I have been going here since it opened all I have to say is the best place all around. Excellent coaches who keep you motivated and are always pushing you to further yourself. Since PHIRE Fitness opened, not only have I lost weight, but also gained muscle and build my strength and confidence! Jessica and Darrell are very knowledgeable and supportive. It’s a small gym, but very effective with variety of equipment and free weights. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The group fitness classes are engaging and effective; and the workouts are challenging and always changing. The membership fees are reasonable for the facilities and services offered. PHIRE has been life changing for me and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to workout!

Phire Fitness is the perfect gym for me It's friendly and, they offer multiple classes, M-F and two AM classes on Saturday. The two owners run the workouts, so you know they have a vested interest in each class. If you like HIIT or Bootcamp style classes, you will definitely like it here. Phire Fitness will also do special classes like the Murph Challenge, etc.

Let me begin by saying that in my years of trying to lose weight and finding a great trainer, I have constantly failed until I met Darryl! Darryl is not only the best trainer I have ever had but overall an amazing human being who truly understands the craft of training! I lost over 200 lbs under his guidance and would recommend him and phire fitness a million times over! Darryl and his wife Jessica are simply amazing and the results show! If you need a place to work out- THIS IS IT!!!

I cannot say enough about my training experience with Jessica. I have worked out at other boutique gyms, and this is the first time I have seen and felt rapid changes. I am looking to gain strength and maintain mobility as I age and reverse some signs of aging. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and the Dr. has been emphasizing the need for weight training. Jessica keeps the classes challenging and can modify any workout to fit your needs or limitations. This gym is a place where I feel supported and motivated not only by Jessica but by the members. I look forward to working out each day.

Love this place and the coaches - even if I didn't I'd still go because I'm finally getting RESULTS! Seriously, at 60 I thought all I could do is just maintain my current fitness level, but I'm putting on serious muscle and dropping body fat, and the best part is that it's FUN. Every day is different, the coaches are genuinely kind and motivating. It's such a positive environment that I even bring my teenage son to train as well (and he's getting results, too).

Not only do they guide you through each workout, but they actually teach you why you're doing what you're doing. If you are looking for a new place to workout?? - you must try PHIRE Fitness here in Land O'Lakes. As a founding member, I am proud to say that Coach Jessica and Coach Darryl put their members 1st! Coach Jess definitely pushes you to push yourself and encourages you to pick up those heavier weights! The workouts are always challenging and never on repeat - every workout is different!! I started working out with Jessica at a different studio, and when she opened Phire Fitness, I didn’t even think twice, I followed her right away.
Jessica and Darryl are amazing. They make sure you understand every move, and they’re always ready to help you modify if you need to. Whether you’re brand new or more advanced, they meet you where you are and cheer you on the whole way.
Phire Fitness isn’t just a gym..it’s the only place I willingly wake up early, sweat a questionable amount, and somehow thank them afterward. If you want a solid workout and some good laughs, come to the 9 AM class. It’s sweaty, slightly unhinged, and weirdly the best part of my day. 💪🏼🥵🫶🏻

Jess is such a great coach. She pushes me to do more than I think I can do. She creates workouts that are challenging, but not impossible. I love the stretching after each class - I’m terrible at stretching on my own, so I appreciate the time she dedicates to that each day.
