who just tells you what to do. He pushes you past what you think are your limits because he knows you can go further. He also gives guidance on the kinds of food you should eat to reach your goals, with recommendations tailored to your preferences.
Most importantly, Coach Diego checks in with you at every session to see where you are mentally. We all know how mentally draining getting into shape can be, and his motivation and encouragement make a huge difference. He’ll feel like your #1 fan.

He really understand the body and what movements are best for your body and your fitness goals. You will never get a fluff/mediocre workout. What really stands out about Diego is his passion for the industry helping people, he will put his all into helping you get to your goals. He also corrects movements so that you are able to get the best possible results and not hurt your body. It’s very evident that he loves his job and always wants to grow in knowledge to help his clients in the best way he can. My favorite thing about his workout plans are that your workouts are customized for you and for you only. He really puts effort into creating a plan for you, you won’t be getting recycled workouts. He also carefully listens and consults with you and understand exactly what you want. Not many people can execute a perfect workout plan just for you like he does. He’s very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and working out. You’re missing out on good workouts if you’re not training with Diego! I recommend him for sure!

He taught me the proper way to warm up/cool down and since doing that routine before/after each workout, my knees have been so happy! Diego has been working with me for 3 years! He has worked both on physical strength thru weight training but also adjusting and working on adjusting foods and calories to meet weight goals.
Not only has he worked to tailor a program for me, but continues to tweak it and does not approach my plan with a standard approach. He works to adjust and tweak things as goals are met or not met along the way.
